On 12-08-19, I ordered a table and menu for 15-08-19 to celebrate my anniversary. On August 14, I went to clarify, the administrator clarified the order time for 17-15 (for some reason 17-30 was recorded in the pre-order). The administrator assured that by 17:00 the table will be served with Caesar salad, sliced vegetables, drinks, etc.
I came with the guests at 17-20. The table is empty. The time in the order is still 17-30.
The salad arrived. I have not seen such a "Caesar" yet-a mountain of lettuce leaves and almost nothing else. We didn't even eat the sliced vegetables, it was so unattractive.
Of the drinks, Radziwill semi-sweet champagne and Alazani Valley wine were ordered. The waitress, without asking, began to pour the wine.
And we wanted to start with champagne. They made a remark.
After drinking a bottle of champagne, we ordered a second one. There was no more semi-sweet Radziwill.
The waitress began to open a bottle of wine, preventing her from eating, the bottle did not open, then, pouring, she filled the table. Then, after the hot one (it turned out to be tolerable compared to Caesar), we decided to order another salad "Olivier". It's on the menu with a tongue, in fact-with sausage. But they didn't bring us the salad either, because they ordered 5 servings, but there were only 2.
She paid and left. The anniversary is ruined, it's a shame in front of the guests.
What kind of place is this where there is no choice and the cuisine and service are so disgusting?

The menu is good, but everything that was ordered is disgusting. The pizza is dry, the dough is cardboard. Philadelphia with undercooked rice, pork medallions served cold and dry. The music was playing loudly, and the request to make it quieter was ignored. It was the first time, we won't come back.

A normal institution, a lot of young people, there were no pensioners, thank God! It's a three-piece pull, I think it will be closed soon, we were on Saturday-so people ate food at the bar because there were no places. Well, don't you know that only drinks are served at the bar, and even more so they don't lay out their salads. The administration allows this, thus it is impossible to approach the counter because people are constantly sitting there with their salads and food.
