Agent Natalia Ageeva. They were concluded on October 11. There were buyers who did not defend the apartment, but switched to signing the sale of their apartment. There was no response to the offer for a week, then a response came with a reduction in cost and a list of appliances and furniture in addition, although this was not in the announcement, the agent offered it herself. All the time I convinced them that they really wanted to buy an apartment from us, but I did not invite them to negotiate in the negotiation room. Instead, I invited not the buyer, but a relative of the buyer to view it, in order to convince him to lend the buyer a certain amount of money to buy our apartment. This man allowed himself to climb wherever he wanted, opened lockers, and demanded plastic pipes, even though the house is only 20 years old. Agents have such a trick: to tell the seller and the buyer the same amount, and put the difference in their pocket, for this reason, there can be no negotiation. When I asked about this fact head-on, I didn't even deny it. Then abruptly in Natalia's life, "something" happened" and she left the country and, as it turned out, for 2 weeks, and later could not fly back in any way, and the connection was bad. Flights were constantly postponed, comparing these facts, they realized that she was most likely in Georgia and could not fly due to unrest. She left Agent Zhanna Bondarenko in her place. And just at that time, according to them, the screenings began. We prepared the apartment and half an hour before the expected time, Agent Jeanne announced that she was canceling all shows. It turned out that she had a deal herself and did not have time to arrive. I made a remark that in this case the display could be shifted, but she did not call back or answer. I threatened to write a complaint and an hour later she was at the entrance. Instead of 4 customers, there were only one: a mother and a married couple. As it turned out later, it was an agent of a young man and a nonresident mother and daughter, and agent Zhanna Bondarenko did not even figure out what she was leading to our apartment. Agent Dmitry searched for flaws in the apartment, photographed them and presented them to potential buyers, devaluing and persuading them to buy his object. Our apartment was more expensive and had a renovation. Before this incident, Agent Natalia had already brought this Dmitry with another girl and they both shone their phones everywhere and took pictures in the apartment. We also took the trouble to find information about this agency: In fact, the Fatoria agency is not the only one, they also have understudies. Previously, there were 2 of them with consonant names. At the beginning of 2024, there was a big scandal, their activities were suspended from March 18 to May 17. The agencies entered into an agreement with both the buyer and the seller, but the agents acted as if from different agencies. As a result, Natalia Ageeva did not sell our apartment, but sold the apartment of our customers and the counter for them. I was told a lot of unpleasant words in the spirit: "business is business", "it's your own fault - they didn't go down, because they wanted to buy from you." At first glance, Natalia Ageeva is a very pleasant woman, but she is a very weak agent. She does not work, she has no technique, no strategy, often avoids conversations, does not give a work report, does not analyze the market and discuss further steps. But she promised a discount if, after selling our apartment, we look at the counter at their agency (and in those agencies that she named): the secret is simple - she will just look at the documents and we will not have to pay for the check. The man positions himself as an Orthodox, a believer and a "parish real estate agent." The worst thing is when such arguments come into play, when it is necessary to hound the alleged seller.
In the past, she was a teacher, worked at a school in her neighborhood. When we went out with her to sign, she had 2 applicants, and we only heard about them. They were interested several times, but "they don't have enough money yet" and "the phone is lost somewhere." Natalia Ageeva specializes in the sale of apartments in Loshitsa, this is the area in which she lives. There is also a note on the website of agents and realtors in Minsk that sells luxury housing. Complete disappointment, termination and period.

In the end, with a big scandal, it was paid by the former hostess.And for other services including electricity and....when accepting the house, an agent arrived without a contract , where it was indicated that the hostess leaves.

the agent NEVER brought a person to view in 3 months

when we called, he lowered the price (equivalent to more than 14 thousand US dollars in three months) motivated by the lack of calls and customer interest.
Accidentally bumping into a potential buyer personally , walking on the playground near the house, we learned that the buyer could not see our apartment for a week, because the agent either does not pick up the phone and does not call back, then REFUSES to go for the sake of one client to the show (which we did not know about from the agent ). Naturally , not believing people , they personally asked us to recruit an agent . The agent did not pick up the phone for a long time and still deigned to answer and said that it was IMPOSSIBLE to organize a show in the coming days ( THE AGENT HAD KEYS AND SOMEONE WAS ALWAYS AT HOME )

At first, I dealt with realtor Lolita for 2 weeks, and I asked a question, waited for an answer, did not receive it, and when I reminded, it was always "oh yes, I forgot to give you the answer." When everything was finally discussed, I asked the owner to contact me to consolidate the agreement and conditions. We have already met and communicated with the owner before.
I waited for an answer at the agreed time, but did not receive it.
In view of this, I decided to stop at another square. There was good communication with the realtor, but the real estate object itself turned out to be "smelly", we learned this already on making an advance payment, it's good that we have our own lawyer who pointed this out. The realtor later said that they were not aware, but there was also information that they had been cooperating with this seller for a long time.
In this regard, I decided to contact Lolita again, to which I received an absolutely boorish answer that the owner would not communicate with me and was not going to sell anything. And then either Lolita distorted the information all the way, which there were many hints, or the owner had a craze that he confirmed all the conditions, and when it was time to receive the money, he merged.
And this despite the fact that the seller urgently needed to sell the square. We've already bought it for ourselves, but it's still hanging in the ads.
In general, if you value your time and nerves, it is better not to deal with this agency.

