I want to express my dissatisfaction with Alexey Ilyich Kasho. We had an appointment with this doctor today, made an appointment on the recommendation of friends, and I did not even expect that everything would be so sad. Maybe Alexey Kasho is a good doctor, maybe he saves animals, but he does not know how to communicate with people at all!! He ignored my questions, when I asked him to explain the diagnosis and medical terms, he replied to me: I am not a teacher, what would I sit here and explain. He was rude, talked like a robot, couldn't really explain anything.
I know that some veterinarians don't really like people, and they love animals very much, but dear Alexey Ilyich, learn how to answer people's questions correctly, and don't ignore them. People who come to you with their animals, they are not doctors, and most of them do not understand these medical terms of yours, and have no idea what they are talking about, it all needs to be explained humanely (in simple language), and do not be rude to people.

There was a double impression, a lot of money was left by ultrasound, tests, endoscopy, I kind of see, I don't seem to see that I see the question???, as a result, the cat is healthy.... When they called from another number, they immediately answered and threw off the fact that allegedly "the connection does not catch." They were serviced here on a regular basis. This is no longer an animal care clinic, but just a place of business. Here they will simply pump money out of you. The attitude towards animals is indifferent. I treated my dog here. They did ivs and injections for a week, as a result, the dog did not get better, they went to another clinic. In another clinic, my dog was prescribed the right treatment at the first appointment and the dog recovered. And if I gave 500 rubles to the "Main tail" for the "treatment" of the dog, then in another clinic I gave only 23 rubles for the correct treatment.
In the same clinic, two doctors treated my dog, unfortunately none of them prescribed the correct treatment.
I do not recommend this clinic to anyone

It is not entirely clear how this clinic has a score of 5, there are a lot of negative reviews. Customer focus is at zero, they brought a dog with allergies after vaccination, it was two hours before closing, BUT they sent us to another clinic, as they are closing soon.
PS The allergy happened to a vaccine made in this particular clinic on the same day. I don't recommend it.
