A new hotel, a big enough beach! The food is great. We had a family vacation in mid-December. After 3 o'clock in the afternoon, the wind was cool, it was not comfortable after the water, the water itself was already invigorating, it was not very good for the children.. , but after you go in, you kind of get used to it) A heated swimming pool, there is a children's area, children liked to splash there more. But there were a lot of people there. We went to Dubai, ordered a transfer from the person on the left near the entrance (inside the building near the reception). It came out about one hundred and fifty bucks for a family of 4 people, but this is a personal driver for ten hours, go at least towards Russia). It was cheaper if you took a group transfer. Travel time is about an hour with a penny. If you walk about 20 minutes to the left after leaving the hotel, there is a playground, but there are a lot of locals there in the evening.. There is nothing else nearby except hotels and there is really nothing..In general, it's fine if you just want to relax without too much movement.. Good luck to everyone.

It's hot and hot in the afternoon, after 14.00 the sun leaves the pool and it's harder to get out of the water, so after lunch we went to the sea. The beach is clean, there is a football area, a trampoline, dance and yoga classes are held in the evening, aqua aerobics in the morning in the pool, after sunset a children's disco and various shows - light, fire, live music. The hotel itself is nice, new, the rooms are spacious with an extra bed. Everything is clean, beautiful, especially the view from the balcony))). There are many Russians, Kazakhs, Europeans, Americans - the attitude is normal. The food was delicious, they found everything to eat. The drinks are delicious. In general, I put 5 * UAE in winter. There is also a transfer! And another piece of advice. The tour operator has very expensive excursions. We rented a Tesla taxi and went to a Safari Park in Dubai. $ 130 + admission 260 dirhams. The park is cool, we walked there for 3 hours, took a ticket for a Safari bus tour of the African zone. There is a free safari in Asia. We didn't have time for the rest.

A 3-star rating for the territory - there is none, dirty sun beds and tables with them, the taste of vegetables and fruits, the taste of drinks, the price for this service does not match do not waste your money on this hotel, it is absolutely not worth it!
The resort fee can be paid with any card except the Russian Federation, I paid with a card that had Belarusian rubles on it, it worked fine, change dollars at the airport at the rate of 3.6 for $ 1 at the hotel it will be 3.4. And most importantly, if you pay in dollars, they must be younger than 2005, otherwise you will get the change local, the course at the hotel is not profitable, take cards from the CIS with you. We are currently resting in this hotel . Previously, we were in the UAE, but not on the all-inclusive system. In this system for the first time here, and I will say that everything is included in the emirates is significantly different from, for example, Turkey.
The hotel is relatively new, modern, clean, room cleaning for 4 out of 5. We have been here for 5 days, the bed has not been changed since arrival, towels once, and then when I threw them on the floor and put a sign on top for replacement. The refrigerator in the room is empty, water is given to the room for 2 bottles of 0.5 (for the number of people in the room). The windows and balcony overlook the beach and the inner side of the hotel, where music is hammering from 19.00 to 23.00, children play with screams on the playgrounds, in general, everything can be heard.
The beach is clean, well-groomed, large enough, but not sand, but a ground shell, sometimes digs into the heels, but generally clean, there are always enough sunbeds. The entry into the sea is smooth, but since the stagnant water in the bay on the surface of the water is an oily film from creams and tanning oils. Always calm.
The hotel is family-run, very much with children, BUT SMOKING AREAS ARE NOT THOUGHT OUT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. We do not smoke without children, but they smoke everywhere on the beach on sun beds, and in an open cafe and at the bar, and by the pool, generally everywhere! We are just suffocating from the stench of sinaret, and if we were here with the children, I would pack my things on the first day and look for another hotel, it's just unbearable!
Food! This is an average dining room, not a restaurant. Monotonous, one new dish once a dinner (the rest are repeated in a circle). Yes, you won't stay hungry, but by day 6, I'm tired of being honest. Queues are large at any time of arrival. In the bar, only one glass of wine or beer is in your hands, it doesn't matter, only one at a time, and you run back and forth several times. They are removed from the tables very slowly, and if they were removed 15 minutes after leaving, wait for the same amount when you catch the employee yourself and ask him for appliances.

We arrived early at 7 a.m., we were at the hotel about 10 (we were driving from Sharjah airport, about 1 hour on the way) Check-in at the hotel from 14 o'clock. By 12.30, returning to the reception desk, we were given bracelets and room keys) When we came to the room, we were pleasantly surprised, we were settled into a room with a view of the sea and the pool, although the GUEST ROOM ISLAND VIEW QUEEN was paid for. The rooms are fresh, everything is clean. I really liked the smart home system. The bar was replenished daily with 3 bottles of water. The room was cleaned normally. The beach is a good beach, but not sand, but a shell. It is not very pleasant for the feet to walk on it, but it is definitely better than pebbles) The beach is very large and wide, sun beds could always be found. There is a bar on the beach (for an all-inclusive system) and paid snacks. They sell ice cream before 12 o'clock, French fries, pizza, etc. after 12. We went on an all-inclusive system and did not regret it, because it would have been very expensive to eat separately. As for the all-inclusive system: alcohol from 12.00 to 00.00, the quality is many times better than Turkish. Beer in cans 0.5 Kaiser, not bad. You can take a private transfer from the hotel to Dubai, the cost is $ 185. It won't be cheaper by taxi, we thought.
There was always live music or a saxophone in the evening. Do not expect animation like in Turkey, there is simply no such thing here.
On the day of departure, many people write that they take off the bracelet - we were lucky. We came to find out how much it would cost to extend the room (500 dirhams for those who are interested) because check-out was at 17.00 from the hotel, for such an amount, of course, we did not agree and we were complimented by the hotel for free extended until 14.00 for this, just a huge respect to the receptionists at the reception and thank you very much!!!!! When we came up at 14 to hand over the room, no one asked us to give the bracelets) So for the remaining 3 hours we enjoyed the lobby bar))))

Bottled beer is distributed from right to left. A couple of times they just asked why 2 bottles in one hand were twisted out, like a spouse or a spouse))) The cocktails are delicious, but there are not many of them. To avoid being poured into a plastic cup, ask for cocktails with you!
Russian-speaking girls worked full-time at the reception, they responded to all requests immediately.

Being here, I will note the disadvantages that spoiled the impression of the hotel:
1. We asked to replace the room, with the condition that there will also be 2 separate beds. They told us to wait a day, by the appointed time we were ready with our things and 2 children, we waited another 2 hours!!! And we were moved to a room with one bed and a sofa! Which is impossible to sleep on (very hard), an adult cannot fit on it, instead of a blanket they gave a blanket without a duvet cover!!!
2. They asked us twice to wash the floor on the balcony, to which they nodded to us, but they never washed it. It's like they haven't washed it for a year!
3. The FB concept does not include drinking water outside the room! I begged at the beach bar to give me a glass of water for the baby, they gave it in the end, but they also repeated that I had to pay for it!
4. Poor sound insulation in the room. And the front door and the balcony and even the walls!
5. I do not know where the wonderful video reviews on YouTube come from, but the hotel does not even provide bathrobes on request! They don't exist, they don't exist!))) There are no disposable accessories (slippers, toothbrush, etc.!)
6. The mother and child's room is the same for the whole hotel! There is not even a chair to sit down to feed the baby!
