The place is on fire. 15 meters to the sea. I had a house. The bed is large, next to a private mini pool. There is a large swimming pool on site. Breakfasts include meat, carbohydrates and fresh fruits. I really liked it. 🤩

I recently went out with my husband, which I can say, if you are young, then this hotel is definitely not for you.
I had a feeling that we were in a sanatorium somewhere in Anapa.
Plus :
1) sea view from the room.
Minuses:
1) A bunch of pensioners from all over Russia (some of them behave disgustingly)
2) Garbage often floats in the sea
3) Rooms are cleaned somehow
4) It is very far to the center
5) There is nothing normal in the vicinity
6) breakfast is so-so (coffee/ tea is impossible to drink)
7) every evening, a local Thai woman sings in broken Russian in karaoke
8)there is no WiFi in the room,only at the reception or near the pool
9) there are fewer sunbeds than guests because of this, all the sunbeds are occupied already at 7 a.m.
10) the rooms are all shabby

They try to cheat in everything! Instead of the room that was indicated in the voucher, they provided a 2-storey barn called a Chalet, with dirty rooms and a DOOR BETWEEN THE ROOMS THAT DOES NOT CLOSE!!! We are not the only ones in a similar situation. 800 baht per day was required for relocation to normal rooms. Through collective efforts, we defended our right to normal rooms. The guide from Anex tour at first pretended that everything was OK and there were no available rooms, but when we threatened to call the central office and the police, places were immediately found-we were settled for one day in a 5* building, after which we were moved to the required 4*.
As it turned out later, our rooms were given to Chinese and European tourists. They take a deposit of 2000 baht
If you get to this hotel, then film the process of checking into the room with a camera in the presence of a hotel employee! Otherwise, pay for every scratch, crack on the sink or stain at the expense of the deposit. The hotel put it on stream. A friend of mine had 1,500 baht withheld because of scratches on the floor 100 years ago. So do not hesitate, take pictures and take pictures of every scratch, dig into everything! The staff is very allergic to attentive tourists who defend their rights!

Room cleaning is so-so, they only wash the floor and then not everywhere. The dust on the beds and mirrors is old. The staff at the hotel is not particularly interested in visitors. There is not enough comfort that is created by the staff.

I had a rest in November 2019. The hotel is a normal "Deluxe room", of course the rooms are a bit old. The breakfasts are good" you definitely won't stay hungry. It's a long way from transportation. The rooms are very tired. The air conditioners in the main building are poorly positioned and noisy. There is no Internet in the rooms, and the reception is not very stable. But overall the hotel is not bad. The area is very picturesque. I really liked the breakfasts. The gorgeous pool and the proximity of the sea pleased me. However, the pool closes at 19:00. It is not convenient to carry the key to the safe with you. And for its loss, a fine of 10,000 rubles.
