The GAFY RESORT 4* hotel is not 4 stars! This is a 3* minus. And I have not seen such an "all inclusive" yet! The room is normal, the cleaning is good, and if you leave a tip, it will be fine at all! There are no complaints about the beach and the hotel grounds either. But the service in the restaurant and bars that are "all inclusive" is just the lowest level. The restaurant is being stormed for lunch and dinner. In reality, there is a crowd in front of the opening, when the doors are opened, people break down to occupy the tables. We have seen conflicts twice, when if only a little more and a fight would have started. At breakfasts, lunches and dinners, something is constantly running out. If there is coffee, then there are no cups. If you have laid out tea bags, be sure there is no boiling water! Put out the sugar - there will be nothing to stir it with! There are not enough plates, there are not enough appliances, they do not have time to clean the tables. Alcoholic beverages disappear immediately, and for all that, the quality of these drinks leaves much to be desired. I understand that the tour operators are not to blame here, but this is the policy of the hotel management. Several times it happened that the bar was empty immediately after opening!! Is it all inclusive? The conclusion is that it is definitely impossible to offer this as "all inclusive". I certainly won't recommend this hotel to my friends.

We had a rest in January after the ng holidays. The hotel is old, the rooms are tired, the furniture is partially broken. There is no hot water. They heat the water from solar panels, as a result, it is never directly hot. It was possible to wash with more or less warm water only in the afternoon, in the evening it was already cold. There is no soap, it's good that they took their own.
Every evening and in the morning, a man comes who sprays insecticide, as a result, the stench in the room is hellish. In the morning, it passes at about 6 a.m. and it is already impossible to sleep from this smell. They talked at the reception in a muddle.
There are no kettles in the room (I thought there was such stuff everywhere). The food is meager, there is nothing for breakfast. There are not even basic sausages with fried eggs. They make some kind of inedible omelet from an egg powder mixture. Pancakes are sour.
At lunch and dinner, all meat dishes are served with a specially trained person who puts a tiny piece into the plate upon delivery. Mostly Russians are given in microscopic doses.
The only good thing is the beach, smooth entrance to the sea. That's where the advantages end.

The hotel is not bad. The territory is beautiful. But the food is absolutely inedible. The rooms are tired. The treatment of flies and mosquitoes is generally a separate song. So for lunch there were : several salads - cucumber , tomato , greens , sausage - such a thing. It 's the same with cheese . From meat : goulash - for 2 small pieces of meat , a ladle of liquid and potatoes stewed in pieces . , The fish - half boiled , half steamed , the size of a small palm - did not eat , it had no appearance . Grilled chicken - it has been warmed up so many times that it has become oak . In general, I ate rice and stewed zucchini in tomato , the elder ate pasta like in a cutchup , the younger ate biscuits and washed down with Cola . It's good that I was there for only half a day and could go to dinner and eat hot grilled chicken. By the way, they cook it very tasty and in any cafe very quickly. A portion of half a chicken with rice is 350 rubles . Grilled eggplant and a salad will also be served .
So I sympathize with all those who paid 5 stars for this athel as for 5 stars. Considering that holidays in Egypt are not cheap right now . They were in April 2023. The conclusion is that I will never go to an all-inclusive hotel. It 's easier to take breakfast , because breakfast is the same type everywhere and it 's enough . Fruits on the market are not expensive and the assortment is good. You can have dinner anywhere tasty, budget-friendly , varied .

Everything was great.We checked into the room in two minutes.The food is good and delicious.The staff is helpful.The sea with fish is gorgeous.I want to put a huge fat plus for cleaning the room. Everything is clean, cleaned every day. About food, yes, there are no frills, but meat, fish, salads, vegetables and fruits every day and as many people write here they throw one piece into a plate, there is no such thing here. What I want to say about the negative reviews, it's just that people are overeager,they have such an impression at home of a variety of crab food and everything is gold. I'm not picky about food, but I've never seen such horror anywhere, and I've vacationed in many hotels in Turkey, Egypt, and Greece. For breakfast, eggs in the amount of 2 pieces had to be begged, and the distributor just waves at you - like go on, what are you standing for?!!! Tea, water, coffee-I pour everything from distributors and because of this I had to stand in huge queues. For lunch and dinner, you had to run to the opening itself, otherwise you just wouldn't take a seat and get food. There are queues everywhere, they put one small piece of something. When asked to add food, they just wave their hands-leave. The fish was so smelly that it was simply impossible to eat it. Men and children with such a diet will simply be hungry. There were no tomatoes, no greens. If you come 1 hour after the start of lunch or dinner, then there is simply no food, since it was not reported. Nobody cleaned the dirty tables, I had to clean myself and look for clean dishes. As a result, I just didn't go to dinner, because I was just tired of the hassle with places and food. But the locals were served huge portions of food and nothing bothered anyone ((((. When communicating with other vacationers, I found out that only this year such a story began - complete savings on nutrition. On the beach, only diluted drinks such as Jupi water are poured for free, there is no tea or coffee. The only thing that pleased me was the beach and the sea. We were also lucky with the weather. But these are the advantages not of the hotel, but of nature itself. The bracelet is put on at the check-in hour and removed at the check-out hour, so if you arrive early and leave late, keep in mind that you will be hungry. I will NEVER return to this hotel, as rest should be a rest, not a search for food and a struggle for a place in the dining room!

we bought a tour through Coral, from February 28 to March 8, 2024. I decided to write a review in hot pursuit.

The hotel said the room would be ready by 14.00, they did not give money, left their things, changed their clothes and went to the beach. By 13.00 we went to the reception, gave a room, the second row from the pool, liked it, everything you need is there.
The beach is in the bay, the water is warm, we swam constantly, with a mask, bought in a Mango chain store, from the hotel to the right, past McDonald's, across the street, for a little over $ 9, two masks, on the beach cost $ 15, also a phone case -1 dollar. There were always places, we got up early in the morning, walked along the promenade, at 7 o'clock we were already given towels, but so far, the staff will not make beds and will not take the sun beds to the Italians, they did not give us a towel.
