We had a rest in September. I really liked everything. The place is beautiful. The views of the mountains are wonderful. The river is nearby. The hosts are helpful. The food is delicious. We took dinners and lunches. We ordered borscht for lunch. The borscht is magnificent. Khachapur is very tasty, the most delicious that has been tasted in Abkhazia. Within a 10-minute walk from the hotel there is a wine cheese and honey tasting. You can also taste and buy honey wines at the hotel.

The perfect place that exceeded all expectations.
Initially, we chose the place because of the view of the mountains. But it turned out that there are still many reasons to stay there.
1. Beautiful view from the room, from the dining room, from the road, from the river. Wherever you look, there will be a beautiful view everywhere.
2. Delicious food. Ordering dinner there, while still at home and just planning a trip, there were no high expectations, but there is no cafe nearby, so we decided that it would be better to eat right on the spot. It turned out that everything was delicious there. Khinkali is perfect, mussels are top class. They took a lot more things, for example, the mutton surprised. There are not many places in Abkhazia where such dishes are cooked so well.
3. A very beautiful house. Outside and inside, everything is done as beautifully and conveniently as possible. Each room has a rich interior, not just a bed and a table. The chairs are very comfortable, the curtains are high-quality and dense. There is a balcony where we went to have dinner and breakfast, because there are a number of mountains right in front of the balcony.
4. Cleanliness. We walked around the house barefoot. In addition to a clean house, the cleanliness of the guests was also taken care of, many mini versions of shampoos, balms, gels, body lotions, disposable toothbrushes were provided. I saw this for the first time in Abkhazia.
There is a kitchen and a dining room on site where you can sit. There are many plants that are pleasant to look at.
In general, it is definitely worth going to this place and even returning.

A wonderful place in the mountains and in silence, a very pleasant hotel with a special and very cozy atmosphere. Do not refuse the breakfast that the hostess will offer you. It's worth the money. It is very tasty, plentiful and varied. If you like wine, the host will offer you an Abkhazian wine of his own making. A very decent wine for a good dinner. The convenient location of the hotel was very suitable for us. Within half an hour by car to Lake Ritsa, to Gagra and to Pitsunda. And after the trip in the evening you will be able to melt a sauna and feed dinner. Everything is fine! The best recreation center in all of Abkhazia, both in terms of service and quality of services. We were met by the owner of the Manuchar base himself, and conducted a tour of the base and a great tasting of his wines. A warm atmosphere and gorgeous views. We arrived almost at night, without a call or warning, looking for a place for the night. We were met, half an hour later they were already settled in a luxury house, they were already preparing a bathhouse and told how to get to the store. There is parking on site
The bathhouse is a delight, with all the amenities of a separate house, with a relaxation room that overlooks the mountains and a stream
We had a tasting of our own drinks! Alcoholic and non-alcoholic, sooooo everything is delicious😍😍
There was also a delicious dinner! National, delicious cuisine, at home, with a soul, they set the table for us, turned on jazz, such a buzz♥️
At the end of the dinner, a smoky hookah was brought to us, which we took to the terrace of the house and enjoyed the view🥰
Without a twinge of conscience, the owner of the hotel himself said that we were in paradise. And it's true🤌🏻
This place is not about business, but about a person and his mission🙏🏻

This year we had a rest in Sunny Abkhazia. The place of rest was chosen in a picturesque place, the road to the lake. We walked around Abkhazia with our family and stopped for the night . If it were possible to put 10 stars , we would put them . The friendly owners of this hotel complex left only positive impressions about themselves , about the hotel. Wherever the eye does not fall , it can be seen that it was done with love , from the heart . Everything is thought out from a large parking space to a playground. The bath complex - you can write a lot about it . Everything is at the highest level. The breakfast is hearty and delicious. The view from the window is pleasing to the eye . Beautiful mountain views, large well-groomed territory, the style of buildings is as colorful as possible for this area. In general, rest in the very heart, in truth Abkhazia is a country of the soul, and the owners are the real guides!
The kitchen simply conquered us, the hostess has golden hands and a sense of taste at the highest level! I guarantee that you have never eaten such a delicious salad of fresh vegetables, and if we talk about potatoes......we are still impressed by this taste💖
3 dogs create such a cool atmosphere, they are friendly and funny, a real antistress!
I will separately note the approach and attitude to the guests, very valuable moments! We had dinner as much as we wanted in time, no one drove us anywhere, comfort, tranquility and a feeling of happiness in a beautiful summer kitchen! A fireplace that you can melt yourself is the cherry on the cake, no less! When we were left without clean clothes after the mountain trip, the owners went to meet us, washed, dried and gave us in the best possible way!

