The reception gave $ 20 for a nice room closer to the sea. As a result, the room turned out to be 10 minutes from the reception. An idle air conditioner blowing dusty hot air, three hissing channels on the TV, a thin door that is 10 centimeters smaller than the opening, which gives excellent audibility per kilometer from the room, a shallow Soviet-era bathroom with tiles broken around., all these are signs of a cozy 4+ star hotel Ganita Holiday Village. Eternal queues everywhere, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, to the bar, which was still constantly running out of alcohol. There are 100 sunbeds on the beach for 600 rooms, so the chance to lie in the sun is minimal, the entrance to the sea is pebbly, but pleasant. But from five meters away, sharp healthy concrete slabs and stones begin, which do not end, it is impossible to swim, since your knees are constantly beating against these stones. The depth to the buoys is waist-deep at most. The only plus is the food. But not its quality, but its quantity. We were not hungry, otherwise I categorically do not recommend this hotel!
The hotel is not bad, the territory is beautiful, the staff service in the dining room is excellent, but the rooms are not cleaned at all, you live by yourself, you clean yourself, you look for bed linen, towels, requests to clean the room are completely ignored, there are a lot of people in the hotel, in the canteen as a catering service. The view by the sea is not very good, there are not enough sun beds. If you relax in this hotel, immediately decide for yourself that there is only the sea and the sun, the food is specific, national, on the 5th day it no longer climbs, they do not do cleaning at all, I will not go to this hotel anymore.
To increase the staff and teach them politeness (TO CHANGE ALMOST EVERYONE AT THE RECEPTION IS ONE BOORISH THING! THEY ARE NOT COMPETENT IN MANY MATTERS! AFTER ALL, THIS IS THE FACE OF YOUR HOTEL), buy dishes because there were catastrophically not enough glasses and forks, put a kettle in the room, a safe (we never waited, although this service is present), improve wi-fi (it worked very poorly, the cost of 10 dollars seemed to be 8 days), queues everywhere (it was terrible, children in the bar for lemonade stood for 20 minutes, in the dining room for pancakes and fried eggs there is a huge queue every day), towels are not changed (never in 10 days), they do not bring water to the room (tired of asking at the reception) !!!! Everything is dirty in the room and in the dining room (dishes are not washed), I'm not talking about the toilet.. You can't go barefoot!! And it's very strange - there is no lighting on the pier (I don't understand how! ) IN GENERAL, ONE CHARM!
Everything is not bad, only the rooms are not cleaned, the floor in the shower is slippery, my husband broke 2 ribs and it is difficult to enter and exit the sea
There are a lot of vacationers and the bars on site cannot cope with so many people. We need to increase the number of bartenders and the number of drinks. Definitely a credit for food, the kitchen is super👍🥞🍉
A million vacationers, as a result, there is no cleaning in the rooms, no change of bed linen - everything is only a dollar away. Small rooms with disgusting mini showers and bathroom fixtures with fungus. A huge factory-type dining room with a roar and noise, the absence of napkins on the tables. Of the advantages, 2- the territory is green, large, beautiful and the quality of the food, which is even overabundant.
Everything is not clear, the rooms are cleaned every day, but there is no frequency, it is damp. The showers are not thought out, there is always water in the rooms. The food is monotonous, but we were not hungry. The sea is warm, but constantly muddy. There are not enough sun beds for everyone. The slides are strictly timed morning, evening.
We had a vacation in September 2019, a nightmare. There are a lot of people, queues in the dining room. The food is fine, but without frills. The glasses and plates are plastic and the glasses just look terrible, as if they haven't been washed. There is simply no cleaning, they waved a couple of times in 9 days. There were 2 bath towels at the check-in and no matter how many people asked for them for the face, they did not receive them. There was no towel replacement. The water ran out, so they didn't take it from the worker themselves on the street, they didn't bring it. Sunbeds should be occupied early at night, otherwise there are no places. There are no complaints about the sea.
