The hotel is good (there is no WiFi, only for a fee), went with my family in July 2019.The hotel is very green and beautiful, there were a lot of children, animations every evening from 21:00 to 23:00 (fireworks every day).What can I say about the beach, the entrance is normal,there is a bar on the beach (from 9 o'clock)lunch is at 12 and until 4. I would like to praise the hotel staff separately, the guys try very hard and clean everything quickly, I can single out Abdullaha from the guys, cleans everything very quickly and works well,very friendly,work for 5.

The hotel can be renamed Gavnita, because the cleaning in the room and the relationship of the Adm.staff- leaves much to be desired. There is a lot of food- like a cent.in the restaurant and in the beach bar, you can always have a snack. For adults, there is only a disco in Alanya, in the hotel itself there is a disco for just an hour at the amphitheater, for children everything is fine-take them off, both during the day and in the evening. The beach is disgusting- for days there are huge boulders on which, with a wave, you can easily break your legs and scratch everything.

We had a vacation with my wife and two children in late September and early October. There were ambivalent feelings from the rest. I liked something very much, which I didn't like very much. The hotel is large - if not miscalculated, then 64 three-storey buildings. There are 9 rooms in each building, maybe more in some. There are a lot of people. A large green area nevertheless accommodates this mass of people. There is one large 70-meter swimming pool between the buildings of the hotel, plus two small paddling pools for children. There are slides with a swimming pool next to the beach. The slides do not work all day. The hotel's beach is 50 meters, pebbly. There are stones of different sizes in the water, it is not very comfortable to walk along the bottom. The sea is quite clean, but how clean it is is clear only if you sail 300 meters from the shore on a yacht. There is a volleyball court on the beach, but playing on the sand with pebbles is still a pleasure - worn elbows and knees healed for a month. I liked the work of the animators, who entertained as much as they could from morning to evening - morning exercises, darts, water polo, disco, etc. In the evening, trips to the clubs of Alanya are organized. The food is tolerable - not too varied, but we did not starve - meat, chicken, fish, cheeses, salads, fruits, and much more. When the dining room is closed, you can refresh yourself at the pool bar. There are a lot of pastries, but everything is monotonous and very sweet. The wine in the dining room is red and white, one worse than the other. One day it seems white is tolerable, the other day red. Beer in bars (there seem to be three of them) flows like a river, but it does not stick at all. There are small markets across the street from the hotel. What I don't like in the market is the uncertainty of the price - some sellers reduce the price by half, others do not want to. As soon as we stopped by, we went to the center of Konakli, where they gave me a bottle of water for 10 lire at the market, then I bought the same water for 2.5 lire at a chain store (migros jet, it seems). Room service deserves separate words - it's something. The bed hasn't been changed in 10 nights! The towels were changed on the eighth day. Before that day, three people had asked for a change. We got a room that was not the first freshness - the bathroom was killed, there was a fungus on the tile. There is a queue of people with complaints at the reception all the time. Interestingly, everything is very well maintained on the street - garbage is swept, grass, shrubs are cut. The contingent of vacationers is mainly Russian-speaking. If it weren't for the ugly room service, you could have come back, but it's unlikely.