The hotel is very atmospheric, beautiful well-groomed territory, there is a sauna on the territory with panoramic windows overlooking the gorge and the mountains.
We lived in a room, the interior is clean, beautiful, tastefully furnished, the Windows overlook the mountains.
They took dinner, cooked for us according to a pre-agreed menu, the food is simply gorgeous, the barbecue is amazing, snacks, cheese plate, etc
The breakfasts are also amazing, especially when you have breakfast on the terrace overlooking the mountains.
There is also a wine shop at the hotel, where you can taste wine and choose something for your barbecue dinner
The hotel is located on the road to Lake Rice, along the river Vzyb, in which we also caught mountain trout

We had a rest with the children for a week in November , we really liked everything ! The views are extraordinary, the houses are excellent, near Lake Ritsa, Gagra, we went somewhere every day - everything is nearby, and in the evening we spent time in a gazebo with a barbecue in silence with a view of the mountains! There is a sauna on the territory, this is something on the verge of fiction - a panoramic window with a view of the waterfall, from the bath room itself a view of the mountains. There is a big mountain river across the road, you can walk along the river and fish. In general, I definitely recommend it, very cool!!We were traveling by car from Tula, but you can safely fly by plane and rent a car.

We are coming for the second time. A wonderful place! The view is amazing! Around the mountains, the mountain river Bzyb. There are detached houses for family holidays or companies, or rooms for couples like us. There is a shared terrace, there is an open part with a barbecue place, and a glazed part with a fireplace. In the cool time it is very cozy and romantic there! I really liked the breakfasts! Augusta generally cooks amazing, thank you so much for the food and for the company! We also recommend going to the sauna with a cold font. Younger by ten years))) and we had a lot of fun! Manuchar helped with renting a car and recommended where to go, what to see. Thank you for a well-organized vacation, we had a corporate party for 20 people. Everyone was fed very tasty, the next day there was a unique opportunity to relax in the sauna overlooking the gorge. In general, the hotel is very uniquely located and every morning we saw the stunning landscape of the Bzyb gorge. We especially recommend A-house with glass walls and lying on the couch you can see mountains and an extraordinarily beautiful sky. The rooms are equipped with love and excellent taste, exquisite dishes, paintings and various little things, create the mood and atmosphere of a native home, and not just a hotel for a couple of nights. You want to be and stay here and enjoy the beauty. Several people did not go on excursions, but wanted to stay in this silence and atmosphere of unity with nature, but in a completely comfortable environment.

From July 3-6, 2023, we lived in this wonderful place! Grass conquered us with its views, peace, coziness, comfort. We lived in a house with two bedrooms and a large living room. The house has everything! Kitchen with everything you need, bathroom , washing machine, ironing board. Doge the fireplace! The house and grounds are very clean! The territory is improved, there is a lot of greenery. There is a cozy gazebo for dinners. You can order meals: breakfasts, dinners. Everything is very tasty, homemade. We stumbled upon this hotel by chance and it became the most vivid impression of our trip to Abkhazia. Beautiful views, beautiful grounds, modern rooms, magical breakfasts with a view. And most importantly, wonderful hospitable hosts who treat their business with a soul, and this is very noticeable. The most magnificent and currently the most beloved vacation spot in Abkhazia. The ideal location (it is convenient to get to the island of Ritsa, and to the sea). Very cozy area, everything is clean, tidy and gentrified. Awesome house design. Every detail has been thought out (an aromatic sachet in the closet, a beautiful and romantic tea set, furniture, paintings, expensive plumbing ...) The water is cold / hot and the pressure is in order. Slippers, toiletries, kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning, mosquito net on the windows, clean drinking water — everything was there. And the most important thing to note is the absolute nonsense of negative reviews. As if it's not about this hotel. At the beginning of August, we personally saw that Augusta and Manuchar are the most hospitable hosts. We were fed fruits and vegetables from the garden, treated to tangerine juice and asked every day if we liked everything, if everything was in order. On the day of departure, we were presented with gifts. We left like family, exchanged contacts, took pictures, hugged and couldn't talk enough… These are wonderful people with whom you want to continue to communicate. They don't just rent out houses and "chop" money. They are responsible, they worry, they invest a lot and they love their nest. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who goes on vacation to Abkhazia 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We had a vacation with our family in early August in Grasse.
I liked everything very much. Neat and helpful hosts. The rooms are cozy and clean. Rooms with designer renovation. A gentrified area. Children have a place to run and play. There is a garden, a waterfall, a Playground. Sauna/steam room with a fabulous view. It immediately becomes clear that people have invested their soul. Convenient location. In my opinion, the best beach, next to the pension Musser, is only 30 minutes by car. It is very desirable to be by car, it is comfort, mobility and the opportunity to visit as many places as possible, if you suddenly get bored of the sea)))