I never write negative reviews, but here it's not a review, but a cry of the soul! I really want you to just have an idea of what you can expect and avoid interacting with "specialists" for whom the client is NOBODY, IT's not THEM FOR US, but we for them.
I don't even know how to describe the work of this agency. Today we have completed the purchase of an apartment, we feel spat on and humiliated. The only positive thing is that this nightmare is finally over. I am writing to warn all other buyers who will be forced to cooperate with this agency as we do. And so.
The agency (as I later found out) was formed as a result of a merger with another smaller one and all the enthusiastic reviews about the old Trading post.
The agency is huge, so there are a huge number of employees: some people prepare documents, other people (agents) show housing. And no one!!! Not responsible for each other's work. There is no clear person who conducts your transaction. We had documents for an apartment with a different address printed out on the deposit, other data of registration certificates (there were 3 owners in our apartment).
Everyone was running around, slipping, xer-ing, typing out papers. As a result, the deposit was not given, there were problems with the power of attorney and the absence of the husband of one of the owners. We arrived for the 2nd time. They mixed up the documents (agreement with the agency): they wrote dad's passport and gave mom to sign, and as a result they made me guilty that we didn't check it, and they didn't give the wrong document, even though they took mom's passport. Further more. They began to enter into a deal, they drove us faster - 1 owner goes abroad. We broke the original contract with our agency and went for a separate sale of our two-piece (we had a buyer with a loan) to come with clean money for the deal. Which we did. In the morning on the day of the transaction, it turned out that the owner (1 of) did not check out of the apartment, which violates the agreements and the contract. As the realtor Anna Zhukovskaya told me: "we have a lot of transactions, there is a flow and we do not have time to control everything, these are not my agents at all" on the same day before the transaction it turned out that the owners had not yet drawn up gift agreements, etc., etc. due to the fact that there were no persons responsible for the transaction, everything was left to chance until the last. Already at the transaction, the registrar revealed that the footage does not match: in those passport 1, in other documents another. We already thought that we would have to come for documents 2 times, but the registrar found a way out, then on the street the realtor Anna shouted for us to come for checks (we were not given a check right away because there was no cashier, although we came at 17.30, and the agency until 21.00) and acts. And taking the sellers went to the agency. We went to the key transfer, where Agent Alexander arrived, who initially showed us the apartment, and then also rude that we don't follow what we sign. He came with the owners and in a boorish form began to reproach me that, like, he sold me an apartment as a hero, that he ran for me.. etc. The treatment was as if I was an empty place, and I should be obliged to him and the agency, as if out of pity they sold us an apartment and made us happy in general by allowing us to participate in the transaction. There was another agent Galina, who appeared and disappeared, was 1 time, was not on the deposit, then appeared again on the deal. She, too, turned out perfectly well to be rude. In general, in fact, my realtor Yulia from the Expert agency saved the deal, who literally led me by the hands, called up with this bunch of incomprehensible "specialists" who did not even deign to keep me informed of the client.

A complete divorce!!! Agent Veronica has been leading by the nose for a long time.
There is a two-room apartment on Botanic 7a at a very good price. They easily went for a discount, then Veronica said that someone had given a higher price and was giving a deposit.We suggested even higher, supposedly the owner agreed (communication with the owner through an agent).
We wanted to meet the owner. Veronica, she was stalling, then he is on a business trip, then the documents are not ready (the apartment is for sale, but the documents are not ready)
- What do you mean, not ready?
- Don't be afraid, is he just transferring money from the company to himself?
- And why is it impossible to sell from the company?
We asked to see the apartment again, and were ready to give a deposit.Veronica told us to decide on the time and call back, but they can't take the deposit yet. The documents will be ready later.
When I called back, she didn't pick up the phone and didn't call back. So we did not have a meeting with the owner, and we were left without this apartment. Apparently there was something wrong with the documents, some kind of scam.
I warned Veronica that we are deciding between two apartments and we are afraid to miss the second one if nothing happens here. This apartment was a priority.
As a result, the Botanical is still hanging in the ad and no one is calling us, although we were real buyers.
And we missed the second apartment by wasting time on empty waiting .
‼️Apparently we were like a backup option! Veronica was stalling and twisting something!!!
I do not recommend buying apartments with this agency!!!
