A nice hotel, very beautiful with a classic design. Clean white linen, good mattresses. Good location. A quiet street in the center. Some small things spoil the impression: bad pillows - well, it doesn't cost a lot of money, no tea or coffee, in the evening you want to have the opportunity to drink tea. The cooler and glass in the room do not contribute much to this. Just some kind of snack trade or a machine with coffee water tea would be great)))

Good location in the center, Trinity suburb and the Red Church are within walking distance. We had a spacious room with a balcony. The staff is friendly, it is possible to organize a tour. This is where the advantages end, the hotel's own parking is very small, you need to look for a place in the courtyards (there is a paid parking area on the street). The air conditioning is weak, only open windows save at night. Breakfasts are meager, it makes no sense to pay 25 rubles extra, it's better to eat in restaurants nearby.

In general, the hotel is normal. Considering that it positions itself at only 3 stars. Of course, most of the assessment is made by the location - it really is the very center. The room is standard, there is no kettle, but there is hot water in the cooler. But they definitely don't give you tea and cups - you have to look for it yourself. The WiFi is good. There is also a feature of rooms with a double bed - they are, in fact, single, just shifted. And yes, there is a hole in the middle. If it is important for you to hug your soulmate, then this fact will become important. I understand that it is convenient for the hotel, but from my point of view it is a bit strange. Of the disadvantages, I will note 2 things: there is no ventilation or good heating in the bathroom. I apologize for the details, but during the stay, several woodlice were found running around the bathroom. And the breakfast experience is very mediocre. Perhaps when breakfast was in the hotel restaurant, it was tastier (in the old reviews we saw that it was delicious). But we got to the breakfast period in the conference room and it wasn't very good. It's monotonous, there's not much choice, the food is cool. I understand that the hotel has only 3 stars, but still for the price of breakfast in the nearest restaurants you can eat much tastier and even cheaper, and there are a lot of them here! So the place itself is good in terms of location, but it's a little overpriced if you don't book it in advance

A good hotel. It is located in the city center, near many attractions and cafes for different tastes. The staff is very friendly. The size of the room is decent, both the room itself and the bathroom.
One of the disadvantages is that there is a club nearby, and in the evenings from Friday to Sunday it is noisy on the street, although this is not a problem if the room has windows facing the courtyard.
The construction site nearby (a former cinema) did not bother - they work only during the day and are not very noisy.

We arrived in Minsk in December. We were settled in a hotel room on the 4th floor (attic). The room is cold, although the batteries were hot. But the batteries for the interior were covered with wooden panels, cold constantly blew from the walls from the street, as well as from the windows (large and partially covered with snow). I had to ask for a heater- they provided it. Slippers in the room are available on request for free, although this information is not available in the hotel information guide, luggage can be left free of charge (the directory indicates that it is paid). There are cosmetics in the economy room: There are two tubes with shampoo and soap hanging. Water was leaking from the sink faucet in the bathroom . The cleaning in the room apparently depended on the shift, it was good, then negligent. The hotel is located in the city center, on a quiet street (if you do not take into account the construction site opposite). The breakfast is average, you can't go hungry, but there were not enough fruits (there were none, why, they could not answer). The coffee is good. There are many cafes with breakfasts on the neighboring parallel street. The internet was working well. We stayed at the hotel for the second time in December 2023. They immediately asked for a non-attic room. But it didn't save much. It's cold in the room. However, the slippers were already in the room. The water to wash (the room was on the second floor) had to be drained for twenty minutes, after that the water became warm. The room prices are overpriced. No kettle, no tea, no water. It's good that the kiosks on the pedestrian street nearby work for a long time, where you can buy delicious hot tea and buns. It is necessary to consider another hotel for accommodation.

An ordinary average hotel. The undoubted advantage is the location. Nearby are the main tourist places - the Town Hall, Independence Avenue, the Cathedral of the Descent of the Holy Spirit, Independence Square, train station, Island of Courage and Sorrow, Trinity suburb, 10 minutes walk away.
Inside the hotel itself is beautiful, there is a good elevator, a stained glass window where there is a landing.
The cons are all in the room - they did not give disposable slippers, there is no toothpaste and brushes (it's good that everything is your own). Usually, even 3-star hotels have it all.
Hand soap and shower gel are poured into non-removable dispensers.
The room itself is overloaded with furniture (why are there 2 chairs and an armchair in a cramped room?). But the most significant disadvantages are that the room is quite cool and barely warm water flows from the hot water tap, only in the evening it starts to pour hot.
They did not take meals at the hotel, they ate in cafes and restaurants, fortunately there are enough of them around.in general, it is a good option, especially for those who just want to spend the night).
We paid with the Mir card, everything works fine

Nice hotel in the center of old Minsk. There is a walking area with cafes, restaurants and a Town Hall nearby. It matches its stars and price. The room has everything you need. We took a room with a balcony, we thought we would spend time on it in the evenings, but it turned out to be very dirty, there is a construction site across the street, so we were afraid to go out on it. The breakfast buffet is quite edible. For lunch and dinner, there are many decent establishments within walking distance. I especially liked the Grand Cafe, I advise you to visit, the level of cuisine, interior and service is super!

I was here during the New Year holidays. The hotel is in the Victorian style, I really liked it, in principle, the whole atmosphere here is even in this style. There is free private Parking, because the hotel is located in the very center, without it you would definitely not have found a place. There is a cafe downstairs, you can order room service from it. And of course the best thing is a team and a good location. Most of the attractions are within walking distance.
Next time we will definitely stay here, we will only come in the summer)

I looked at the breakfast guest list - it's really hard, probably, to cook for 10 people so that everything is already there. But, in general, it was all that was needed - you can't leave breakfast hungry. And, probably, the price for a three-star hotel is too high, although if you take into account the location, then it's probably fine.

We were satisfied with the hotel. The room is not cramped, with high ceilings, two Windows (we had access to the courtyard - silence). There is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floor, 2 glasses in the room. If necessary, you can ask for cutlery. The bed is comfortable and high. There are enough sockets and lighting too. The staff is friendly and courteous.
The location is generally super, the most historic center, and relatively close to 2 metro stations.
What I DIDN'T like: in the middle of the day we came to relax for a couple of hours, the neighboring rooms were being cleaned. We hung up a "do not disturb" sign, then when we left again we hung up a "request to clean up", returned late in the evening, but they did not clean up and even the garbage was not taken out.
