It looks like a new four, clean and tidy. But when you start to look into the details, the plumbing in two rooms was not working, the water was hot or sharply cold, the service wanted to leave the best, the transfer from the airport was confirmed for 3 days. I don't recommend it for this money.

I was there twice, for the first time everything was fine.
But the second time I ruined the whole vacation in Almaty, they didn't clean the room for two days, the sign was hanging with a request to clean the room, they made me guilty of "do not disturb you all day"
The glasses in the room are for water, the cleaner just washed them in the sink with my bare hands without detergent and put them wet on the table.
There is a huge problem with the water in the bathroom.
I will be able to paint all the problems on two pages, the result is "we will wait for you again))"
I'm not sorry for the inconvenience or anything.

The hotel itself is not, there is a problem with the service.
You have to ask for room cleaning yourself, they forget about it, they asked you to take breakfast with them on an excursion - they forgot.

A good hotel, we spent one night passing through. A very comfortable bed. They put a folding bed for my son, too, oddly enough, very comfortable. A delicious breakfast buffet, there are porridges and hot dishes and fruits according to the season. The staff is polite and friendly.

1. There was an accident and there was no hot water in the hotel. Well, get your own boiler, you're a hotel. put the water heaters on the edge.
2. The Internet is just disgusting, maybe it's the peculiarities of Kazakhstan, not the hotels.
3. The invoice was not ready at the time of eviction. You have to go to the airport, but the departure documents are not ready yet.

What can you say about this hotel? It is high, multi-storey, the rooms are decorated with modern design, the furniture is tastefully furnished. But! One step forward and two steps back, it says about this hotel!
I'll explain why! The room was booked in my name by my relative and accordingly a card was issued for payment upon departure! What was my surprise when the hotel manager said that the participation of a third party for payment without his presence is not provided, in order to avoid the use of the card by dishonest persons! In my case, the payment had to be made by the cardholder in electronic form! After paying in cash, I went into the room and later found stale bed linen with the smell of stale repeated use, a bath set - the towels were "boiling " GRAY! After inviting the maid, the discovered stale things were personally shown that she had CHANGED the entire bed from the pillows to the mattress! The Internet works well, the food is delicious! But the staff needs to be not only a formalist, but also a hospitable polite person, not forgetting that people stay in hotels not from the next street, but from a distant, tedious road! I know I won't stay there anymore! By the way, this is the first hotel in Kazakhstan with services that I was very disappointed in!

The room is large, but completely smoky, I couldn't sleep there properly. There was a blockage in the sink at the entrance, it turned out that the plug was stuck in such a way that the water did not pass, what was the cleaner thinking at all?? And those staff leave at 6, so after that all the problems with the room are yours alone.

It seems to be a good hotel, quite businesslike, restrained and respectable, but I did not like it:
1. Levies in the form of 5% per person, allegedly a registration fee that we did not pay when staying in other hotels in Almaty
2. No one helped to carry the heavy suitcase to the room.
3. After taking a bath, the entire floor was wet due to an idle overflow.
4. The room was cold, but thank God there was a heater.
Overall, the hotel is not bad, but all these little things spoiled the impression.
