The diagnosis was not made, the treatment was prescribed with a "finger in the sky", which they said directly. Of course, the "treatment" did not help. The cost of the analysis carried out by the veterinarian on his own initiative was found out in fact at the checkout, which was a surprise. The question is not about money, but about the rejection of the clinic's desire to increase the check without informing the client.
For some reason, the cost of gloves, napkins, etc. supplies necessary for admission are not included in the cost of the consultation, although the consultation is not carried out without them and it is impossible to refuse them (which makes it pointless not to include their cost in the price of the consultation). That is, add at least 3 rubles to the stated price of the consultation. These tricks of underestimating the price of a consultation by not including the cost of consumables in it look at least strange.
The prices of medicines and preparations in the pharmacy at the clinic are significantly inflated compared to the first pet store that caught my eye: 24 BYN versus 16 BYN, respectively. I recommend that, if necessary, buying a number of drugs, spontaneously do not buy anything at this pharmacy, but spend 2 minutes searching the Internet and save a decent amount.
After an in-person examination and personal consultation, as a result of which no diagnosis was made, I decided to contact the head.to the doctor A.I. Poloz, about whom I read positive reviews, I described in detail the symptoms, the conclusion of the veterinarian of HIS clinic, the photo and asked if he did not see the need to take urgent (!) measures to save our bird, because despite the obvious symptoms (lethargy, bad litter, etc.) they were ignored at the reception and we decided to look for the root cause of the chronic disease, although this sharp deterioration in the bird's well-being is not related to it. His answer is to come back for a consultation. Of course we won't go.
It seems that the clinic is aimed at making sure that you spend as much money as possible, and not to help your pet.
I decided to leave my feedback for potential customers, as I was misled by the positive reviews available.

Disgusting attitude! We arrived with chinchilla for a tooth trimming and everything was fine, after 2 days I stopped eating - I will return to the clinic, they told us to take a picture and diagnosed flatulence. They prescribed injections and pills, they said from the teeth that everything was fine.
The time of treatment has passed - I did not start eating and became more and more sluggish, we come back again, more injections and pills, they said it was in the tummy, come to us in 10 days.
After 2 it got worse and eventually we come back and the head physician looks at the picture again and it turns out that he has a cyst, that there are problems with his teeth.
Finally:2 weeks of useless treatment is wrong, the animal has severe pain. But the doctor just didn't notice. Pumping out money only for receptions. Also, the head doctor is a boor. Thank you for almost killing my chinchilla, I hope that your pet will not be treated in your clinic.
I will also write a complaint and attach a picture and all the conclusions!!!
