Guys, thank you so much for a wonderful vacation! The rooms are really not very big, but cozy. The room has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator. There are not enough sockets, but the presence of an extension cord or tee solves everything. There is a place to dry swimsuits. Upon check-in, 3 sets of towels are provided, which can be easily exchanged for fresh ones. You can order laundry from Oksana, if necessary, ask for a hair dryer. There is always hot water. The pool is not big, but warm and clean. Both children and adults enjoyed swimming in it. The sea is 2 minutes away, there are sun beds and a bar on the beach. The food was delicious and satisfying. Elya, Milena, chef Uncle Zhora and all the kitchen staff were on top. My husband had a doctor. They helped to organize the holiday. Special thanks to Bella! She is very responsive and attentive to the guests.

We rested at this hotel in the spring of 2022, everything was just great. We arrived in August 2022, everything is very bad. The cafe canteen works like hell. During the entire rest period, yogurt was brought only once, spoiled sausage was brought, in the evening there was a tin of what was going on, you couldn't wait for your order, we sat for 2 hours and did not bring the order, but we did not forget to include it in the bill. The waiters do not come for breakfast for 10/15 minutes, in recent days they have poured themselves coffee and tea, in a word, a complete "TRASH". As a result, I had to move from another hotel.
One plus is only the work of the File administrator, he is doing well, he is trying very hard.
PS. Evgenia's response to our claims was very upset, but it sounded like this: "Well, at least we were lucky with the weather." Well, we'll go to another hotel, but everything started well.

We had a rest in early June.
Location- 3 minutes walk to the sea, pebble beach, there are sun loungers from the hotel (free of charge).
The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, there are bed linen and towels, including beach towels.
Meals - breakfasts and lunches, which were included in the room rate, are delicious, suitable for children and adults. Dinners on the menu, there are very tasty dishes of vegetables on coals, chicken lula, trout on the grill, there are not tasty Caesar type with mayonnaise and boiled egg, dry shish kebab. Beer on tap is good)
Entertainment - there is nothing special to do in the village of Tsandripsh.
Bottom line, the hotel is good.
All employees are responsive people. There are many guests with small children, crying, etc. In general, a place for families with children or those who want to be on a sparsely populated beach.

The hotel grounds are clean, the room is good, everything you need to eat, the food is delicious, homemade, we were not hungry. The sea is 2 minutes away. The staff is great! The hosts are friendly! We have only positive emotions left! Perfect for a family holiday!

Well, I'll write anyway. I was 7 months pregnant with my husband. We visited Abkhazia for the first time and then only on the advice of a friend who had been to this hotel twice and because of the fear of flying during pregnancy. I don't want to return to Abkhazia anymore😏 The advantages of the hotel: breakfast, lunch is included and you do not need to bother with food. The sea is across the street. The staff is polite and helpful. Conditioner. A large bed😬 Kittens are everywhere. For children and animal lovers plus)
Cons: how tired of the constant power outage and you are in a stuffy room or in pitch darkness. Or both at once… Well, this is, of course, in the whole village, but I would like to turn on the generator right away, but no. The pool is a crumb just. Neither my husband nor I have ever dipped a foot.. In the photo on the website, of course, the view of the courtyard is gorgeous, but it's not. For 5700 rubles per day (well, we paid for two), you will not see fruits practically for breakfast and lunch. 2 plums maybe, or 2 small wild apples, sometimes 2 tiny nectarines. Somewhere on the 7th day of the 15th, we started having an intestinal disorder. Even my husband's temperature rose for several days. We thought to the last that it was a rotovirus. But. The disorder was only after breakfast and lunch in the hotel cafe, and after dinner in other catering establishments everything was normal. As soon as we left, everything went away. Straaaaanno. We still don't understand what's going on.But we were glad that the torment was over, otherwise even neither polysorb nor coal saved.
Upon arrival, we decided to have dinner at our cafe at the hotel once and for the only time. But everything was too salty. They didn't talk, they just looked for dinner in other places.
We started with the dining room, which is 100 meters from the hotel. At first it was suspiciously cheap and they thought it was probably bullshit. After all, it can't be delicious for such money. Pancake. How delicious it is there!!!!) Dumplings especially and shawarma. Well, almost every evening we had a break for handmade dumplings and shawarma. Three times we went to popular cafes in the village with a high rating, such as Amra and Malibu, but I was disappointed in the food there, although the prices there are 2 times higher. Well, I was just unlucky, apparently, with the choice of dishes. I also left a review for them. Although you can come and sit there on the seashore purely for the sake of the entourage)
In general, good luck to those who plan to come. My friend and family are delighted with the hotel, we are fifty/fifty. To each his own. Good luck!🤞

Any request is immediately answered. Breakfast and lunch at home are delicious and very satisfying, even more than I would like! Yesterday we had dinner in this cafe (at the hotel), the meat was delicious, we ordered a barbecue. But the wine is 200 grams in a glass, do not take it, obviously some kind of juice from the box with the addition of either a drop of wine or vodka... I immediately realized by the smell that they were boring, well, and to taste. Be careful!

We rested here with the whole family. For a family holiday, this hotel is the best, there is a place for both adults and children to have fun. The heated swimming pool in the courtyard of the hotel contains a special area for children. The hotel has an excellent children's playground and a well-equipped barbecue area. The staff is very hospitable and attentive to the needs of the guests, they perfectly monitor the cleanliness and order of the hotel. The rooms are air-conditioned and very comfortably furnished, have everything you need to stay, there are children's beds for children of different ages. The beach with small pebbles is a 5-minute walk through a wonderful pine grove. I really enjoyed my stay at the Amshin hotel, we plan to return here next year!

