Good time of day. We had a rest since August 15, 2023 (10 days). I liked everything very much. A quiet, relaxing holiday. To the sea 3 min. The staff is polite. Very clean. The linen was changed three times. The food is delicious. They respond promptly to any questions. I recommend this hotel to come with children and pensioners. Who needs noisy parties, you are not here.

I can't help but leave a review about this wonderful place, so I'm going from the airport and immediately write.
The location of the hotel is very convenient, 10-15 minutes from the border, 2 minutes to the sea - the sea is gorgeous
The rooms are clean, equipped with air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and in general everything you need. Two pools - clean and with warm water, you can swim from 8 am to 9 pm.
Delicious breakfasts, lunches and all the food in general.
Very friendly and most importantly positive staff.
Thank you for a wonderful stay! This is exactly the place that I will recommend and where I already want to return)

I was on vacation with my family in the fall. I really liked the Bomba hotel, everything you need for a holiday on the seashore is right here! Convenient location, polite and attentive staff, cleanliness, comfort, order.
All of course for reasonable money, which is very rare nowadays! I have already made a reservation for September.

A truly cozy and homely hotel. We had a rest together with a friend in the velvet season of 2022. Many people write terribly, there are a lot of children, but there are always a lot of children everywhere, especially during the holidays, and if you choose to rest during school hours, then you can relax without children))
I would especially like to note the cleanliness and order maintained by the hotel staff.

We chose this hotel for our first acquaintance with Abkhazia and have never regretted it. I liked everything very much: the food in the cafe (varied and delicious), and the beach is within walking distance with sun beds, and the presence of a swimming pool. But there were minor flaws that I would like the administration to remove to the trace.the season for new guests. The pool is poorly cleaned, and it is very popular with children. We swam only 2 times, then the water became dirty, muddy, unpleasant. We need to pay more attention to this! In the room on the 2nd floor where we lived, the drain in the shower worked very poorly - the water was standing, we took turns washing at long intervals. Sometimes the water went out of bounds and there was a flood...And a big request to replace the mattresses in the room - they are thin, extremely uncomfortable, even the children were uncomfortable sleeping. The room is chic, comfortable, large, there are places for storing things, a refrigerator, a refrigerator in a convenient place, but the mattresses need to be updated! Then the rest will be even more gorgeous! Thanks to the administration for this corner of coziness and comfort, we will recommend it!

I did not like the photo of the hotel on the website at all and the reality does not match. The pool is dirty, if you can call it a pool.. puddle.the price is very high, it does not cost 7000 rubles per day. There are a lot of other hotels nearby that are much better and with a lower price tag. I don't advise anyone.

First of all, I want to thank the hotel staff for the excellent service and a great stay. My review is of course for everyone, but especially for those who do not like the heat and relax when there are a lot of people. Naturally, this is the month of May, despite the fact that the sea is still cool, but if you are a walrus, then for you it will be generally fresh milk)) and for fans of the bronze ebb, the sun is gorgeous, not as hot as in June, for example.
In my opinion, May is the best time to explore the sights of Abkhazia. Everyone will find something to their taste, for example, a horse or boat trip, a trip to waterfalls and mountain lakes, to the Sukhumi Botanical garden.

We had a great rest! The family hotel is more suitable for families with children, but it did not bother us at all, we basked by the pool in the morning, and then went to the sea. There are a lot of kids, but it's great when children run, move out and rejoice))
The rooms are cozy and clean, floor-to-ceiling Windows, dark curtains, you can even take a nap during the day))
There is music playing in the pool area, in general, it was not a bit boring!
By the way, it is impossible not to note a very big plus, smoking is PROHIBITED on the territory of the hotel, only in specially designated places!

