We stayed at this hotel in mid-July for 5 days. We won't come here anymore.
At first we were given the wrong room (ordered with a single bed, given a double). Then, we went to the reception, they changed our room and apologized. We also extended the room, as our flight was delayed. In general, this is all of the advantages.
Cons DESPITE THE FACT THAT WE HAD A JUNIOR SUITE:
- the furniture is all old, everything creaks
- the bed is terribly hard when you sleep, your arm even gets numb
- the bed is torn in some places
- the corner of the bed is torn
- there were 3 cobwebs in the room, which were NOT CLEANED during cleaning
- there was a moment when a small spider ran across the bed
- the windows on the balcony are dirty
- the carpet is stained all over
- in the bathtub, in the sink and in the shower, the water runs TERRIBLY, while you wash, the water gets up to your ankles
- from the sink, half of the water pours on the table, half on the mirror, and half on the person!!! This always happens: when you wash, wash, rinse. And all because there is a strong and thin pressure coming from the tap.
- towels are not like in 4*. There should have been 8 towels for two, but in fact 5. Towels were NOT CHANGED for all 5 days!!!!

To begin with, I did not choose the hotel, as I went on a bus tour. Starting from the very arrival, an unprepared room was waiting for us, the bed was rumpled and not changed after the previous guests. There was toilet paper on the bed, torn into shreds. There was an announcement in the elevator that there was no hot water from July 18th to 20th. We drove in on July 21 and left on July 22, the water appeared when we left at 9 o'clock on July 22. I had to wash in cold water after a day on the road.
The bed linen, of course, was changed for us right away, as soon as the reception was called.
The iron is one per floor, which formed a queue. The breakfast was generally not bad, lunch was not very good, on the contrary, I liked the dinner.
The furniture is tired, I decided to move the table, which looks nice, as soon as I moved it, the leg fell off 😅
The bed is certainly large, this is a plus)
I'm not picky, you can spend the night, but there was a feeling of disgust.

It doesn't look like it's worth four stars. Although the air conditioners worked, they cooled very poorly, and the carpet was stained. Breakfasts: the choice is very small, cold and not tasty. Coffee is sold separately if the barista is on site. Booking wrote 700 m from the center, as I understand from the city administration, but it is far from the embankment, it is very far from Bayterek. Everything else was fine. The staff worked perfectly.

I ordered with my husband one room with one large bed, a semi-suite
The room was provided, we came and there were two separate beds
And a very strong smell, rather even a stink, like from old things.
We immediately went to change the room
They gave about the same, there was a smell, but not as strong
And the bed was big, but in fact, just the same small beds, combined into one
The floor was partially dirty and the bed linen was poorly washed
Both linen and furniture in general were already "tired" and needed to be replaced
The shower room is poorly cleaned, with someone else's hair and poorly draining water.
For some reason, the towels also smelled of something incomprehensible.
They left the hotel without even spending the night there
But we arrived in the morning, so we decided to try the buffet breakfast.
The quality of the products here is not very good, it is clear that they are not the first freshness and the range of food is very poor.
Mostly porridge, eggs and overcooked sausages. Somewhere else, vegetables that are covered with a film, and slightly dried.

To be honest, I didn't like anything (( It's just amazing where the four stars came from (((( We had a two-bed standard on the 10th floor. The room smelled of burnt oil from the kitchen!! And this is despite the fact that the hotel does not have its own restaurant. Breakfast is served in the pizzeria room, which is adjacent to the building. By the way, about breakfast - I do not recommend it!! Very poor and not very tasty food for a lot of money (2000 tenge, about 400 rubles, it is very very very expensive for what is offered). There were no bathrobes in the room, the phone does not work, cleaning is done on request. The only plus is that the staff is responsive, they tried very hard to help and resolve the issue. The linen was clean, the water was hot in the shower with a good flow. And these are all advantages, perhaps. You can live for less money. And so.... It is completely unclear what they charge (((

The hotel is designed for people who bring a girl for an hour, there is no other way to call her. In winter, it blows from all the cracks, there is no heating, it is very cold, the room was smoky, the furniture was killed, the next day they gave a little better, but not fundamentally. No one is in charge of the hotel, I will never come again.

The hotel is furnished with old furniture, the carpet is worn and stained, the chairs are stained too. You need to look for sockets in the room, if you are lucky to find them, then 50% of them do not work. In 9 days, the linen has not been changed once. Room cleaning only includes changing towels and cleaning the trash can, but even here there was a three-day break! Breakfast is a separate topic 👎
So far, this is the worst hotel I've ever been to, despite the fact that I go on business trips often.

While attending a scientific conference in Astana, we stayed at a hotel called "G Empire Hotel". The first night surprised me: the rooms were cold (as it turned out, there was a crack in the window), but there was a fan heater, which hardly helps to keep warm. There are dirty carpets in the room, although the staff claims that they clean everything with a brush; not all night lights work, plumbing pours in all directions. When visiting the hotel, be prepared that you can not only freeze, but also lose valuable things. We went out to the store, and within 10 minutes, during cleaning, a chain with a pendant was stolen. At the same time, the staff did not even apologize (an excuse in the form of "you have a safe that does not work"), and the cleaning lady responsible for the incident continued to sarcastically communicate. The girls at the reception are also different, but twice we came across an inattentive madam who made mistakes in the surnames, while convincing us that everything was correct (allegedly she copied everything from the reservation). There are also advantages: the reception will be able to call a taxi, there is wifi, a market is within walking distance, food from past residents remains in the refrigerator (a controversial plus, of course, but someone will be happy).

The hotel has a fairly convenient location: 20-30 minutes by taxi to the airport, there is a pizzeria, a restaurant, a KFC, a large shopping center nearby. From the unambiguous minus - breakfast . There is no buffet, two fried eggs, yogurt, a drink of your choice, two sausages and some vegetables are served.
The rooms are not very spacious, but everything you need seems to be there, including a refrigerator. The Internet was working confidently (Wi-Fi).

The other room was buzzing like a helicopter. The bathroom is not bad, but the water leaks onto the floor, there are always puddles on the floor. They are poorly cleaned. Even when you point it out at the reception. Upon arrival, you can find crackers on the floor. Soap accessories are also not changed. You have to ask. On the third day, requests may be brought in. But they immediately changed it to a room on the 9th floor, for which the hotel receives a big thank you from me and a strong four. But in general, I think that these are strong 3.5.
