The hotel is suitable for family holidays. At the beginning of September, the occupancy rate of the hotel was very high. There are quite a lot of sunbeds on the beach, there were also basically no problems with availability near the pool, although the pool is small enough for such a large hotel.
A restaurant is a place where you need to try to find a free place, especially for dinner. There is a lot of food, but monotonous, the taste and quality of cooking is average.
The hotel service is at a good level, the room is cleaned every day.
I advise you to take all inclusive, as drinks are very expensive at the bar and on the beach.
The hotel is located on an artificial beach, which is still being built up. The nearest mall is 15 minutes by taxi (~20 AED), 10 minutes by foot in RIXOS there is a small supermarket, prices are high.

Terrible hotel, if you eat vegetables and noodles, then you are here!
I'll start from the beginning, we went to this hotel on the recommendation of friends, they rested at the end of May and beginning of June 2024, they did not have queues in the dining room, they ate only beef and seafood. We decided that we also want to visit the UAE, bought an 8-night tour for 257k for 2 months + 1 month for 12 years. By the way, my son's birthday is at the end of August, and we always celebrate it abroad, in all hotels there are always birthday compliments, a la carte restaurants, congratulations, there is NOTHING in this hotel! As if there is no holiday! Although the agent wrote to the tour operator at the time of registration that tourists were going to celebrate their son's birthday.
We arrived at the hotel from the airport at 8:30h, there are no rooms available, check-in at 15h, well, okay, bracelets for food and drinks at 10:30h, thank you! Breakfast is over. At 14:30 we checked into the room. The rooms are new, there is everything as in the description and in the photo, water: 2 pcs, extra place for a child sofa without sleeping accessories! They called the reception, explained, promised to bring it, 3 hours have passed, there is nothing. We met the cleaner in the hall, told her, brought everything except a blanket and a duvet cover! Super! Next is the beach- there are no free sunbeds! Neither by the pool, nor by the sea, there are towels on the sun beds, or books, bras, panties, everything, but there are no people! We are here for the 3rd day, the same thing every time! At 7 a.m., we took the sun loungers by the pool, some people's things were lying on 2 sides, but there were still no people, it was already 14h, by the way! Food in the dining room: chicken in vegetables, if you find chicken in them, fish, strange, I don't know what kind of fish, queen fish is written on them, and that's it! Next, fried vegetables, ratatouille, steamed vegetables, potatoes, noodles, and fresh vegetables! Some kind of sweet cakes, the husband eats, says this is the only thing that is delicious in the hotel! And fruits: watermelon, grapefruit, changes to melon with kiwi. But! So that you understand, the queue for the "meat" dish is about 20 people! Yes, and more! To sit down at the table in the dining room for lunch or dinner, you need to run around looking for a table for about 15-20 minutes, and you will finally find a vacant table. By the way, tables are cleaned instantly, this is probably one of the very small advantages of the hotel)) Alcohol begins to be given at 12 o'clock. Beer of 2 types: kaiser and amstel in cans, wine: red, white, rose, tequila, alkococtails, vodka, of course, and something else, we didn't ask... Before 12 only used: juices, lemonades, schweppes, cocktails. There is a bar in the dining room, there is always a queue of 15-18 people! In general, while you are waiting for a drink, the food has cooled down, or while you are taking food, the drink has become hot. The bartenders are in no hurry, they don't care at all that you are standing here. My husband decided not to stand in this queue at the bar, took a draught juice, but oops, the glasses ran out! Because we came from an excursion - there was an unfinished bottle of water, I started pouring it into it. A canteen cleaner ran up and started shouting at her husband in the entire dining room that it was impossible to pour into a 0.5 bottle! My husband explains to him, but where to pour it??? There are no glasses! In general, when we were sitting at the table, this cleaner came up to us, started poking at the camera: we're watching you! Seriously!? It 's very funny . We have never seen such a terrible assortment of food, the attitude of the staff to the guests! Well, there was food once when we went to Turkey 4* for 45 rubles for 3 people for 14 days! But it's a nightmare here! In general, I do not recommend this hotel from the word at all!!!! In the evening you will die of boredom, or go to bed at 9 pm! It would be better if we paid 20 rubles extra and went to Turkey to the SELECTUM network! That's great there! And salmon, and beef steaks, and a sushi bar, and what kind of parties they hold is unreal, as if in Ibiza! I told you everything as it is, we are here now, everything is honest! And it's up to you! But we will never come back here!

