The wardrobe was installed back in June 2021, and the epic of alterations and corrections lasted until November. We fixed it several times, but it looks like a high-quality wardrobe is not about this company. As soon as the balance of the payment is transferred, all problems with the cabinet under warranty become your problem, since you need to constantly call and remind yourself for weeks to get some kind of reaction.
1 - installation of the cabinet. The compartment for outerwear turned out to be decently shorter than the agreed size, part of the outerwear does not fit in length. The profiles turned out to be scratched / scuffed, white spots appeared on the lower rail (dark color), there was a mass of sawdust between the profiles and the glasses, which look like dirt reflected in the mirrors, chips appeared on the chipboard panels, including the front base plate, which had to be painted over. I had to wait weeks for the master and corrections, constantly reminding myself of myself!!!
2 - correction of the handle profiles was proposed right in the apartment so as not to damage the mirrors and chipboard of the doors during transportation. She clarified several times whether it was dangerous for repairs. As a result, profiles with the same defects were installed, and in some places even worse + profiles managed to SCRATCH the top layer of the laminate, despite the floor covering (one of the scratches in the center of the room is 22 CM!!). This fact was completely ignored and not even apologized, apparently, a common thing.
3 - the next profile replacement was already in the workshop, but the company didn't care about the safety of the doors at all, although it asked to be careful with mirrors. They returned with a better profile, but SCRATCHED MIRRORS. There are a constellation of small scratches on both flaps on the same level, possibly as a result of transportation. The new replacement rail was scratched right during installation (in the photo, some of the scuffs have already been painted over), the same sawdust along the perimeter of the glass doors, albeit in smaller quantities!!! Compared to the first time, the installation and configuration of doors is simply a disaster: two doors literally jump through the stoppers, terribly loud mounting wheels on top, and the other two are normal. At the same time, everything seemed fine to the master, since these are the same wheels, I learned that they can be easily replaced and the stopper is already pressed from another master!!
If you need quality, you definitely are not here, despite the beautiful Instagram and suspiciously high number of uninformative enthusiastic reviews. I advise you to contact those companies that have warranty repairs, components are sheltered during transportation, installers are responsible for quality and will not mount what is obviously defective and put in front of the fact.
UPD: Continued negotiations with the company in the context of compensation for damaged doors and damage to laminate (January-February). The company imposed its "correction services" in every possible way, completely ignoring the fact that they simply no longer want to deal with them, another company will fix them, and now we are talking only about compensation for damage. At first, I was interested in the moment of repairing the laminate by a good engaged specialist, I asked for additional information from him, but I did not receive it in 2 weeks (the deadline was the end of the next working day). Apparently, the issue would also be resolved if I accepted another correction... If you don't remind me 10 times, after spending your time, you won't get a result.
According to the compensation, the company agreed to compensate only the cost of damaged parts, arguing that it would be expensive for them to drive a car to pick up the doors. And so they give them to me!!! Which means to me that I will still have to pay for dismantling and think about how to dispose of them. Conditionally, to compensate for 2 kopecks for what I was sold for 5. The cost breakdown with a signature and seal was knocked out for 2 weeks with constant reminders, which were also simply ignored.
PS the issue with the scratched laminate has remained open. Complete irresponsibility!!
We ordered ceilings throughout the apartment, the quality is excellent! The design was chosen exactly for us, installed quickly, efficiently and accurately. A pleasant surprise was a gift for a large order)

Terrible service. Not only were the ceilings installed at all at the wrong time, which we agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but the lamps were also supplied to us completely different from what we ordered. For two months we were fed breakfast, that they would be changed to the ones we ordered, and then they just stopped contacting and picking up the phone. I do not recommend this company. Irresponsibility. We ran into each other 2 times. During installation, we agreed on a certain date, took it with my husband at my own expense, no one calls the night before, they called themselves, but it turns out that no one will come to us tomorrow, we had to take another day. The measurer said that the installation would be fast for 4-6 hours, as a result—2 days. Time has passed, the light bulb has burned out (if possible, buy your own, 10 times cheaper), and they have a guarantee. They called to change it, OK, agreed on a certain date (I took time off from work a little earlier). But, as usual, no one called or arrived, my messages are ignored.

