We contacted this clinic with our pet named Skye. The cat stopped eating and going to the toilet.The first examination was conducted by the doctor Karas M.M. after making a number of manipulations, and this is ultrasound + consultation + analysis + forced urine discharge. For this, I gave 235 rubles. The next day, we were scheduled for another visit, provided that the cat does not go to the toilet on its own. Almost a day has passed, the money has been paid, the result is zero. Arriving on 6.01, we were received by the doctor Frolova S.A. and here I was subjected to such a shock!!!! The ultrasound showed that everything was very bad, that the cat needed to be fitted with a catheter, ivs, etc., etc. and the frightening phrase "Your cat never comes off on its own" I had to pay about 800 rubles for all the treatment. I was also asked to give the cat an injection.But if he doesn't go to the bathroom for three hours, then he will need surgery!!!!!After consulting with another veterinarian by phone and sending him tests and conclusions, I was told that the cat only had cystitis. This is not an animal clinic, this is a divorce of people for money. And at the same time, there are young girls working there, and I'm not sure that they are qualified enough specialists, an online veterinary school is the only way I can say. I self-injected the prescribed drugs for three days with an antibiotic and Drotaverine. Skye goes to the bathroom on her own and eats.

It's only now that I've seen reviews of ruined pets.Like everyone else, I saw a good rating, took the dog to the dentist appointment, the appointment was on the same day, it's already strange... They said you need to remove a tooth, the dog is 13 years old. As a result, they removed 4 teeth instead of the 1st without informing us. After anesthesia, the pet woke up, but for 1.5 days the dog was sick, had diarrhea, refused to eat, and urinary incontinence appeared. At the end of 2 days, he died. The fault of the clinic, the negligence of the doctors, their lack of competence. I blame myself for contacting this center, if I had waited a little later for an appointment at another center, maybe my dog would have been alive. I didn't see any love for animals on the faces of the doctors, the administrators are always unhappy. I do not recommend this center if you also do not want to repeat my mistake and turn here to lose your beloved pet, and it is also very painful to watch your dog suffer the last days, hours and minutes of his life.

We have been to the clinic 2 times and we have 2 favorite doctors now. The first time they came urgently, because of newly discovered dental problems, the mouse did not eat by itself. I managed to make an appointment with Wanda Sergeevna. A young girl, but she dealt with chinchillas, it's obvious. I didn't do anything superfluous, I tried to do it very budget-friendly. The second time I managed to make an appointment with the chief physician, Alexander Ivanovich, he was recommended to me and I wanted to hear his opinion on our dental problem. Everything went very well, we received an X-ray and a full-fledged consultation, we were prescribed medications and all the recommendations coincided with the opinion of the previous specialist. That's how I made sure we were being treated properly.

Unfortunately, our ferret died after receiving medical treatment at this clinic. In the morning, the animal showed signs of improvement and even tried to eat on its own. However, after an intravenous drip with Ringer-Locke solution in a volume of 20 ml, an hour later the ferret developed pulmonary edema, which led to death.
We found out that the introduction of such a volume of solution intravenously is unacceptable for an animal with renal insufficiency and weighing 500 grams. In another clinic, a similar amount of the solution was administered subcutaneously, which did not cause complications. At the reception, we asked questions about the amount of solution, and we were informed that this is the normal amount for administration within 10 hours. However, as it turned out, the doctor Stankevich A. made a mistake by prescribing intravenous injection of such volume, which led to tragic consequences.
This case raises serious concerns about the competence of the clinic staff.
