The rooms are normal (lighting - there is not enough artificial light at night), the service is good, the breakfast is excellent (the range is wide, delicious), lunch and dinner are a couple of items on the menu, the gym is good, the sauna is lame. The location in the city is great, much is within walking distance.

Room (as of the morning of February 6, 2020): the ventilation and air conditioning system is not working, but the heating is working. The greenhouse effect. The only solution is to open the window, but then it's noisy.
When you press the Reception speed dial button on the phone in the room, you get nowhere. To connect to the reception, you need to press the Concierge button. Not trivial.
It was not possible to achieve a stable water supply temperature in the shower, as well as to position the sprayer so that it was not directed outside the bath.
