I stayed at this hotel in March 2023. This is not the first time in Thailand! The hotel is good, many people write that it is old, but in fact I need a room to change clothes and spend the night, because this is the sea and sitting in a hotel is somehow not for me! The room was large, cleaned every day! Everything necessary was always supplied. If you tip, they can additionally put something as a compliment. We had a view of the sea, although not the top floor! We had no questions for the cleaning and staff, everything worked in the room, nothing was broken! The beach is right next to the hotel, there are enough sun beds. But our "responsible" tourists put down towels and go about their business and come to the sunbed at 11 o'clock at best. I don't think this is normal. But everyone has their own conscience. And someone doesn't have it. At lunch, barbecue is done for a fee, because only breakfast is included! The pool is just a cannon and not even knee-deep. The maximum depth is 1.8 m. There is a waterfall. There is a paddling pool for kids! There is a place where you can hide from the sun. Besides umbrellas. The territory of the hotel is large, there are places with sea views and benches. There is silence, the sound of the sea and beautiful sunsets! It's worth a lot!
One disadvantage is the monotonous breakfasts and the lack of green tea (this is my separate pain!). On the third day, it is no longer possible to eat what is offered. But there is always an alternative to omelets, toasts, puffs and buns, there is always fruit and fruit salad. Here you can choose what you like!
The 7 eleven store is 5 minutes away! Massage salon 5-7 minutes
And two minutes from the hotel there is a cafe, the owner Boris (where you can always buy beer, even during the hours of restrictions in the store, a note for men!) excursions are sold, without extra charge, we took Bangkok spins there ourselves, we were very satisfied! And the guys there cook a GREAT BARBECUE, not Thai, but how we love it! You miss him so much in such countries! Nothing superfluous, pepper, salt and spices, but it is very tasty and flies with a bang! This is for those who miss our kitchen!
There is a small fruit counter opposite and cocktails are prepared there.

As they were given a set of shampoo, body balm, and shower gel upon check-in, they were not changed to new used products. There is nothing provided for drying clothes on the balcony. The cleaning is so-so, for the sake of appearance. There is dust all around, finger stains on the window door.The bed linen was changed twice. There's nothing to do in the evening. - upon check-in, they take 2000 baht ($ 62) deposit (there is a TV and two bathrobes in the room, I can't tell which deposit)
- the rooms are cleaned terribly: they do not wipe the dust, they do not change the bed linen (not once in a week), the windows are stained, the curtains are dirty. 2 tea bags and sugar are given, no more, no less. The room is shabby, cosmetic repairs are crying for it. Wherever you leave food, ants immediately crawl there. The air conditioner is right in front of the nose, it makes terrible noise, it's impossible to open the door. There is no safe in the room. Neighbors can easily come to visit, you have to close the door to the balcony.
-the shower is only contrasting, the pressure and temperature change every 5 seconds, I'm afraid to imagine if you come to relax with children
-breakfast is meager, no variety - a couple of vegetables, fruits (although there should be a lot of fruits, they are famous for this), tea and coffee on tap, no cheese (how can you live without it?), a couple of hot dishes.
- the staff is not friendly, tired, does not know Russian at all, broken English.
- there is a wilderness nearby - everything is in buildings, ruins, there is practically nowhere to sit and eat, small eateries, from the unsanitary conditions of which you want to run.
- you will have to go to the city for 250 baht by taxi (that's $ 7) and the same amount back.
- on the beach, sunbeds are engaged from 6 am, or even at night, no one gets it, only those who do not sleep at night, the rest of the poor fellows lie on the sands by the sea, because there are only sunbeds by the pool
- the sea, similar to black, is clean
- there is Wi-Fi only on the beach, you can say there is no Wi-Fi in the room.

The hotel is located far to the north. To get to the center, you need to call a taxi or first walk 2 kilometers, and then go by tuk tuk. The place is a complete wilderness . The staff hardly knows a word of Russian. Chinese people relax in large groups at the hotel, for whom they arrange fun shows there. They make a lot of noise and uproar. And if there is also an evening program, then you will definitely not be able to sleep peacefully. The room cleaning is disgusting. They can't even wipe the table. Arriving at the hotel, they found that there were a lot of other people's hair on the chairs, and they were not removed in 10 days. If there is a tiny crumb left on the table or on the floor after eating, small goosebumps instantly slide down. Breakfast is very boring, not even cheese.
And most of all, I was upset that at the reception, when we checked out and the entire deposit was already returned to us, they said that we stole one bathrobe from them, although there really was one bathrobe, also a very small size, which neither my husband nor I would fit into. We tried to explain that we did not take anything and the bathrobe was in the amount of 1 pc. My husband and I didn't pay any attention to it at the time. The staff, who did not inspect us, started shouting and swearing, claiming that we were thieves. That's the impression, of course. Thanks to the transport guide, who just took us away from there and put us on the bus. Therefore, if you go there, immediately consider what is there and in what quantities, so that you do not end up in the same situation as us. I'm not going to this hotel anymore!

Good afternoon! We were in this hotel together with my husband from 02/08/2020 to 02/21/2020. Anex tour operator. I really liked the large, green, well-groomed territory of the hotel. A nice pool, large and clean with different depths, both for children and adults. A huge plus, the hotel is the first line of the sea. The entrance to the sea was sandy, the water was very clean.The room was taken the most ordinary, we were accommodated in a Chalet (room 206). The location of the room is very convenient, near the main restaurant, access to the sea and exit from the hotel to the city. The room stock is certainly too old and it would not hurt to carry out repairs, which is actually being done little by little. But everything worked fine in the room, the furniture was solid made of natural wood, everything was in Thai style, in general I liked it. Room cleaning is not very good, pretzels are not twisted out of towels, the bed is made anyhow, mugs are not washed, they do not wipe off the table, even with or without tips. The breakfasts in the hotels are good, you will not stay hungry. There are always scrambled eggs, omelette, 3 types of cereals, yogurt, sausages, ham, soups of a couple of types, noodles in different versions, chicken, pork, a lot of vegetables, fruits, sweets (puff buns with jam, cupcakes). In fact, it is not expensive to eat at lunch and dinner. You can take a deposit that you leave at check-in 2 thousand. Butt or for cash. There is a Femeli Mart store next to the hotel, fruits, fish bowls arrive at lunch, etc. I recommend the hotel, but you must immediately understand that there will be no luxury in the rooms. By the way, there was no compliment from the hotel announced by the tour operator on his birthday, which is very insulting! And in general, we did not like our hotel guide, her task was only to sell excursions, that's all.
