However, other specialists also behave mainly. Even the doctors. The offices are disorganized. Patients waste a lot of time senselessly. I am glad that I have not gone before and will never go to them. During several trips, I met only one decent and sympathetic person. according to Chulkov's expertise.But even she can't do everything. I lost a lot of nerve cells trying to use them to help my seriously ill wife.
This is the biggest disappointment of this 20GP year.I really liked the decoration of the corridors of the renovated building with paintings.

The staff is friendly! They helped with directions and explained how and where to move. The repair in the hospital is good. The service is excellent. The time in the offices naturally depends on the number of patients, but fortunately it did not take long, literally 10-20 minutes. I didn't have to sit there anymore. I am happy with the clinic, I will come back in case of illness)
They did an umbrella and 2 biopsies for a fee, paid for 2 and received for 1. Unfortunately, it's not even about money, but that they take two from different places in order to see the picture more correctly and diagnose. As a result, go to the umbrella again.

At the reception today I was faced with blatant rudeness and some kind of incomprehensible hatred of people, I just came up to clarify the question, as a result I was left to blame for not knowing where to go in a new clinic for me! It is for this that such an assessment is made, the doctors may be good, but I did not get to them and I would rather go to a paid clinic.
I was in dentistry - I liked the surgeon. A tooth was sent to the picture, there the woman does not count up to three, she immediately points at the door. I couldn't take a picture, so I was kicked out. I have a gag reflex.
I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Rysnik Alesa Olegovna for the excellent attitude towards patients. I did a colonoscopy, the procedure, to put it mildly, is not pleasant, but the doctor is so gentle, delicate, kind that everything went not so terribly. The nurse is also a very nice person. Thanks to this attitude, it is not scary to visit such procedures and the clinic as a whole. Thank you again very much!
I made an appointment with an ophthalmologist on a paid basis for an 82-year-old mother, because there is no ophthalmologist at all in our 15th polyclinic. At first, there was an appointment for 10 a.m., a couple of hours later they called back and re-recorded for the second shift, because the doctor was being taken somewhere. We arrived half an hour before the reception. Not only are the paid services on the 5th floor, the class on the 2nd, and the doctor on the 3rd. So there is also an elevator for such a huge polyclinic, which you have to wait for several minutes and cram like a herring into a jar. But these are small things compared to the rest... After waiting until the scheduled appointment time, the doctor did not appear! In the next office, I found out that he took the first shift, although there is a second one on the schedule. Returning back to the 5th floor, I informed the registrar about this to the registrar. It turned out that the doctor had switched shifts, but forgot to warn the registry about it. Mom has problems with her legs, walks with a stick and then with difficulty and we had to return home with nothing.
There is no way to cover the Sovdepov attitude with any repairs. The clinic sucks.😠

It is unbearably stuffy in this small corridor , young and retired people are in this queue . People are just suffering. I've never seen anything like this before.At the same time , there is an electronic queue being called , then a pause of 15-20 minutes until the next number is called . Here I was just shocked by the attitude, the reception took at most 3 minutes, I told him that I did not feel very well (I was very tired, shortness of breath, rapid pulse), but the doctor listened, did not measure the pressure, which is mandatory at every pregnancy appointment, did not look at the throat, did not listen, but simply closed the sick leave and all this was after I found out that I was not pregnant in this clinic (I belong to the place of registration and residence), I had to urgently go to a paid medical center (they also found a red throat and hard breathing). I still don't understand how such an attitude towards patients is possible?!!!
I had a chance to undergo a professional examination to work in this medical institution. The cardiogram was done with the electrodes (suction cups) that had fallen off, they just lay on the chest. I was also struck by the conditional neurologist who went out into the corridor, took a sheet for a professional examination, told me to wait for her in the corridor and went to put seals that I was healthy without even asking any questions about my well-being. To visit 5 doctors+2 analyses spent 1h.30m.

I liked the fact that all the information about the patient, including data from examinations and previous visits, is on the computer and there is no need to constantly run after the card, i.e. any doctor (specialist) He can take them into account when applying for this or that occasion. Otherwise, it is an ordinary polyclinic in a modern way.
What can I say?! The repair was done great! That's where the good ends. I already encountered indifference two months ago, but I will describe the last case. It must have boiled over. 8 weeks of pregnancy . The paid clinic confirmed the frozen pregnancy . I'm calling the clinic to get a ticket to the gynecologist. And the ticket is only for May 30th . I explained the situation - I urgently need a referral for cleaning . Call me tomorrow. And then tomorrow. In general, go for two weeks until sepsis apparently begins . Then you can immediately call an ambulance.