I bought a ticket, they said 4+, but in fact you can't give more than 3 stars. The food is monotonous and not tasty. There are no complaints only about confectioners. Drinks at the bar are just impossible rubbish, beer is still nothing. We were just shocked by the number. Sanitation is not observed with dishes. It is advisable to rinse everything with boiling water. In short, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The rooms, of course, cry for repairs. But in general, for such money, with the calculation that you only sleep and change clothes in the room is very good! The food was delicious and almost constantly. The magical sea is very close.
We rested from June 21-28, arrived at 23:30, immediately checked in, offered a room on the first floor, I refused, they gave me the third.
I liked everything, the food was good, the sea was warm, the animation was decent, the beer was cold. In short, very decent 4**** We are satisfied. Thanks for the rest 👍👍👍
A normal hotel, for three, thanks to the larger area of the hotel in 70,000 m, there is enough space for everyone. The hotel is suitable for those who love the Mediterranean Sea and swimming pools with children. Of the cons, there is no free wifi, the food is not delicious, like beer, the rest of the sun, air and water are our best friends!
The Wi-Fi is very bad, it only works near the cafe, a disgusting hotel and a crush in the dining room. I do not advise you to spend your vacation there. Traders on the market practically do not make discounts if their T-shirt costs 10 dollars and you have rubles, they allegedly make a discount and the exchange rate is calculated in euros, that is 75 rubles.
There were 3 adults and 2 children (3 years and @3 years old). We lived in the femeli room. I didn't like the hotel at all. Neither the general condition nor the maintenance corresponds even to 3*. The rooms are dirty and old, although it says that the renovation was in 2018. We haven't cleaned up once in a week. When checking into the room, the rooms were dirty. There were no towels, no soap, no shampoo, no toilet paper. We turned to the reception - they wrote down everything that was needed and added it to the list of rooms (we still had people with pretensions standing and coming up more). They gave us four small pieces of soap and two rolls of toilet paper, promised to bring towels, shampoo and send cleaning to the room... But it never happened... Not once in a week... Appeals to the reception and the guide did not give a positive result. During the whole vacation, we took towels to our room from the staff's back rooms. We cleaned the room ourselves...
the food is extremely monotonous. There are huge queues for the dishes that are prepared in the hall. You will stand in line and you will be given a piece of meat in portions))) in front of me, the woman took two pieces and the Turk himself climbed into her plate and took away one piece of meat)) Well, I can't eat your soy sausages and cutlets, and you can't really eat meat... so it is also necessary to stand behind him in a queue of five together with the children... Don't set foot in this hotel anymore... If friends want to, we will dissuade them in all ways.
The seats in the dining room and sun beds do not match the number of people in the hotel!!!!!! This is a madhouse and a terrible impression of the hotel!!!!! It's not tasty, it's not fun, it's not cozy!
The beach is close - this is a plus, a good location and a beautiful hotel area is also a plus. For 8 days, no one cleaned the room once - this is a minus, food - both my daughter and I had digestive problems. Upon arrival, everything returned to normal only 3 days later.
I was with two children for the second time, but they demanded $ 10 from me at the reception for a room on the first floor, it was important for me to have the first floor with a stroller so as not to climb up.And for one swim in the pool, my one-year-old son got the kaksaki virus.
A very good hotel, pulls on4+. previously, tourist reviews were terrible, but now everything has changed. I was there myself in May 2019 . since there is something to compare it with, I recommend
It sucks, not a hotel! That says it all. They left very upset. The food is... full, we went to a restaurant and there is power. T k on the 2nd day were already with departure and temperature. We've been on vacation for half a year
Terrible, dirty and broken rooms, queues in the smelly dining room, loaded drinks - almost only water, even alcoholic, even non-alcoholic. The terrible entrance to the sea
The food is excellent, the territory is beautiful, the first coast. The sea is dirty, the rooms are bad, the mud is not getting through. The rating of the hotel is 3.
