Amazing restaurant and wonderful staff. We didn't expect to find this in a small town. The kitchen is at the author's level! Everything we ordered was very tasty!!! There is one drawback 😂 - it is very difficult to stop in time😉 willpower - you can no longer, but eat 😋. I recommend stopping by - you won 't regret it

The kebab is raw, just fat!!! I had to return such a kebab to the chef (an Uzbek by the look of it, who said that he was working the first day).
The cream soup of champignons is delicious.

We were at the Grey restaurant on Friday evening (06/23/2023), it is difficult to call it a restaurant.
We ordered premium hookah, alcoholic cocktails, a Set of rolls and 3 burgers with beef patty and bacon. The quality of the food is disgusting: cutlets are semi-finished products, obviously not from beef (very light meat); cutlets were salted and overcooked; dry store bun; burgers fell apart right on the plate. As for the rolls, the rice is dry, sticks to the teeth, the fillings are not edible (canned tuna, frozen crab sticks, wind-dried smoked chicken, not fresh red fish in small quantities and normal shrimp).
Dear administrators, if you add a set to the menu, then you do not need to make it from the cheapest / leftover products in the kitchen. It may cost more, but at least it won't be disgusting.
Hookah: the hookah master is not competent, is not interested in meeting the requests of the guests. They asked what the flavors were, but there was no clear answer. During the whole evening, the coals were changed only 1 time.
The cocktails are good, but the dishes don't match. Faceted table glasses for juice.
The waitress was diligent, but, nevertheless, there were no cutlery for burgers and individual plates for rolls.
The assortment and price list in the Instagram profile and in the menu of the establishment do not match.
The prices do not match the quality of the food and service. Reconsider pricing or improve the quality of services!!!
Unfortunately, the evening was ruined.

The establishment has deteriorated. We visited it for the first time in 2022, everything was at the highest level. We were sitting on the second floor in a hookah bar: hookah is normal, cafe 2 - all the food is cold and tasteless, the waiters freeze off, they don't know the menu.

It's a great place. We read some negative reviews, but my personal opinion was on top. Polite communication, delicious food and tea. And also a cozy, bright and tidy place.
Out of personal inconvenience, the graffiti on the toilet door was confused for the first time, so I used the women's one. The signs are hanging too high. And a very fragmented menu. It was difficult to navigate for the first time

I was passing through Orsha, I found this institution on Yandex maps. 1. I did not like the service (when ordering beer, the waiter says it costs 10 or 11 rubles, with the expression am I ready to pay that much for beer) 2. They said they couldn't cook pizza, something broke. The pork neck kebab was disgusting.Vegetables are more or less. The Olivier salad was the most pleasant of all ordered. Will I come back here if I'm in Orsha-definitely not .
