I didn't like the hotel. We had a vacation with my husband in August 2021. We traveled 3.5 hours to Antalya. The hotel did not have air conditioning, except for the rooms. The elevators are waiting for a very long time.The beach is a weak three. It takes 10 minutes to get to the beach by bus, which runs once an hour. Of the advantages, you can note the magnificent sea and the view from the hotel, the sea, the mountains-it's cool!!! The hotel was accompanied by guides from the anex tour, who can be wished more professionalism and patience to the guests, in particular Pavel. The impression is very unpleasant. Maybe someone likes this kind of vacation, but it's definitely not a vacation that corresponds to 5 stars, we have something to compare it with.In general, I do not recommend this hotel.

It was the best in the region about 5 years ago (and the cost was one hundred euros per night). Now they have built a little better, but still a good place to spend your vacation (about 50 euros per night or less). It is remote from the sea (1km?), but there is a free bus to ITS OWN sandy equipped beach. The territory has all the infrastructure for recreation - an Olympic swimming pool, several smaller pools including indoor, sauna, SPA, disco, amphitheater, water park, restaurants, cafes, tennis courts. cinema hall. A closed, protected area with its own green area (lemons, dates, tangerines and other trees and shrubs). There is an opportunity to live either in the main building or on numerous pitchforks as part of the complex.
Disadvantages? It's too crowded and noisy in summer. Buses rattle non-stop in front of the entrance to the main building.
The distance from both the sea and the city (1 km, but you don't walk much in the heat).

We approached to communicate with managers, someone says you can move with an additional fee, someone says that there are no places at all. As a result, we were left in this hellhole, which is also a 10-minute walk uphill to the main building where everything happens. We are a young couple, but we have settled in a quiet villa and I'm not afraid of this word a shitty house. The administration says that they settled us in the best villa, the room is smaller and worse. I'm afraid to imagine what kind of numbers there are in this case! Far from 5 stars

There is no point in going to Alanya, on the first day, be sure to go to the shopping center by the beach (5 minutes walk).

We were in August 2019, for me the price is too high. We lived in a villa, it was not ice to walk to the main building in the heat. The transfer to the hotel was not waited for even once. Taking the bus to the beach is also not my option. Antalya Airport is far away. I was saving my water park, the children had something to do. The food is like everywhere else in Turkey. For that kind of money, you can find a better one. I'm not going there anymore.

On the beach, the sun beds and mattresses are in a deplorable state. The beach is big, but the entrance to the sea is terrible, there are slabs and stones sticking out!!!! But the sea is clean and warm) It's a long way to the sea, buses run on an inconvenient schedule. There is nowhere to go in the evening, it is also far from civilization. We cleaned it every day, but we didn't really try. It is convenient that the rooms have a kitchen, a washing machine. For its price, the hotel is not bad, but not super.

There were 4 + 1 of us, we were given a 4-room room + a huge living room with a Kitchen (why do we need it if there is a lot of food). Daily cleaning service. The choice of food is excellent, there is everything. There is also a snack bar on the beach : cutlets, mussels, vegetables, side dishes, fruits. For 2 weeks we did not spend a penny at the hotel, called, wrote in whatsapp, photos and videos were sent to everyone, turning off mobile data and using only Goldcity's WiFi!!!!!!! Cool, cool!

A taxi down to the foot of the mountain costs $5. My favorite Guinness beer is also sold for $5 or euros per jar!!!! It's cooler than the ABC of taste!
The audibility in the rooms is strong, the walls are made of cardboard, and in the main building there is loud animation and you can't fall asleep.
Unpleasant lady Svetlana, endlessly pushing massage, only turns you away, you go with children in your teeth, and she is offended that you, you see, have no time, you have to go to the spa on your own and decide there. There is a good hairdresser at the spa 👍

Someone wrote in the reviews that dirty pools, so, this is not true, regular disinfection and cleaning with a special vacuum cleaner of the bottom, surfaces next to the pool, water is filtered and renewed at night, you have seen how it is done.
There are the coolest and tastiest snack bars on the beach and at the water park, there are no more shops or eateries on the beach, part of our beach is very small, but we found sun beds.
There is a separate thing in the hotel with billiards and air hockey, do not be afraid) She's kind of like from the dashing 90s. Children can be entertained.
The doctor at the bottom of the hotel is paid, $ 60. If anything, you need to call the phone number listed in the insurance, there is a Russian-speaking operator there.
We didn't go into the gym, because we had almost the farthest villa, we had enough calf exercises)))) but we saw the gym - it's simple, good, everything is basic, I won't tell you in detail here, as well as about the spa.
