A comfortable hotel in the city center. Friendly reception, cozy and clean room. The suite has two bathrooms and it's great.
The check-in was quick, there were no problems.
There are many attractions within walking distance (literally around the corner).

The hotel is located in the very center. Clean and calm. The staff is very helpful. The breakfasts are hearty and all food is available from 7.15 am until the end of breakfast. The buffet.

The luxurious interior is spoiled by the lack of hot water (or its prolonged extraction by draining), disgusting quality slippers, begging for a kettle, a TV remote that does not work... Of the "bells and whistles" only a special package for sanitary pads... Plus in geography. For a megalopolis, the location is excellent. The comfort room in St. Petersburg on Vosstaniya Square is cheaper, and the level of security is a cut above. Daily change of towels, daily provision of residents with cosmetics, daily water, coffee, tea... Minsk residents, have you not heard that this is also possible?

Polite staff, all issues were quickly resolved (the sink was clogged; they said where the refrigerator was, where the cooler was, etc.). They came to meet us when we couldn't pay for the room right away, they offered to pay in the evening. The only drawback is the cafe on the ground floor, where young people have fun at night. But we were so tired that we fell asleep anyway)) The breakfast buffet is not worth the money

We took a suite room, did not go to breakfast (25 rubles). Large room with climate control system. A kettle, a cupboard with dishes.
Since 07/03/2023, the Pan in Hop restaurant has been operating at the hotel again. They were delicious, but in addition to the name of the dish, the ingredients of its components should be indicated in the menu. We took a salad with salmon and caviar, and got a vinaigrette)

The hotel is far from 3 stars. There was a moth flying in the room, the air conditioner did not work in the 30 degree heat, the temperature was 26 degrees - it's very hot! The beds are separate, the breakfast is also so-so (small selection). There are worn towels in the bathroom, mold... it's good that we stayed for 1 night. We will not stop here anymore! The hotel is quite conveniently located in the city center, near the Upper Town and a street with cafes and bars, but at the same time everything is quiet at the hotel, as well as Independence Avenue itself in a couple of minutes. The staff is responsive and nimble. The rooms are quite beautiful, the stains on the rim of the bathroom have slightly spoiled the impression in a standard room, but in fact this is the only drawback. A cozy restaurant.

the main problem of the hotel turned out to be our high expectations. She looked amazing on the website. in fact, it was the first time we came across such a bathroom - water was everywhere, from the "screen" protecting from water - one name. there was a kind of woodlouse crawling on the floor (I'm not strong in insects, but you can look at the video and determine). It felt like liquid soap was poured into the tank for the "shampoo gel". To summarize: any shower was torture.
the breakfasts are super meager, I just don't say anything about the similarity of "orange juice". and it is unclear why the waitress forced us to try this carbonated masterpiece once again, promising that this time there is definitely orange juice in the carafes, and not fizz - it is unclear
among the advantages are beautiful rooms, high ceilings, foyers, stained glass windows between floors. of course, the main advantage of the hotel is its location. it is convenient to get anywhere from it, everything is close.
Otherwise, everything is very, very sad. the price tag is too high, I still did not understand why I gave such money:(
The hotel is ideal if it serves as an overnight stay with a convenient location, but no more. I strongly recommend not to be deceived by breakfast, it is better to choose a cafe nearby.

Excellent location - around the corner is a pedestrian restaurant street, across the block and GUM and Minsk Cathedral of the Holy Spirit, depending on where to turn. Three days later, the National Art Museum. Plus 25 minutes on foot from the train station. Everything looks decent inside. It's clean, there's a water cooler in the hallway. Friendly girls at the reception. You can leave your luggage for storage. I want to go back there.

A very interesting location is near the KGB of the Republic of Belarus and the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic. 40 minutes to the airport in the morning is a big plus.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the style is a bit outdated.
Breakfasts and breakfast staff are probably some of the best in the Republic of Belarus

- The air conditioner is barely working. But it's better than nothing.

We lived from August 26 to 28. Then from September 31 to September 2. The high marks are surprising. The hotel is tired. The beds creak. The toilets are wobbly. The plumbing is smeared with sealant. I forgot my jacket in the closet on my first visit. They took her for themselves. They asked for almost a week, but they couldn't return it. The air conditioning does not work, although the reception says it does. The location is gorgeous - the very center, but everything else was upset.