We vacationed with my husband at this hotel in the last decade of April. And despite the not even hot weather)) and we really liked the periodic rains! Close location to the sea, just a stone's throw away👍The rooms are cozy and very clean. The guys at the reception, Ashkho and Said, are always polite and helpful, as well as the entire hotel staff.Crystal clear water in the heated pool, which is surrounded by comfortable sun beds and other wonderful devices for a relaxing holiday! I put 4 because of the attitude towards the hotel guests. Especially the woman from the kitchen stands out, who fed before leaving, although there was still an hour before breakfast. Our room had a mountain view, but it was small. It's dim in the evening, apparently everyone turns on the lights and there's not enough voltage.
There is a swimming pool, but it was impossible to stay in it during our check-in. Dirty. Just before leaving, the owner (or administrator) decided to clean it. It's very close to the sea, across the street.
Breakfasts and lunches of the classic Soviet type, but very tasty, homemade and satisfying!
Mosquitoes were an unpleasant surprise, I had to buy a raptor.
And I would advise the owners of the hotel to hang ceiling fans, at least 3-4 pieces in the restaurant hall, since it is very stuffy at lunch and especially at dinner.

Recently returned from vacation. We stayed at this hotel. In general, the hotel is not bad, but still there were moments that bothered us. There are obvious problems with cold water in the hotel, then it barely flows, then the water disappears altogether, I had to take a shower just under hot water, it's not particularly pleasant. They complained about the water, the problem was not solved (they said it was the first time they heard about such a problem). There was also often no light, no light, no water... They turned on the generator, even though the water started running. Personally, I think that for such money, the hotel should have no problems with water!
The mattresses are very hard, thank you for helping us in this regard, they gave us a topper, it became a little softer to sleep. Not all rooms have toppers.
Wi-Fi does not work well, in the evening the TV worked similarly poorly - either the picture was constantly lost, or there was a hang (connection problems, so I guess).
The cleaning is excellent, once every 3 days, the girls are great.
Breakfasts and lunches were included in the price, convenient... the food is good enough. For breakfast, porridge (to choose from), butter, bread, sweets, a thin piece of sausage for one person, and another of the additions (either pancakes, or cheesecakes, or boiled egg and sausage, or casserole ....) - every 5 days different breakfasts / lunches, then everything repeats.
The dinners are very dense, good - soup to choose from, the second also to choose from, salad, sweets and compote. The food is a bit tasteless, but there were no problems with it - there is both salt and pepper on the tables.
The waiters are nice and friendly. There were no problems, if something was needed, that the receptionist, that the cleaners would always help.
You can also have dinner at their cafe, but for an additional fee.
The salads are medium (shredding like in a canteen), the pizza is delicious, the pasta carbonara is delicious, the chicken is delicious.
With shish kebab and grilled pork ribs, it's a complete disappointment, everything related to pork.... The kebab is nasty, watery and tasteless. The ribs are huge , over -salted and very fatty (I asked for 400 grams, as a result, 550 grams were recorded in the bill! it is quite noticeable , because the price for 100g goes 250 rubles.) , the ribs are not worth that much money , I did not like it. We took a pork chop, the meat is not chewed.
There is a swimming pool on site, it is not large. Sometimes they managed to swim while there were no children, children fill the entire pool and their children's side and the adult side with their jumps into the water. There are a lot of children! it seems that the hotel is a children's hotel, designed for children.
There is an Amra cafe on the seashore 10 minutes away, turn right in front of the railway tracks and go straight down to the shore. There is a very tasty caesar with chicken in Amr , with an awesome dressing . We took the kebabs, they taste better.
There is a shop nearby (on the left side), if you go to the right from the hotel, then there is a good mini-market in a 5-minute walk and there are 2 more shops right next to the mini-market on the left across the street).
The sea is literally a minute and a half away, close. Sun beds for hotel guests per day 150 rubles.
The sea was sometimes clean, sometimes dirty, especially after heavy rains. There is a river nearby, after a heavy downpour in the mountains, all the mud flowed into the sea like a river, the sea was just a dirty brown color.
How to go to the sea, on the right side along the green fence (behind the fence I saw graves, some kind of old cemetery). It's good that everything was closed with a high fence.
To sum up, we think that accommodation is overpriced after all, I don't think we'll come back here a second time.
I will add more - there is a smoking room on the territory of the hotel. But in fact, many people smoke wherever they want, especially in the dining room (cafe). non-smokers are sitting, with children as well - everyone is eating, others are sitting right there smoking.... smoking should be banned on the territory of the cafe ! those who cannot stand smoke are not obliged to sit and smoke tobacco.

