There is no safe in the rooms, it is very dusty. Far from the center. It's too bad that there is no transfer from the hotel to the center. There is one sooooo uncivil aunt working at the reception.

A normal flophouse. The rooms are poorly cleaned. No one speaks Russian, but they understand. Well, we just came in to sleep.