The whole family had a good rest here, the hotel staff met us as close relatives, helped us with any issue throughout our vacation, diversified our leisure time by organizing excursions to local attractions. The rooms are small, but very cozy and comfortable, with air conditioning, refrigerator and TV. The beds are very comfortable, bed linen is changed and cleaning is done every three days. The hike to the beach takes 5 minutes, there is an Amshin zone on the beach, where sun loungers and a canopy are provided free of charge for hotel guests. Breakfast and lunch are free, the food is homemade and delicious, the dishes are not repeated. We liked it so much that we will definitely come back here next year!

We rested at the Amshin hotel in July 2022.
As for the hotel itself, the impression was not the best.
At the entrance to this hotel, we were greeted by the receptionist with blinking eyes, silently looking at us without any interest.
Without saying hello, the receptionist muttered something like "the room is not ready, it will be after 14.00, but it is unclear when."
After 14.00 we were checked into the room without showing the territory and without any comments. Towels were allocated for each guest, including Beach towels, so we were told that there was only one towel so far, more would be brought, but in the end, until the end of the holiday, no one brought anything.
There is a swimming pool on site. I would like to note the terrible, muddy and dirty water in the pool and the rust at the bottom of it, which, of course, is not visible in the photos on the site, thanks to the excellent FS program.
As for the food, there are still some questions here too....if you are late for lunch by at least 5 minutes, then it is not a fact that you will be able to have lunch, not to mention the choice of dishes. In our case, 2 times they forgot to bring the declared fruits and yogurt for breakfast. Some waiters come up with a face like you owe them something, which is not very pleasant.
I would like to mention parking separately. The so-called "parking lot" accommodates about 7-8 cars, which simply stand behind each other at the entrance to the hotel, without any markings. In case you need to leave the hotel urgently or not very well, it is not possible to do this.
The rooms in this hotel are beautiful, with no windows. There are 2 options: sit in socks in the dark, or open the beautiful panoramic windows - door so that passing neighbors can see your beautiful naked body and all the things that you bring with you.
Undoubtedly, this hotel has a plus. It lies in the proximity to the sea, about 50-100m, but unfortunately no one indicated that this path lies through the ruined chapel and cemetery.
If you try to return the money, you will be sent on foot erotic and offered to do it immediately.
I would never want to return to this place again.
P.s. the sea, located across the road, is always muddy and dirty, as a river flows into it, with draining waste, especially visible during rains.
By the way, I am attaching photos of "clean" bed linen and beds that were prepared for us upon check-in.

I really liked it! It is hospitable, cozy, and conveniently located. All amenities in the room including TV, air conditioning and WiFi. The kitchen is decent, breakfast and lunch are included. The diet is sound. Dinner is paid, but the prices are all acceptable. The only thing is that music is complete bullshit, listening to Russian pop music at lunch and breakfast is terrible.
In general, the place is very calm and pleasant. There are practically no noisy venues - you sleep off and relax body and soul, better than the Turkish all inclusive. I recommend it!

Well, what can I say?! Of the advantages - a new hotel, P.E. everything is new. The sea is across the street, 3 min walk. There is a grocery store nearby. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the market by the side of the road. One of the disadvantages is the swimming pool. If you are eating with young children and the pool is working, then you will not be able to put them to bed - older children who do not need daytime sleep will raise such a squeal and scream that even adults who came to the room for a siesta will lose their nerves. After all, all the windows and doors of the rooms overlook this pool. The country is stuck in our 90s, it's not their fault, but it affects the vacationers. There are no sidewalks for a safe walk to the pharmacy, shop, sea, etc. It is a pity for homeless crippled dogs. They are hungry and often go to the "restaurant" at the hotel. Visitors feed them, but the staff does not stand on ceremony with them. The blood after the beating was not cleaned all morning, jumping over the crimson spots went with the children to breakfast. Mosquitoes were very annoying in the room, after they asked to put a mesh on the ventilation in the toilet, it seemed to become smaller. It is customary to smoke here: by the pool, in the restaurant, everywhere... Keep in mind that all these disadvantages are not only for this particular hotel, but in principle for a vacation in Abkhazia. You either have to put up with this, or choose another country for your vacation. The sea was clean and very warm. Nature is beautiful. The food is natural, simple and delicious. The beach is pebbles, the children were OK, but we, adults, had to buy sneakers - we couldn't go into the sea without them.

The hotel is not bad overall. The pool is for chickens, very small. The rooms are upholstered in ecological clapboard, though they are too small. The food is acceptable. What else can I say, it's even very good for a Tsandripsh. Except there's nowhere to go in the village itself. Only swim in the gorgeous sea, but this is only in high season.

There is nowhere to walk in the village, there are no attractions, the embankment, a rotten area. There are cafes, but there are also a lot of dogs in them, which the waiters and other employees do not chase away. The pool did not meet expectations, according to the photos they thought it was bigger. They clean disgusting, and all the dirt settles on the bottom overnight. I didn't even have a desire to swim in it.

Beautiful territory with two swimming pools, the sea is really across the street. There are free rods on the beach, but there are many nuances. There is no room cleaning, the lid is broken off on the toilet (completely), the toilet was just carefully covered with a foot towel by check-in) there was a lid in the next room, but the toilet flushed badly and the shower curtain was all mildewed. There is little space, no sockets: the phone can only be charged in the bathroom, or by pulling the refrigerator or TV out of the socket. The food is average, you can eat, but not everything. There are not enough tables for everyone during lunch and breakfast, sometimes you literally had to stand in line.