You did a great job, the organization of EVERYTHING (before the start of the season) was at the highest level, every request was fulfilled. Very responsive Ashkho administrator🔥 cleaning girls cleaned everything from morning to evening, it was a big surprise for us for a Russian resort🙏🙏😻 rooms in both 4 and 5 star hotels in Turkey, special thanks for the air conditioning and refrigerator in the room💪 a warm pool is the perfect solution. The girls and boys in the cafe are cute and friendly. We really liked everything! Bed linen, towels (they didn't even use them) seem to be clean, BUT you can't look at it normally, the room is dark, there are no windows, or rather a transparent door through which neighbors walk and have to blindly close.
There is a TV, a powerful air conditioner, a refrigerator.
They give a disposable set on the first day - shower gel, shampoo, then they give it or not - I don't know, they moved out.
Cons: In general, the feeling of the hotel is an anthill, the courtyard is small for so many rooms, there are no windows, the balcony is shared through which neighbors pass, children run, everything is wooden, creaks, the feeling that they run over their heads, there is zero rest.
There is a damp smell in the room, mold everywhere in the bathroom, it is very disgusting, there is a hood, but apparently for visibility.
There is a tiny dryer for drying things, people have to hang towels on the railing, through which, again, a large number of people walk ...
there is no kettle. There is no hair dryer. There are no slippers.
The pool is a paddling pool, it is disgusting to touch the water, small, God forbid for three families, and the hotel has at least 30 rooms.
The dining room is outside, flies are flying, the heat, the location along the main road, dust flies on your food and table ...
The dishes themselves are not delicious, everything was left on the table ... (I do not know who writes that it is delicious, even porridge is impossible to eat... What are you talking about?) For breakfast, we ate what is purchased - eggs, yogurt. And the presence of flies is just disgusting.
The hotel is located across the street from the cemetery.
There are no good canteens nearby, we walked around most of the territory around the hotel.
The sea is 3 minutes long.
The sea is dirty.
The swing is broken on the playground, the coating is dirty, someone either spilled something or threw himself out during the night - no one cleaned it, and even this place is located next to the smoking room...
But I know how, because the territory does not allow you to do it elsewhere.
And the cherry on the cake - after writing this review - they immediately wrote to me from the booking service - explaining why such a bad review), that they even read it to all the staff, most likely (they assume, I do not claim) they did not cover us with a kind word.
If you want another review, I'll add it - you didn't notice the good-natured service in the dining room) as if they were doing me a favor, for my own money)

For lovers of generous portions of ultraviolet light, and if you can't stand the heat, then May is the perfect time to relax in this hospitable country. The hotel was chosen based on reviews, and they did not miss. We liked everything very much. Delicious and hearty breakfasts (porridge to choose from, necessarily an omelet or pancakes, or cheesecakes, or dumplings, sausage, yogurt and of course delicious and fresh pastries), for lunch two soups to choose from, two second ones to choose from salad and compote)). Dinner on the menu for money in the same cafe, there you will find shlyki and lula, and delicious homemade khachapuri, and also homemade wine)), and I highly recommend Sukhumi to fans of a foamy drink!!!
In between meals, a warm pool, walks along the seashore, reading books and watching movies (wifi flies).
We went to New Athos, nearby there are hydrogen sulfide springs and the world's largest karst cave, and most importantly very few tourists)).

