I haven't lived in such a terrible hotel for a long time. Dirty dirty carpets in the corridors, slamming doors, old "scoop" furniture in the room, there are no sockets in the right place, as in old Soviet hotels - a socket BEHIND the bedside table. The bathroom is terrible, everything is old. There was no hot water for the first two days. The room is cold, the air conditioner does not work on heating mode. There is a heater in the bathroom, but it does not work! It's noisy! There is some kind of entertainment venue under the windows, music until 3-4 o'clock in the morning. In general, atas is complete. I got into this hotel only because there were no places in Astana and all the rooms just went up wildly!

I'll start with the fact that at first we were checked into a room on the 5th floor, the room was terribly smoky. But they immediately changed it to a room on the 9th floor, for which the hotel receives a big thank you from me and a strong four. But in general, I think that these are strong 3.5. In the shower, the water was under strong pressure, you can cut yourself) they cleaned well. Breakfasts are a separate topic for conversation, how can there be breakfast without coffee, I do not understand. And overall, the breakfast was not very good. The hotel has 3 staff 5 total 4)

Actually, this is a simple but cozy hotel)
The furniture is more Soviet, two sockets per room (but there is an extension cord).
Everyone is polite, they try their best!
There are shortcomings, there is nowhere without it… but I won't even describe it, because - they were all eliminated during the stay in the room)))
P.S. I have been here now, for more than a week - and I will live for a long time, but I like it!
!! Breakfast is very healthy, but the same every day. Vegetables, sausages, cheeses, sausages, porridge, fried and boiled eggs, and much more.
In general, I am already very satisfied in advance! For everyone who does not strive for a Mega-effect, but wants to come here simply and comfortably.!

Coffee is not provided for a paid breakfast (not cheap). Coffee for a fee. There is a minimum of food and everything is cold. They require a travel certificate for documents, while travel certificates have long been canceled. When asked why they need a business trip, they cannot explain.

We stayed in this hotel for three days and two nights. Every day the cleaning is wet, clean bottled water, new slippers, fresh towels. We took a simple room, but got a nice apartment. Delicious breakfasts in the morning.

The price does not correspond to the quality. The shower is being wiped, the hose is full of holes, the water is hitting the ceiling. The smell of tobacco in the room, the carpets are dirty, the renovation is like in the 90s with old lacquered sideboards. On the plus side, it was quiet.

Three stars for the staff, he reacted promptly, everything else per unit, I will specify: the room in the photo did not match the real one, it was dirty everywhere, both in the lobby and on the floors, there was no restaurant or bar in the hotel, they ordered part-time, breakfasts at minus one, a choice without a choice, omelette and porridge, pancakes and bread. The entrance area has not been repaired for a long time, the steps are broken off, the doors barely open, and then you need to make an effort. It's not really possible to do this with bags.

The hotel itself is great, only dirty. The plaster is crumbling in the balcony, I asked to sweep it, so no one came. The room is not cleaned, the kettle does not turn off, the refrigerator is running at minus, the vegetables are frozen.They don't even bring toilet paper. The reception does not solve any questions, they only nod their heads.