A great place to relax and reboot. The mountain air, birdsong, chirping cicadas and solitude were all that was needed for relaxation. The owners of the hotel are very friendly, take care of their residents in all matters and with love for the design of the territory and cleanliness around. Well-mannered and friendly animals live on the territory - two dogs and a kitten with a cat. An ideal place for traveling by car - there is a highway to Lake Ritz nearby and a direct route for trips to Gagra or Pitsunda beach. It is a pity that there is no way to go down to the mountain river and travel on foot - there are practically no footpaths along the highway, and the traffic is very active and high-speed, and the opportunity to move even to nearby objects is only by transport, personal or taxi.

It took a very long time to choose a vacation destination in Abkhazia. I didn't like everything, the price-quality ratio suffered! I was already thinking of giving up this idea, and hooray! I got on the website of this hotel, immediately phoned, booked, and waited for my long-awaited vacation! Upon arrival, we were greeted by very open and hospitable hosts Manuchar and Augusta. We immediately had a lot of questions about holidays, shopping, etc. We were treated to white wine, freshly prepared khinkali, and a snack prepared by Lana (she is a fairy in the kitchen, she can cook such dishes that you forget about diet and weight gain☺️) We rested for 2 weeks, and never regretted that we stayed here! We walked around the garden every morning before breakfast, the air is very sweet and intoxicating, you drink coffee and look at the mountains! It's just a fairy tale! We were shown where it is better to buy food, which beach to come to, etc. We really appreciated the non-intrusiveness of the hosts, and that they gave us the opportunity to enjoy nature and silence! The room has everything you need, and I want to note that the dishes are magnificent clay, not plastic! To wash the laundry - Augusta decided everything quickly! I also want to express my gratitude to the jack-of-all-trades Hvich. In general, we rested both body and soul, as if we had come to our relatives! I recommend this hotel to everyone - it's a place where you want to come back!

We had a rest in August, came to see the Beauty of Abkhazia. We had a rest in a big house, with two families. The house is very well maintained, everything is clean, beautiful, the interior is tastefully selected. The owners are very sensitive to their guests - all our questions were answered and advice was given. The house has everything you need. We ordered breakfast in the morning, as it is problematic to have breakfast in the district - it is still closed early. Breakfast was served on a private veranda with a beautiful view. Everything is very diverse - there were also egg dishes, pancakes, jam of our own production, wonderful juice from tangerines and much more. Most of all, we liked the cottage cheese casserole, which the hostess prepared with her own hands - it's divine.
We recommend this hotel in autumn - beautiful views, comfortable accommodation and very tasty breakfasts. By the way, it is much more pleasant to spend the night in the mountains than on the coast - there is no exhausting stuffiness, but only fresh mountain air.

The location itself is beautiful, the houses are normal (if not for the lack of water in them). If you take such sums for a house, you can put a generator and some kind of water tank. Unfortunately, this problem is everywhere in Abkhazia. The hosts seemed adequate at first, but in the morning it seemed that they were not very friendly.
Well, the price tag for Abkhazia is too big, if you look at the price / quality so accurately.
And there were stink bugs everywhere in the house. They are also some kind of problem in Abkhazia. They won 't exterminate them in any way no matter how many times they come . But it was possible to take them out in the houses and put nets on the windows so that they would not be there.
