Having visited the institution for the first time, we were generally satisfied. The next time we faced a situation when a guard at the entrance escorted a large Georgian family around the entire Russian-speaking queue and put them in the central hall, and we were the first in line at a table near the exit itself. Where there is no music, no view. The order could not be accepted for 10 minutes. Then they announced a 40-minute wait. Well, there are a lot of places around, there are plenty to choose from. But I don't recommend this place.

The food is delicious, except for bread. If a Georgian is sitting at the next table, it will definitely be very noisy. The conversation is so loud that the whole restaurant hears it in the morning at breakfast. When asked to turn on the air conditioner, they did not react.

A great place with affordable prices. The interior is pleasant, live Music in the evenings. Of the disadvantages, it takes a long time to wait for khinkali and khachapuri, but this is if the landing is complete. Dishes are brought faster in the morning)I definitely recommend this restaurant!

Disgusting! The fish is over-dried. Everything is sharp. The manager was called and he started yelling at us. Kazakhs do not know how to speak properly. We were two girls and he was standing over us and raising his voice and insulting us. Kazakhs! Don't come here! And not only that! I'll attach a receipt and a photo! Terribly spoiled mood! In fact, it is surprising that in this institution there is a full boarding in the evenings. To be honest, khachapuri in Adjarian is stingy with cheese, in many establishments in Batumi khachapuri is juicier and, so to speak, cheesier than here. Chanakhi was most confused. My wife and I took two vats and noticed that they put one small piece of meat in each. Really, a tiny piece of meat for a whole pot for 20 lari.

The staff is terrible. There is zero customer orientation. They don't even seem to know what it is. The food is nothing special, simple. And yes, the music is very loud, noisy. Accordingly, it is uncomfortable, even I would say unbearable to be inside. I definitely don't recommend it. It's better to find another place.

A gourmet? An ordinary roadside tavern. Monday evening, the waiting time for hinkals is more than 40 minutes from under the stick, because the priority of service is frankly in favor of the locals. The meat is over-salted and clearly interrupts with pepper, the bill is on the second attempt, the faces and attitude of the waiters... Gaumardjos! It's better to go for hinkals to the gas station around the corner :)

The manager brazenly decides who is in the restaurant and who is not.
Two people are seated at a table that can accommodate 8 (3 on each side and 2 on the other side of the square), and we have two out of 10 people (3 and 5 years old) they refused because the manager was offended (because I offered to put the children on my lap, to which he said he couldn't do that, because he wouldn't be able to serve us effectively enough by himself. I said that we don't need to be efficient, because the service "at the level" is lame everywhere. To which he categorically refused to offer seats that were even available.
It was not possible to properly evaluate their effective service with food
But I will definitely come back to them to write a new review.
In general, children 14,12,11,10, 6, 5, 3 years old and 3 adults were refused due to lack of seats, I repeat, it would be possible to eat at 2 different tables, not to mention a table with 6 seats

I found this place myself and took my family there. We liked everything. Everything is delicious. High customer orientation, but after dinner, my son and I were poisoned.
In general, I would have liked it if not for this nuance for the whole night ...

It's a great restaurant. The staff are pleasant, polite, and speak Russian. Beautiful live music in the evening. Delicious food, not expensive. Despite the full planting, bring the khachapuri quickly (about 20-25 minutes), and the salad in 10 minutes. I recommend it!
