Average hotel, average service.
The rooms are cleaned very poorly, in fact, I only change the bed linen and then under the big question whether it was changed, and not just refilled, it's a sooo big question. Toilet paper has NOT BEEN CHANGED for 10 days of rest! Fortunately, you could take it yourself from a passing cleaner. Soap is also not replenished. The rooms are all broken up like after the bombing, I don't understand why everyone is praising something there.
Of course, the advantages are "ALL INCLUSIVE", BUT honestly the drinks will go, there are no juices at all, what a caustic substance it is impossible to drink in vending machines! Fortunately, there is a cola / fanta. Well, the food will go, every day everything is the same, there is no variety.
One and the main advantage of this hotel is ONE - ITS OWN BEACH IS 1 MINUTE AWAY.
The territory is generally pleasant, beautiful, the pools are large, there are only 2 of them, near the beach and the bar. There is nowhere to walk there because it is a village, so there is a big restriction on the hotel, unless you go on excursions or go to the city yourself. Basically everything

And also my little perfume was missing, for the whole time the two of us in the room, we never found them.
It's scary to go into the shower without slippers, mold and dirt. Our shower was leaking, but my entrance was promptly repaired, they coped well here. There is only liquid hand soap from the bath accessories in the room. Shampoos and so on, take it yourself
The Turks who walk along the beach and offer their services (a trip to a fur coat store, a spa) are all annoying, ill-mannered, one of them asked my friend and me vulgar questions.

I was at the Ganita Holiday Wiladge Hotel in 2019 in July.
The hotel was cleaned 2 times in 14 days.
Towels were changed , but the whole set was not updated . There is dirt on the balcony, the door from the blockage on the balcony did not fully close. Rude staff at the on-site store.
Even after my departure, the sellers of this hotel and the market that is located opposite began to commit fraudulent acts against me . I do not know how they did it, but they duplicated my bank card transactions several times, and I do not know how much they withdrew and my card went to minus 5800, I do not know how this is possible. At first I thought it was late SMS messages coming and didn't pay attention. But I was on the flight for 8 hours without communication and couldn't do anything.
The mood was spoiled and very insulting . I go to Turkey every year, but not to this hotel anymore. In Russia, I was advised to contact law enforcement agencies, but we all understand that it is another country and everything is useless.
Never go to this hotel. I really counted the days there until the end of my vacation

And then it started.... We came to 14.00 for check-in, there are a lot of people, besides visitors, there are also a lot of vacationers who have already been assigned time to solve any problems, and there are a lot of them!!!! After reading the reviews and looking at the location of the rooms, I immediately culturally asked for a room on the 2nd-3rd floor, since I am alone with a child and the entrance to the room and from the balcony also did not suit me very much, since it did not seem very safe to me, I was probably specially given a room on the 1st floor, arguing that there are no 2-3 now, although they give 2-3 immediately after me, I thought it was because I was not offered 20S, but there was a woman with a child who checked in yesterday and gave 20S, and she was also given a room on the 1st floor. The registrar is being stupid, like he doesn't understand Russian, or maybe he really doesn't understand!!!!.But that's half the trouble!!! Entering the Turkish opera, I saw a terrible picture of complete anti-sanitation, after the previous guests did not even change the beds and towels, they just folded them neatly!!! The horror! There are cobwebs in the corners of the room, dirt and dried flies in the cracks of the balcony door, and, of course, the floor is also not washed. When I asked the Turkish cleaner boy to clean it all up, he brought such cleaning equipment that you can immediately run to the infectious diseases hospital.!!! In general, I took a towel myself and started cleaning everything, then I found out that everyone did it! The next day, I changed the room with the help of Elena's Pegas guide, by the way, thank you, very pleasant impressions from her, and, indeed, solving problems is easier! After walking through the territory, the same dirt is everywhere, garbage with bags is not cleaned for days, leaves are not swept, paths are cleaned only on the central alley, and along the buildings they are dirty and everything is in Mud, because trees are watered and the earth pours onto the paths, you can drown in swamps, and not only dirty shoes.This is about the territory. In the dining room, the food is normal, varied, the beach is also tolerable, clean enough, although sun beds should be occupied both on the beach and by the pool, well, this may be because of vacationers who leave their things and, like, occupied, but do not come themselves (however, we did so), otherwise you will be left without a sunbed) But no one was lying on the pebbles and sand. There is no pier at all, or rather it is, but one piece of iron, fences, awnings on the beach are all shabby, they didn't even bother to paint. Animation in the form of entertainment for themselves, 2 times there was a Turkish folk dance ensemble. The bed and towels were changed again by themselves when they wanted, since it is freely available to take and change (after all, it is not difficult!!! as well as wash the floors in the room). In general, there is no service! I will never come here again and will not recommend it to anyone!