Nice hotel. Impeccable service and cleaning. Decent food. Everything is new and beautiful. The pool is excellent, the territory is limited to it and the beach. The beach is also good. The purest water and sand. The sun beds are great.

The pool at the hotel is always crowded, the sea is better, there are always free sun beds. I must say right away that in my opinion this hotel is not suitable for a family vacation with a child, especially with a child under one year old. The hotel's visitors are mostly elderly Europeans who drink alcohol and smoke all day. About smoking, I want to note separately that they smoked just wherever possible, even next to the children's pool. The Europeans did not care at all that children were playing or walking next to them, they continued to morally decompose and smoke. Only after communicating with the hotel manager was it possible to make a non-smoking area. For me, this is a one-time hotel. The hotel itself has a gym, rooms are cleaned every day, a friendly reception. In general, not bad. Solid 4.

Good afternoon, we returned from the UAE on November 5, 2023. We stayed at the Hempton by Hilton Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. The hotel is new in 2020, the rooms are large and bright, all with a view of the Persian Gulf. There is a Russian-speaking staff, everyone is very polite, courteous. Excellent sandy beach, sometimes with small shells. There are a lot of sun beds, enough for everyone. The food is varied, at first glance there is not much of it, but there is everything and porridges and soups and a variety of side dishes, meat, fish, chicken. A hotel for a quiet holiday, a small children's playground, a swing, and a games room in the building. Only positive emotions and impressions remained. Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel!

Expectation and reality converge 100%. If you are in doubt about paying extra for a room with a view of the beach, then there is no need to doubt. The view is on the other side, you can hear the road decently. We have been living in a superior room with a view of the beach for the last 2 days, so there is something to compare it with. Food and alcohol are at an acceptable level. There is enough space on the beach.
The construction site has not yet reached the hotel windows, but the fences are standing.
The children's room and the staff's attitude towards the children pleased me.
There is an opportunity to walk in the evening.
In my opinion, the price-quality ratio of the hotel is at a very high level.

We were in this hotel in 2022 and now we are back in 2024, because it was my favorite hotel in the UAE, but to be honest, the hotel passed, the rooms are no longer in the same condition, the reception staff is not very friendly, there are 2 times more tourists, the beach now resembles Anapa, the sunbeds are very close to each other, in general, now the focus is on quantity, not on quality (it's even a shame). It is quite possible to rest for yourself, but not that anymore...

We went to the hotel for the New Year holidays. A family of 2 adults and 2 children. In short, I liked it)))
A decent hotel. It's new enough. It stands on an artificial island made of crushed shells. Accordingly, the beach is clean and smooth, the entrance to the water is steep. There may be shells of a large fraction, so you can step on them. But these are small things, in general it is very cool. + the beach is bright due to this.
The hotel has a well-made beach. Palm trees among the sunbeds. + there are umbrellas. The sun beds are soft, towels are provided (good, large). There are always places on the beach!
There is a bar on the beach, or something like it. All the drinks are there.
There are many free activities for children on the beach. Inflatable trampoline, football zone, volleyball, even inflatable slides on the water. Everything is free! It is open from 10:00. There is animation, active, but not intrusive. It's the best thing for me!
There is a pool and it's cool that it's sky. Going into the horizon. With a sea view. + it is heated. The children liked it. Sun beds take up more space there, but + - space can always be found. And so you can lie on the beach and climb into the basik.
There is also a bar by the pool. It is open from 10:00. Alcohol from 12:00 (keep this in mind).
Hotel and rooms. Everything is quite new and at a decent level. Not super luxury, but good. Cleaning is generally on top! I took a sea view (paid extra). But in fact, ALL the rooms at the hotel have a sea view. It will just be expensive along the sea without additional payment. And so the sea is visible around the hotel at 360*. That's why you have to choose.
There is a hammam and sauna, free of charge. But with a nuance! They are separate for men and women (each has its own, in the locker room area). And it is not allowed with children under 16 years of age (in any way at all). + sauna for a maximum of 2 people! Hammam for 3 people.
And so, the norm. There is also free, towels are provided.
There is also a gym nearby. Treadmills overlooking the sea. Is free.
There is no busy life around the hotel. But there is a place to walk! Nice and clean promenade. There is a soft running track 5 km away. There is even a small park on the waterfront. In general, we like that no matter how in Turkey, shops and cafes have come out and cling to you.
If you need shops, the hotel takes people to the local mall for free every day (by appointment). You can drive away.
Dubai is a 1.5-hour drive away. There are almost no traffic jams. The road is great.
There is no deposit upon check-in. BUT there is a tourist tax (non-refundable). There are Russian-speaking people at the reception. And overall, almost everyone is well-adjusted and positive. What I particularly like is that there is a sense of security in the hotel and everywhere else in the UAE. We walked quietly.
What didn't you like? Just one thing! Bracelets for al inclusive (if you are going that way), when checking in, they are put on ONLY at 10:30 (breakfast is already over). It turns out that you will NOT be fed in the morning upon check-in! Consider this nuance.
For food. I STRONGLY advise you to take everything included! Food for money is quite expensive! Lunch for 1 person at the hotel costs 115 dirhams (about 3 tr), for a family of 4 people, once a meal - 12 tr. Expensive. And you need to eat 3 times a day + drinks, coffee and so on. Count for yourself. I took everything included and didn't sweat at all!
Everything in the restaurant is very tasty and varied. The food is delicious, there is everything for every taste. There is also a bar.
The Internet. WiFi is free, works for 99% of the entire hotel. And on the beach, and in the basik, in the room, lobi and so on. At a decent speed. Enough for all the average tasks.
Yes! We also left behind the fence. (in an empty area) a new construction site was being started, equipment was being delivered. Therefore, check if active construction has started there now! And so there are plenty of construction sites around, but far from the hotel. This is where the expansion is apparently starting. In general, look at the stories of those who are currently resting there)))

