I always stay there. Great rooms for the price. They are spacious and equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is excellent for breakfast and just to eat. They cook wonderful national cuisine, as well as simply delicious. There are no ATMs in the hotel itself, you need to remember. But there is one across the street and it's wonderful. Cleaning does its job well and regularly. The guys at the reception are all great. There are no questions. We held a couple of conferences there on the second floor. The conference rooms have different capacities and are equipped with everything necessary. The hotel fully meets the requirements in its price segment.

In the deluxe room, through the ventilation, the smell of cigarette smoke was very disturbing and spoiled the impression of staying in the room.
Otherwise a good 4*.
The breakfasts are delicious, the choice is large.
Cleaning is normal.

At the reception they said that they needed a cash deposit (!) in the amount of 25,000 tenge for a minibar, which they did not warn about, and without which (in cash) they did not want to check in. The rooms are dark, even for reading a book. Of the 2 bedside sockets, 1 works. The daily cleaning is not very thorough. The location is good, and so are the breakfasts.

This is the third time in this hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and cozy. When booking, they indicated check-in from 12:00 to 13:00, but upon arrival (at 12:23) they asked to wait, assuring that the room would be ready at 13:00. As a result, we waited a little over an hour, and checked in. As an apology for the inconvenience, coffee was offered, but I declined. I would have offered wine, I would not have refused))). The kitchen at the hotel is wonderful. Everything is delicious, fresh, and beautifully served. I recommend this hotel for your stay.
