A very beautiful building., nice interior., there is a swimming pool for sports swimming, and just for swimming., there is a hall with various fitness equipment., halls for games - in volleyball, basketball.,there is a hall for board games., an ice rink for skating, and hockey., there is a cafe where you can have a delicious meal., a very nice large locker room, where there are showers., cleanliness everywhere is idiotic.

I am extremely disappointed with the services of this fitness club. I paid for the annual subscription as an extension of the existing one, and the coach promised that the 5 remaining workouts from the previous subscription would be transferred to the new one. But already at the first training session after paying the annual subscription, I was informed that the old training sessions had "burned out". Moreover, the price suddenly increased from 110 thousand tenge to 130 thousand tenge, although in the official price list the maximum price is indicated at 120 thousand tenge for elite coaches. Natalia, the manager says I don't know anything, find out the price from the coach, that is, their employees set the price themselves!
When I asked to terminate the contract and return the money, I was refused, although coach Ainura deliberately hid information about the price increase until the moment of payment.
In the summer, I had a conflict with this club, I was not allowed into the club, with a paid annual subscription, simply because 1 personal training session was not paid, although this is a gross violation of the contract of services that I paid for! I wrote a review at that time, but everyone from the club - sales manager Natalia, coach Ainura, and Vitaly asked me to delete it. I deleted it and now I see that it was in vain! They do not want to make a refund, they clung to this money that has not yet been earned and do not want to hear anything! They don't care about the rights of the client, nor the rights of the consumer, nor the quality of their services, nothing!!! I have never seen such a bawdy attitude towards clients anywhere! This is a dishonest club, with dishonest employees! I do not advise you to visit this club! Before signing a contract with them, read carefully so that there will be no unpleasant surprises tomorrow! They don't follow the laws. We will have to resolve the issue with the help of lawyers.

The trainer ( male) is very arrogant, some do not ask, just comes and takes to rearrange the simulators. Since they have an individual lesson with the client. The pool is big and nice. The hammam and saunas are also good. Women from the dressing rooms cannot hide their negatives when they are not in the mood - very bad. Shoe covers in winter are generally terrible everywhere there are special cars. And here is an economy option, as it was then during the USSR. The manager must review everything. Many children study until 18.00, until we get to the place, then only the pool remains. Constant problems with the steam room. People pour cold water on the wall while reciting some spells. I bought a corporate club card last year. I still go 3-4 times a week. Everything is great! Pros:
1) The gym for strength training is quite large
2) Top quality exercise equipment, LifeFitness, Hammer etc.
3) Huge mirrors
4) TVs on every corner, even on treadmills, where there are a lot of channels to choose from
5) Cycling gym
6) squash, dancing, boxing, etc. there is a lot of everything!
7) Great respect to the coaches! you can always approach anyone and consult what and how to do, how best to do this or that exercise, even sometimes I received advice on how to eat right) and no one even stuttered about money. It's not a problem for them to suggest or advise something for free!
8) I also want to mention the girls at the reception! They are the best! :) They are always very friendly to meet and see you off! Always in a good mood, which also lifts the spirit and mood before training) Russian russians speak several languages (I was surprised when I saw a girl who calmly switched from Russian to Chinese, meeting Russian and Chinese clients)
9) And another big fat plus is the Pool area! This is one of the coolest places where you want to lie down and relax after a hard day's work.
And now a few cons :)
1) Locker room: it's very cramped (the distance between the lockers opposite is very small), it's cold (when you come out of the shower, you always feel a cold breeze in winter and summer, maybe the air conditioner works in New Zealand), and there are no floor mats in front of the lockers (you have to stand on your own shoes, since the floor is also cold. Some people put towels under their feet, although there are forbidding signs)
2) windows in the common room, and the air conditioner: the windows are blowing. Some simulators are located close to the windows. And when you work out, and you're mostly sweating, near the windows, you always feel cold, which is not good. It can easily blow out the neck or back. Conder is the same. The dumbbell area is special. A conder is blowing from both sides.
