Breakfast 3 is a stretch, it's definitely not worth your money. Everything is quite simple, if you need to have breakfast early in the morning, then it's fine, the cold breakfast range is not large. If you have time, it's better to go to local cafes, the money is about the same.

Nemiga is two steps away, one block to Independence Avenue, there are really plenty of places to eat and all that. In general, a very good location. The hotel itself is decorated with a claim to luxury, but it would be better if the air conditioner worked, really! There are no questions for the staff - everyone is very kind. Breakfast is normal. I looked at the breakfast guest list - it's really hard, probably, to cook for 10 people so that everything is already there. But, in general, it was all that was needed - you can't leave breakfast hungry. And, probably, the price for a three-star hotel is too high, although if you take into account the location, then it's probably fine.

We were satisfied with the hotel. The room is not cramped, with high ceilings, two Windows (we had access to the courtyard - silence). There is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floor, 2 glasses in the room. If necessary, you can ask for cutlery. The bed is comfortable and high. There are enough sockets and lighting too. The staff is friendly and courteous.
The location is generally super, the most historic center, and relatively close to 2 metro stations.
What I DIDN'T like: in the middle of the day we came to relax for a couple of hours, the neighboring rooms were being cleaned. We hung up a "do not disturb" sign, then when we left again we hung up a "request to clean up", returned late in the evening, but they did not clean up and even the garbage was not taken out.

The room, there was a room on the 4th floor, there is an elevator, very convenient. The room itself is of an ordinary size, old furniture, a 2-bedroom bed with shifted mattresses, puny pillows, dusty curtains, very stuffy, the air conditioner is hanging, but not everyone tolerates it. The refrigerator is not working, there is drinking water in the cooler in the hallway. The bathroom curtain is mildewed, there is gel shampoo, hand soap, enough towels, slippers, a hair dryer that is just sad, but working. In front of the entrance to the room, a cart with the inscription garbage, dirty laundry(. Check-out at 12 o'clock. The toilet is only from the restaurant, there is no one in the lobby. I didn't take breakfast, in the next restaurant to the right of the entrance. You can have a great breakfast outside in good weather starting at 10 a.m. for 15 minutes!
Conclusion, if for one or two days, you can live, because the location is really super, Alfabank, etc. 16min on foot, Yandex taxi 5min

The hotel is good. Monumental rooms with the same monumental furniture and a wild balcony. A good bathroom. Polite staff. But I lowered my points because of the bad pillows on the luxurious bed, there were no bathrobes and regular drinking water in the room. We stayed in a room on the top floor with attic windows. In sunny weather, the air in the room warmed up very quickly. The installed air conditioner could not cope with its tasks: when they went to the city for a long time, it, like all electrical equipment, turned off; when they were inside, it cooled slightly, regardless of the temperature set on the remote control, actually worked in ventilation mode. For this, I take off one star.