The hotel has a new name "Ganita Holiday Village". I liked the fact that it consists of 3 storey villas. There are large balconies on the second and third floors. The rooms are average, clean, laminate flooring. I didn't like the bathroom, it was small, there was a curtain in the shower. The food is very diverse and there is a lot of everything. But there are queues. The territory of the hotel is above all praise. The whole area is surrounded by greenery and flowers. Everything is clean and tidy. The pool is huge and clean. Bars on the beach, by the pool, near the reception. Juices are upi, alcohol is local. I really liked the spa area, hammam, excellent massage. But I didn't like that towels (beach towels) are given only upon check-in. The beach is normal, sandy. There is a pier where you can dive and swim with a mask. Sun beds with mattresses are very conveniently located, there is enough for everyone, there are shades upstairs. There is animation in the hotel, well done, they are trying, but I would like more variety, something more interesting and new, holding discos in a hotel whose territory is suitable for this. Yesterday we returned from Turkey, where we spent 7 days in this hotel.My wife and I are already experienced travelers, we have visited different countries, in different hotels, in Turkey for the fourth time.The Ganita Holiday Village option is the worst! The hotel rooms are just terrible, the furniture is old, mold is everywhere.Initially, we were given a room on the ground floor, there is a fetid smell in the bathroom, as we later found, and not only in this room, we managed to negotiate and we changed the room to the 3rd floor, where at least there is no smell.Further, beach towels are issued once and do not change anymore! Fresh linen was brought to us (after our complaint) on the fourth day: three sheets and two towels, large and small, on two beds and left everything on the bed, the next day the sheets were made for us...Others ask for their underwear to be changed for 5-6 days! The Internet is only paid! For objectivity: the food is good, for all tastes, yes, queues, but you need to adjust in time, the sea is excellent, just gentle and clean, you also need to adjust to go in and out of the sea and out of the sea (you can use the "fire escapes" on the pier), the sandy beach, closer to the sea with pebbles. The hotel itself is quite large, the hotel has direct access to the sea, the territory is well-groomed, green. But the only thing is that there are a lot of people!!!
On nutrition: we thought we'd crow, it's all chicken! There is no question of sea products! Well, it's true that there was some kind of local fish for dinner. There are a lot of sweets - a paradise for children! Of course, not everything is delicious, but the choice is great. There are a lot of cold snacks, cheeses (very salty), vegetables... The fruits were apples, plums, nectarines, and peaches with watermelons.
The room is cleaned really badly, even the presents did not help😤🤔🤨
The animation worked well - every two days in the evenings there was a children's disco, there were enough entertainments for adults too!!!
I personally drank beer from alcohol (it is no more than 4.2 degrees there). I tried rum, crayfish - I was not impressed!
Shops - even across the street from the hotel, even on the territory. They accept any currency. I went for free shopping - delivery of clean water!!! The price tags are off the scale there! I don't even recommend wasting time on this!!!
We went on a sea excursion on a 4-deck motor ship - I liked it! For 1 month + 1 month before the age of 12, $ 60 came out.
In a word, everything is not bad. At least we've been in the summer!!! Yes, by the way, the air temperature is about 33 Well + - , the water is about 27
I also forgot to say about Wi-Fi - there is NO free one, do not look for it. Paid for $ 3 per day is also not great.

