We started discussing it at the family council, but we couldn't make a decision immediately. But we were inclined to order anyway, we planned to think about it for the night. We offered the measurer to drive up to the office tomorrow afternoon and pay for it.
As soon as we announced it.... The measurer lost his temper, began to put moral pressure on everyone, urgently demand to make an advance payment right now, shout that he spent his time on us, and we can't make a decision. When he left our apartment, he did not say goodbye and slammed the door with great force....
The cabinet was priced at more than five thousand rubles, not cheap.

I applied to this company for the calculation and installation of ceilings. If everything was fine on the measurement, then it didn't work out with the installation from the threshold.
From the very beginning, the installer showed complete disrespect by entering the house with the words 'collective farm' (the object is located outside the city), which he specifically said is unclear, but the word "collective farm" in our country has always had a negative context. As a result, the relationship did not work out from the threshold, as it became unpleasant.
Next, the installer began to bring heavy boxes into the house without due care, roughly throwing them rather than putting them on the floor. I touched the newly pasted walls several times (the house has a fresh renovation in which a lot of money and effort were invested) with guides for the cornice (fortunately I did not damage them, but I tickled my nerves, those who have just made repairs will understand).
Further, instead of following the instructions and dimensions provided by the measurer, he asked questions about what and how to mount, as a result of which the work got stuck, as he had to distract me from work (my husband was present at the time of installation), I was at the measurement and made decisions, and the dimensions of the cornice were prescribed by the measurer (advised how best, and who will remember this), but at the time of installation I was at my workplace, at a meeting, and it was extremely uncomfortable.
Next, the installer said that he might not have enough dowels for installation and we would need to go and buy (for a moment the object is located outside the city). As a result, I did not have to go, but such a request from a specialist of a company where they promise quality and clarity is strange to hear, to put it mildly.
Further, a bar was needed to install the chandelier, since the ceilings with a wooden floor + a film between the boards, and when centering the chandelier, the fasteners fell not to the board, but to the film. There is rather a question to the measurer that he did not pass the information to the installer about the finishing conditions. And if there was no bar or the person who opened the door to the installer was a neighbor grandmother or a teenager who was asked to just let in a specialist, how would the chandelier be installed?
And what is the result? One of the chandeliers was broken during installation (through whose fault there is doubt, but before that it was unharmed only from the store). It is difficult to say who is responsible for this, but the fact is that the work has not been completed, the chandelier has not been installed, the work has not been completed, and the money has been paid by us in full according to the contract!
Of the advantages, we arrived, did and left, very culturally, neatly and without garbage. I am very pleased with the result. Of the minuses, the manager on the phone voices the cost of the ceiling of 20 rubles per square, but does not say that this is without taking into account the work, it is misleading in the end it turns out something in the region of 10 rubles per square (this is normal), and another question was with the measurer, who said that either a cornice or lamps are a gift, although both the announcement and the website indicate otherwise... I bought my own chandelier, the master installed it, the cornice went away as a gift.
If it were possible to put an "asterisk", I would put a "-". It's probably the first time in my life that I've encountered such rudeness. On July 7, 2024, at 12:00, by agreement, a measurer will come to me (the time and date were suggested by the company's administrator). Of the advantages, only the price that they were able to offer is more profitable than that of competitors. Among the disadvantages, the spotlights are crookedly set. The master did the work for more than 12 hours. They huddled in another room with a small child, a husband and a dog. If there was a one-bedroom, I don't know what they would do. The linoleum that lies in the room is filled with glue, which has not even been removed with solvent. There was only one master on the order, my husband helped him with the installation of a hidden cornice, since it is very difficult to do it alone.
After writing a review on Instagram, the company asked for the address, and knowing that the masters were to blame for everything, I did not tell them, instead of further finding out information, requesting a photo or something else, they just HAMMERED the BOLT.

