The hotel is good. The hotel staff is very pleasant and courteous. The girls will always tell you and tell you. Special thanks to the security guys. Cleaning is one of the best! The rooms are always clean, do not leave any request. The breakfast is good. In the evening, it is a pleasure to go up to the restaurant on the 8th floor to look at the sea and eat baklava with tea. Overall, the hotel is cool, I was satisfied with everything. The only drawback is if you live on the 6th floor, it will smell in the evening (not always good!) A pub!!!

Great hotel. Friendly staff at the reception, very clean, varied breakfast buffet. On weekdays, there is an inexpensive lunch also in the buffet format. On the top floor there is a SPA area (access is included in the price). There is a bus stop to the airport next to the hotel (fare 100 tenge = 20 rubles). The embankment is an 8-minute walk away. I definitely recommend it!

The hotel is good. Clean linen. Daily cleaning service. The spa is excellent, included in the price.The mini bar is also included.There are 4 types of baths, a swimming pool and a gym. The breakfast is decent. I didn't really like the woman who looks after the visitors. Previously, we read about it in other reviews. I liked the restaurant. We had lunch there. We lived for 5 days. The staff is super. Not everything is so good at the reception.

We rested with my husband for 8 days. Excellent atmosphere, impeccable service, delicious breakfasts. A swimming pool and a sauna are a wonderful pastime! It's all about the Grand Victory! Thanks to all the staff and management of this hotel. I really want to return to the city of my youth and stay at the Grand Victory again.

I did not expect such a bestial attitude from such an institution. My husband and I happened to stay at the Victory Hotel. Before that, we visited billiards and a restaurant here. Upon check-in, an employee named Anar volunteered to escort us to our room. He was told that there was no need to see us off, the bags were light and we knew the way, nevertheless, he said that he would see us off anyway. Along the way, he listed what is in the hotel, what is included in the price and what is not. He said that the minibar in the room was paid for and included in the price. He said the same thing about the pool and SPA.
There were 5 250ml bottles in the minibar - two waters, two Cokes and juice. Nice, we thought. However, there was a surprise waiting for us next.
As a result, there is no SPA in the hotel in principle. There are some massages for a fabulous extra.You make a payment, call on your mobile and sit waiting for the masseuse to arrive. Well, at least there was a pool, the water was clean, there were no complaints about it.
There is absolutely no cleaning in the rooms. We left in the morning/at lunch and came in the evening after dark. On the first day, they made our bed crookedly and left plumbing cleaner and a battered sponge on the chest of drawers at the entrance. These interior items remained in the room until the eviction - I guess they didn't come to us with cleaning anymore. The bed wasn't made anymore either.
Early in the morning (8-9 hours) they go to the rooms with the offer of bottles of water, that's just a dump of everything. So he sleeps lightly in a new place and also this moronism in the morning…
There is some kind of abandoned building or construction site near the hotel, a dog barks from there around the clock, which is perfectly audible on the 4th floor.
The breakfasts are not Michelin-starred, but you can eat, as in Turkish hotels, but the assortment is more modest. There is an exhibition of paintings on the 3rd floor, some of which can be purchased.
But the most trash is the situation with the minibar at the eviction. We checked out at 5 a.m., the taxi was not found immediately, we were in a hurry. There wasn't much time to figure it out. The following dialogue took place with the girl at the counter:
- Did you use the minibar?
- Yes, we drank water and Coke
- then you will need to pay, because the minibar is not included in the price
- Wait, how is this not included? At the check-in, the young man told us that the minibar was paid for and included in the price
- Who told you that?
- a young man named Anar
- well, you were deceived, the minibar is not included in the price.
I was just stunned by such impudence! Well, our employee has fucked you up, give me the money! I say, do you understand that this is not the case? I will at least write a review about your work, they did not answer me, they looked at me as if I were sick. Naturally, my husband and I paid for everything and ran to the taxi. But it took a very long time to move away from such a courteous service. In general, do not be fooled by prestige, friends. There are ordinary scoundrels inside. And the last thing I would like to note is that most of the employees do not smile or say hello.

I've lived in all decent Aktau hotels, I've been flying here on business for many years, but I like this the most. There is a SPA, a swimming pool, a shop downstairs, near the sea, a reasonable price, clean rooms and a good bed, a cozy Pub on the 6th floor, a restaurant with a panorama on the 7th. I recommend it to everyone.

I've stayed in better hotels, but still 5 stars, this one was recommended as the closest to the sea. I would call Rixos on minimals 😅 the rooms are clean, the staff is polite, the breakfasts are average, but there are plenty to choose from. It is convenient that there is a swimming pool, but it was not the cleanest when I was there. I liked the restaurant on the top, and there seems to be another one on the 6th floor. Both cook quickly and deliciously. The direct feed is 15 minutes maximum, it pleased me. Overall, the hotel is clean, but a little tired, I would say. The towels are a little washed, the bathrobes are not lush, a little freshness in the rooms was not enough for me.

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff and the hotel administration!!! Everything is on top! Cleanliness in huge rooms, in common areas, great breakfasts, good attitude. The bar is replenished every day is included in the price! Swimming pool and saunas, that's something! There are not many people, but everything works as usual! Breakfast.... Mmmm, it's an unforgettable experience! On the downside, there are no balconies, it's a little difficult to dry things. But there is a laundry room, everything is washed and dried! Nice hotel, we were in room 1414. Everything works, a good spacious wardrobe, a large room, a luxury bed. The view from the room is to the courtyard, but not to the sea. Minus there is no balcony (there are none at all). The buffet is good, the only thing is there is no fruit, (but there is a fruit salad))). There is a swimming pool (huge, clean water),dry sauna, Finnish sauna, hammam, Turkish steam room, gym. The cost of the room is 29,000 tenge per day, there is a possibility for 12 hours of 14,500 tenge (swimming pool, breakfast included in the price, min bar in the hotel is the same). The impression of the hotel is good, I recommend it.

I can't recommend the hotel. The quality of service is at a low level. The feeling of indifference of the staff. The room was for two, and there was only one set. I had to call several times, they brought it in parts. The duvet cover was brought wet. The towels and bathrobe were washed gray and scratchy. The furniture was old, creaky, and the closet door wouldn't close. There are no toothbrushes or toothpaste, and cleaning supplies were not added in a timely manner. The food in the restaurant is not delicious, there is a hair in the meat. At breakfast, the porridge was made from sour milk. We were very unhappy, the level of service does not match the stated payment. It is better to rent an apartment.