I would not like to express any gratitude to this company.
First, you will run after them and adjust to them. The time agreed upon in advance was disrupted twice. They didn't even warn me once.
Secondly, the agreed deadlines have not been met. I notified you in advance how important it was for me to do everything on time.
Thirdly, when ordering lamps, it turned out that they were not there, you need to wait for the order, you had to choose from what you have.
The lamps were ordered from them, as I was convinced that there would be a guarantee and it is more reliable than buying from other people and installing.
Fourth, the work was not done very neatly, which I pointed out when accepting the work. But this is not critical.
I wanted to finish some kind of dialogue with them as soon as possible.
The managers of the company communicate incorrectly, sometimes even rudely. But they clearly know their responsibilities and are afraid to overwork
They don't check the information (I asked twice if the warranty is valid...), they don't listen to you.
I lost 2 weeks of my time waiting for repairs.
On March 7, I asked for help. As it turned out, the manager felt that this was not his job and did not pass my question to the right department.
On March 25, we agreed to replace the lamps on the 11th. Please note, the manager recommended that I get on the phone and get on the phone without even taking a contact for a callback.
We agreed on the 11th. 1.5 weeks later, the repair was canceled, saying that the warranty was over.
Although earlier on the phone, the managers assured me that the guarantee was valid.
The lamps lasted exactly a year, after which they burned out.
They are designed for exactly 1 year. This is their guarantee.
Now they offer me to buy lamps from them and replace them, of course, for my own money.

We decided to order ceilings in the children's room of 10 m2 and in the bathrooms of 3.27 m2. We ordered simple ceilings (white satin and light bulbs).A measurer arrived, measured everything, said the cost, took a deposit and said that they would arrive on 8.01.2021. A couple of days later, a girl from the company called and said that they would not arrive on the eighth, but would arrive on 13.01.2021. Well, we are waiting ... on the 12th they called and what.... They said that unfortunately they would not be able to come on 13. They are asked to postpone it to the 19th, taking into account that they have a gift. We are waiting.... 18.01 we called and agreed on the time. On the 19th, two employees arrived in the morning and that day they only made ceilings in the bathroom and toilet. They also made a frame in the nursery and said that something had not been reported to them, they would go and return, and left. It was around 17 o'clock. At 21 o'clock we called to find out what was next, since no one had arrived yet. They told us they were coming. Naturally, we refused, it's already nine in the evening, until they arrive it will be at least ten. We agreed on the next day. The next day, everything was ready. The ceilings were done well, but there is no attitude towards customers.... As a result, the installation was postponed several times, they promised a gift that did not exist, and they made a small square footage for two days. And the amount was not small. I do not recommend this company.

The apartment is being renovated from scratch. And I came across the target on Instagram. I thought it would be cool, it would be possible to make purchases in a comprehensive way: a closet, ceilings, and then a kitchen.
I wrote to the messenger, threw off the layout of the apartment. I waited for an answer (even a greeting) for more than an hour. I thought, okay, the crown won't fall, let me remind you. The answer came, they say, they threw it to the designer, the price will be when, then it will be.
After this time, the first question was asked, and I promptly answered it. After waiting another hour for at least some reaction, I wrote that, they say, let's not bother you, during this time I managed to communicate with several companies and apparently, it is irrelevant.
I received a reply saying that we will contact you and discuss everything. OK, I thought, if the brand is actually a brand, and not just a name, then you can close your eyes to this misunderstanding.
They offered me a meeting. After talking with the manager, I said that I was leaning towards the offer of a competing company and that if your offer was good or similar in terms at least, I would consider working with this company.
In general, I contacted the same manager in a couple of days, clarified about the kitchens. Spoiler Alert: I've been getting calls back for 2 days now.
But the ultimate aerobatics is a meeting. On the same day, before the meeting, I warned the manager that I would have a spontaneous corporate event today and that my wife would be at home. We also recall the early words about the fact that this will not be the conclusion of a contract, but a measurement with an acquaintance of the proposal.
Anyway, there was a meeting today. They accused us of being such and such, behaved badly, that we did not conclude an agreement, that I merged at all, and in general we are herods :)
As for me, 3 joints for, I quote the manager: "a leading company in the market" is a lot. And if we also talk about the fact that the estimated price for the cabinet turned out to be absolutely not the same as they thought, then this is just some kind of a tent.
In general, I advise you to think several times before wasting time and nerves on complete unprofessionalism from the first contact with the client and ending with boors on the measurement.
And if you look at it from a professional point of view, then I'm afraid that it will just be a rout.
I definitely won't recommend it to anyone. And I will dissuade colleagues and friends
When I was choosing which company to choose to install stretch ceilings in my entire apartment, I relied on how they communicate with me on the phone, in what form and how professional the measurer was. I searched for reviews on the Internet. I left my choice at Gutehouse, from the moment of my first call, I was surrounded by care, expertise, and professionalism of installers as a result. Everything was done beautifully, efficiently and not in the way I originally wanted. Everything turned out much more beautiful, stylish and fashionable)

The ceiling was made along Voronyansky Street in this company. We are 100% satisfied with the work. From the first call to the installation, everything was fast and professional. We are ready to recommend it to all our friends, Gute House - well done!