I give this office 3 stars, as not everything went well and quickly when working with ceilings.
Firstly, the measurer was not very kind and talkative, he did not come to the second measurement at all.
Secondly, the ceilings were made for 4-5 days, not 2 as promised.
Thirdly, some details were not delivered to the ceiling installation.
There are no special questions about the work and the ceilings themselves, but there is still not a pleasant aftertaste, I would not recommend this organization.
We ordered ceilings for an ordinary studio apartment +- 40 squares. we did it for 5 days... 5 days KAAARL.. and they didn't finish it!!! There are always some problems. either the canvas will arrive, or the installers have not been completed. we decided to redo the ceilings in a different way on the advice of the installers (there are only small pieces to add so that there is a floating cornice), since the measurer did not offer. Well, let's have more installation for the day. (the designer spoke for a maximum of two days of the entire installation) they counted $ 100 more OK there. It still doesn't excuse you for a week's work! they drilled the wall almost through and there was a crack in the plaster where everything is visible after installation (no one from the company called and did not specify how to solve the problem, the installers suggested to me right now let's go buy plaster and seal it up, but the color can not be picked up already. installers have problems with knowledge of electrics. a lot of imperfections on the ceilings. The deadlines were constantly postponed because they said that there was no cornice in Europe and, due to the situation, they had to wait a long time. As a result, the cornice was made from scraps. They ordered floating lines (lamps) set crookedly in relation to the wall, while assuring that the LED strip is German and has a service life of 5 years, but it worked for 1 month after which it burned out. They promised that there would be plenty of light, but after installing the floating lines, there was little light, my wife turned to them so that the manager would come and look, so he's been going since April 2022. They applied for repairs under warranty and promised to come, but after that they do not get in touch.
I do not recommend cooperation with this organization.

As a result, we decided to invite the measurer of this company home. I arrived, brought a tablet with photos, materials, and drew an approximate plan on paper. Yes, there were renegotiations before installation, but the issue was resolved. We were satisfied with the work, and in the future we want to make another nursery. The wardrobe was installed back in June 2021, and the epic of alterations and corrections lasted until November. We fixed it several times, but it looks like a high-quality wardrobe is not about this company. As soon as the balance of the payment is transferred, all problems with the cabinet under warranty become your problem, since you need to constantly call and remind yourself for weeks to get some kind of reaction.
1 - installation of the cabinet. The compartment for outerwear turned out to be decently shorter than the agreed size, part of the outerwear does not fit in length. The profiles turned out to be scratched / scuffed, white spots appeared on the lower rail (dark color), there was a mass of sawdust between the profiles and the glasses, which look like dirt reflected in the mirrors, chips appeared on the chipboard panels, including the front base plate, which had to be painted over. I had to wait weeks for the master and corrections, constantly reminding myself of myself!!!
2 - correction of the handle profiles was proposed right in the apartment so as not to damage the mirrors and chipboard of the doors during transportation. She clarified several times whether it was dangerous for repairs. As a result, profiles with the same defects were installed, and in some places even worse + profiles managed to SCRATCH the top layer of the laminate, despite the floor covering (one of the scratches in the center of the room is 22 CM!!). This fact was completely ignored and not even apologized, apparently, a common thing.
3 - the next profile replacement was already in the workshop, but the company didn't care about the safety of the doors at all, although it asked to be careful with mirrors. They returned with a better profile, but SCRATCHED MIRRORS. There are a constellation of small scratches on both flaps on the same level, possibly as a result of transportation. The new replacement rail was scratched right during installation (in the photo, some of the scuffs have already been painted over), the same sawdust along the perimeter of the glass doors, albeit in smaller quantities!!! Compared to the first time, the installation and configuration of doors is simply a disaster: two doors literally jump through the stoppers, terribly loud mounting wheels on top, and the other two are normal. At the same time, everything seemed fine to the master, since these are the same wheels, I learned that they can be easily replaced and the stopper is already pressed from another master!!
If you need quality, you definitely are not here, despite the beautiful Instagram and suspiciously high number of uninformative enthusiastic reviews. I advise you to contact those companies that have warranty repairs, components are sheltered during transportation, installers are responsible for quality and will not mount what is obviously defective and put in front of the fact.
UPD: Continued negotiations with the company in the context of compensation for damaged doors and damage to laminate (January-February). The company imposed its "correction services" in every possible way, completely ignoring the fact that they simply no longer want to deal with them, another company will fix them, and now we are talking only about compensation for damage. At first, I was interested in the moment of repairing the laminate by a good engaged specialist, I asked for additional information from him, but I did not receive it in 2 weeks (the deadline was the end of the next working day). Apparently, the issue would also be resolved if I accepted another correction... If you don't remind me 10 times, after spending your time, you won't get a result.
According to the compensation, the company agreed to compensate only the cost of damaged parts, arguing that it would be expensive for them to drive a car to pick up the doors. And so they give them to me!!! Which means to me that I will still have to pay for dismantling and think about how to dispose of them. Conditionally, to compensate for 2 kopecks for what I was sold for 5. The cost breakdown with a signature and seal was knocked out for 2 weeks with constant reminders, which were also simply ignored.
PS the issue with the scratched laminate has remained open. Complete irresponsibility!!