The hotel is large, there are a lot of people, but due to the large territory it is not felt. The staff is trying very hard, everything is clean and neatly dressed, the territory is clean, everything is green. I've never heard a rude word or a sideways glance in my direction because I'm Russian, usually foreign citizens are in priority. If there are any problems with a breakdown in the room, everything is quickly fixed. The room is not chic, but we are not coming to sit in the room!!? The beach and the sea are super, for the first time in all my trips my daughter refused swimming pools, all day at sea!!! People came to the pool to ride the slides. The slides are super!!! The food is simply delicious. Vegetables, fruits, meat, fish. Watermelon every day for lunch and dinner, delicious, ripe, without waste!!! There are two different soups to choose from. Animation every day. You can walk outside the territory, near the park, shops, market. Very nice hotel!!! The first time we flew at 4, due to the crisis, I never regretted it!!! And now about everything in order. We had a room for four people. Of course, there is not enough space. But there is a large balcony. I will say "thank you" to those people who lived before us and carried food to the room and left it there. It was a surprise to me that there were a lot of ants in the room. And we lived on the third floor. We fought with the ants and did not leave food. And on the 5th day they disappeared. One more thing. There are a lot of mosquitoes!!! Be sure to take protective equipment, especially for children!!!
The food is very varied and delicious. We went half an hour before the closing of the dining room (so as not to crowd for food) and there was always something to eat.
They drank beer (very good) from alcohol, gin sprite and whiskey cola. I also really want to mention the work of the bartenders. They're just great!!!! They are very diligent and always in a good mood!!!
In general, I would like to note the work of all the staff. The territory is cleaned very well.reading the previous review about plastic plates that float in the sea, I just want to laugh. We had a rest in early October with my husband. It's my first time in Turkey. We chose this hotel. There were both good and bad reviews about him. The sink was repaired the next day, the floors were washed so that they could not dry for a day. Linen and towels have never been changed. But every day they came to make the bed (even though I made it). The floors were somehow cleaned. Now about nutrition. There is a lot of food, but it is monotonous. a large number of vegetables, herbs and fruits. There are a lot of delicious sweets for lunch and dinner. We thought there would be seafood, but apart from river fish you will not be offered anything. Very quickly, the waiters clean up the dirty dishes. There are free alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in the bars. But they either say they're out of whiskey there, or they offer it for money. There are several shops on site. Before we left, we bought souvenirs there. A huge beautiful territory and a huge swimming pool of different depths are a plus of the hotel!!! The sea is clear, but the entry into it is terrible. We just came back from this vacation. People! Read the reviews!! I trusted my agent and we got into trouble. This is the worst hotel in my life!! To begin with, the flight was delayed by 9! Hours. And when we arrived at the hotel half-dead at 11 a.m., we were not fed or watered...the number was given at the farthest point. The room is a single bed with one bedspread, two dirty towels, the phone does not work. But the most terrible thing was that traces of someone else's life were floating in the toilet, the drain did not work...the room is old and shabby...of course, we rushed to the reception ... all in vain!! The arrogance of the Turks was simply stunned!! They didn't even change our towels!! And they brazenly stated the fact that the toilet was not working. I had to spend the night in this nightmare. The next morning we contacted the Intourist's guide, he helped us get another room. And at first we even liked him...until we saw hordes of cockroaches. But it was already the next day. Now about the canteen!! She made an impression of a Soviet kindergarten. I haven't seen such queues for a long time! I had to stand behind absolutely everything - fruits, tea, pancakes...tea, coffee..even with clean plates. And, yes, it was very problematic to find an empty table!!! Crowds of people, just crowds!! Tea and coffee are just beyond the pale...it is not possible to drink. In fairness, I must say, there have always been a hundred fish and chicken, and they were delicious. Lots of fruits and vegetables. A beach towel is provided for the entire period, neither linen nor towels have ever been changed in the room. Although we regularly left a dollar each. Naive! There were not enough sunbeds on the beach. I had to get up at 6 a.m. and take seats!!! Of course, the contingent of vacationers corresponded to the hotel. 4. The reception does not ask about cleaning. For everything - ok- ok
5. The dining room is exactly the dining room! Again, the air conditioner is not working. Very hot. There is nowhere to sit at any time. The food is scarce. Everything is greasy. It's already hard to eat there after 2 days. There are no boiled vegetables and dietary meat without sauces and seasonings without oil
We haven't gone there for lunch more than once in all this time. Because finding a place is really a problem. We ate at the snack bar by the beach - everything is greasy there too
6. Every morning you can hear everything from the room. There is no peace and quiet. Some cars are driving, people are yelling, the audibility is better than in the room. There are large jambs between the door and the wall, you can watch the entrance from this opening
7. But also the contingent. A lot of Turks (from 50 years old) rested, many of them seem to be from villages - they smoke everywhere and everywhere. Children and the elderly are not an obstacle at all. If you have a healthy lifestyle, there is really a problem there. Young couples have nothing to do. Pensioners will still get away with it
8. Spa. The workers are rude and the prices are unreasonably high

The bed linen has not been changed in 9 days, although we went to ask for it at the registration. 7000 rubles were missing from the room, which were in the purse, the purse was in the handbag, and she was in the suitcase closed with a zipper. There are not enough places by the pool and the sea. I had to take sun beds at 7-8 a.m. There was a conflict with the neighboring hotel, as our people dragged their sunbeds. Their employees came to our beach, threw things off the sunbeds and took them away. The descent into the sea from the pier is very dangerous, iron ladders are welded, which have large spans between the steps. There is practically no animation! We stayed at this hotel in October 2019.. The hotel was snapped up by a travel agent.. She praised it, said that all the rooms were renovated. As a result, the room is dirty, there is mold in the shower, the toilet is wobbly, there are no towels at all. The walls are peeling. For double occupancy, they gave one blanket.. the second was requested with a fight for 2 days.. the mattress is generally a horror.. only springs.. they stole a mattress from a sunbed from the beach in order to somehow sleep.. as a result, on the second day, the cleaning was taken away (which, by the way, came only for garbage removal). The food is quite tasty and varied, but... what it was served from.. reusable plastic tableware that can no longer be washed. Surprisingly, on the last day of our arrival, the hotel was occupied by locals..for them, all the dishes were replaced with glass. Bar service sucks, shameful and disrespectful.Of course, I understand the end of the season, everyone was tired, but everyone knew where they were going to work. I can praise the beach, the beach area (sun beds, if you try, you can find them by the sea) and animation (the guys did well, they tried). I definitely won't come here a second time.