Good afternoon, everyone!! We are planning a vacation this year in the month of May, we have no doubt about the choice of a hotel, this is Amshin in Tsandripsha. We have been vacationing for two years in a row in May and June with our daughter and two young grandchildren! I recommend this small cozy family hotel to everyone - the rooms in terms of accommodation are very comfortable, no frills, but with comfortable beds, sleeping is very comfortable and most importantly everything regarding the maintenance of the rooms is clean and pleasant.
As for the food, it is delicious, varied and there are no nutrition problems for either children or adults.
The territory is so well thought out for recreation, even with small children, that you can calmly watch them lying on a chaise longue, as they either splash in the pool or play on the territory of the hotel.
About the sea - separately, I have not seen such a Black Sea for a long time, it is clean and even lovers of a sandy beach will gladly accept a pebble beach with such a sea, I have no doubt.
To summarize, we have already booked Amshin for a holiday again this year and are looking forward to meeting him! Join us!!!

Greetings to all from Tula! My family and I were at the Amshin Hotel in September-October 2022. For about 17 years, we vacationed only in Europe and were not going anywhere else, but then covid. In the 90s we were in Abkhazia and I fell in love with this nature and decided to go to Abkhazia again. In 20-21, we were in Gudauta, good! But I was poisoned very badly - two years in a row, and my family went to Tsandripsh once in two years and in 2022. We don't like the heat, but we love the silence, so we rest in the second half of September, there were few vacationers at the hotel, we all became friends. There is light, quiet music around the pool, thanks to the guys from the reception. It's cool, it feels like a holiday. Now about the room: we are all reading and the lighting is surprisingly very good here, four lamps, two or 4 turn on if you need brighter. It's not everywhere. The beds are new, very comfortable, I finally liked the pillow, hooray! Wet cleaning is done once every three days, towels and linen are changed too, but there are only towels on the beach for the entire stay. The shelf in the bathroom is wiped, this does not always happen. The floor-to-ceiling windows and doors are very clean. The girls are trying. We have come to the most pleasant moment - these are breakfasts and lunches. In the 90s, I made and sold stuffed pancakes, someone eats two pancakes, and for someone 8 is not enough, it's a difficult task to feed people. Portions to the hotel were given for us as much as we could eat and were always full. We definitely don't eat that much for breakfast at home. This is a large bowl of porridge to choose from, also, or casserole, or dumplings, or pancakes, or cheesecakes, a piece of butter, sausages and always pastries - very tasty. Some fruit. Delicious okroshka on kefir. We told the cook that we liked the okroshka, we come from the sea, and they made okroshka for us, wow, thank you very much! Very tasty cutlets and goulash. The first time in the cafe I liked the mashed potatoes. There are always salads for lunch and every day is different.
September 30 is Victory Day in Abkhazia. Aida (the head of the kitchen) personally invited everyone to this holiday. It was such a table!!!! Everything was there, including alcohol - cheese, fruits, vegetables, barbecue, lula, satsivi. We rested, had fun, danced. It was very nice to be called!

I really liked the hotel! Hospitable staff, delicious dining room, clean rooms. It is convenient that there is a swimming pool in the courtyard, the children were constantly swimming and splashing there. When we were leaving, they allowed us to stay a little longer, since the train was late, and even called us a taxi. The sea is about 5 minutes away. Right in front of the famous basilica, there is a shop nearby.

We rested at this hotel, in May 2021, this hotel is more suitable for a family holiday, the hotel itself is small, the rooms are very cozy, clean, the hotel has a swimming pool (for children and adults) in fact it is 2 small pools, the pool is cleaned on a daily basis, the price includes food, we included breakfasts and dinners, very tasty homemade food (not a buffet), but you can eat enough, for dinner they often ordered kebabs or fish on the grill, the prices are very attractive, the staff is responsive, they were always greeted with a smile, they were ready to help with any question. Family vacation, there is nothing nearby except the beach, wine and cognac. There is a cafe at the hotel, they cook like at home from the heart, almost everything has been tried, everything is super.

Great place!Friendly and helpful staff. Meals are repeated every 5 days. The portions are large, it is possible to order from the menu. The sea is across the street, a clean spacious beach. The place itself is very calm, perfect for a family holiday.