We checked into a Dirty room. There is no toilet paper, soap, and the shower is broken. The bed is dirty. We went to the reception to change the room. We were refused. They hinted that they should give 20 dollars and then they would change it. After my refusal to give 20 dollars.The administration refused to speak Russian and said they only knew English. After 2 hours of conversations with the administration and security.We called our guide from Pegasus Tourist.There, the Girl said that she would come in the morning and help everything, and now go to the dirty room.The result has not changed. They brazenly began to ask for 20 dollars and then everything will be fine. I started demanding that the police be called. We checked in at 14.30, the room turned out to be very dirty, as well as on the territory itself. Upon check-in, the room turned out to have a faulty balcony door on the 1st floor, it just wouldn't close. My sister's room didn't have air conditioning and it was sooooo dirty too. The curtains in the rooms are not ironed at all. TV shows nothing but ripples, neither Russian nor Turkish channels. The staff who comes to finish, house, repair almost does not speak Russian. The day is lost in running around and disassembling and waiting for repairs. At dinner, the main course was served for half an hour yesterday, a long queue, little was prepared in advance. At the reception, when checking in, there are not friendly employees, they do not say the opening hours of the bars, they do not talk about animation, I asked in different places, everyone speaks differently, it is not clear whether it exists or not. The staff at the reception are harassed by the constant complaints of other guests.

I want to contact the management of the hotel, 3 owners, take the money, but do not organize a vacation. Good afternoon! I recently vacationed at the Ganita hotel with a friend! The hotel is 4+, everything is super, excellent reception staff, cafe service, the guys clean everything quickly (buffet). Complaints only to the cleaning staff, we had a room on line 4, they came either at a quiet hour or immediately after breakfast, so that they were told that they did not need to clean (they told us to come later) they no longer came. They came only 3 times in 9 days (once they were killed and the room was not closed) and twice they asked to come later, they did not come. Water was not brought, towels were not changed, this staff spoils the whole impression of the department.

Dear friends! We just returned from this place yesterday. Positive points: very beautiful territory, lots of scarlet hibiscus, palm trees, and other tropical greenery. Excellent view along the central alley with swimming pools, the beach is close and conveniently located, and there is an abundance of food...And now in order: the buildings on lines 2 and 3 are old and unrepaired. We arrived at a completely old and dark room on line 1120, etc. We asked for towels because we were given only 1 large towel in the room.On the second day, we finally got through, hooray! We were given an additional 2 towels! The room is cleaned 1 time in 3 days, the floor is washed and towels are changed, 2 bottles of water are put on, that's all inclusive. The refrigerator is empty, except for water there is nothing else provided! The shower and toilet are so close together that the water from taking a shower pours onto the floor and it will no longer work to sit on the toilet in a dry place, the curtain covering the shower works for half, the remaining 50% of the water is under your feet. The sink is 25 cm in size, tiny, and you simply have nowhere to put your imported funds, well, except in the lockers, here, it's generally inconvenient! Let's not talk about soap, shampoo and conditioner balm, this is not in sight here! There is a washing liquid of unknown purpose in wall containers - and that's it!!! What are these 4+ stars! It's below 3 with cons! Let's move on to the beds. This is a terrible place called trestles, with bulging springs and a height of no more than 45 cm... I have not seen such beds in any hotel for a long time! However, there is a TV with five Russian and 1 Ukrainian channels. It brightened up the time of the transfer...The audibility is terrible! And, if possible, you can also occupy them in the evening by putting something of your own on them, or the same beach towels...but if someone takes them, you will pay their cost... Expired chicken, swollen, is strung on a shawarma and fried there...but the smell still remains on the product. Just keep in mind that sewage is everywhere here!!! Take enterofuril or immodium with you, especially those with children!!! If it were not for the proximity of the beach and the territory, this hotel would have been given a UNIT!