The food leaves much to be desired and there is nothing to buy in the vicinity. We have 3 more days, and we have not eaten this food for 2 days.

Apart from the room in this hotel, I didn't like anything. The room is cozy, spacious, with a touch-sensitive light control system, very comfortable. The corridors of the hotel are very beautiful and bright, beautiful carpet with a marine motif. Great place. The hotel is new, cozy, clean. Friendly staff. They will always come to the rescue on any issue. Rooms are cleaned daily. The food is awesome! Meat, fish, seafood and much more. You can choose a different dish for a week and not repeat it. Beautiful location pool like in the Maldives. There are a lot of sun loungers all over the beach and there are enough for everyone. The sea is clean, warm. We rested in early April 2023. In the sea near the shore you can see beautiful fish, starfish, crabs - entertainment for kids. There is sand and crushed seashell on the beach, you need to walk carefully. From the airport in Sharjah to the hotel 55 minutes. To Dubai 1.2 hours. We had a rest during the autumn holidays in late October, early November 2024 with a family of 5 people - 2 adults, 3 children.
We flew on a regular flight to Dubai without delay.
The transfer was a group one. At first they said that there would be a transfer from the hotel, but in the end they put me on another bus. We waited for him for half an hour, exactly in the heat, among other working buses under umbrellas in the parking lot. It's an hour and thirty minutes to the hotel.
The return transfer to the airport was by the hotel minibus. We were being driven by 2 other families.
Check-in.
Check-in at the hotel is at 15:00. We arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m., our suitcases were taken to a separate room, like everyone else's. You can then ask to come in to get the right things if you didn't take them right away. They had not given the room before for any money, in any way, even though they had three children, one of them was an infant. They put on bracelets, gave us cards for towels, took our phone number for Whatsapp messages about room readiness, we changed our clothes and went to the pool. The exclusive of their arrival day begins with lunch at 12:30-15:00.
Our room was a Junior suite with a view of the pool and the sea. There is also a sea on the other side of the hotel, as the hotel is located on a peninsula, but there is also a noisy road. The peninsula is just being built up. There is emptiness on both sides of the hotel. There is a construction site on the side of the road opposite the hotel, but you can hardly hear it.
The room has a double bed, a one-and-a-half-bed pull-out sofa and, upon request, we were given a cot, more like a laundry cart.
There is a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a safe (we did not use it), an iron with ironing board, a hair dryer, a TV (it did not work for us), and air conditioning (turns off when you open the door to the balcony). The light control in the room is touch-sensitive.

We can say that it does not exist. The pool and the beach are all there.
Food.
At the entrance to the restaurant, they ask what your room is. While there is no room, you say that you have just arrived, there is no room. If you don't stop to answer about the number, no one is running after you. The reviews say that they won't let you in a second time. Being with three children, we cruised back and forth several times for each meal and no one stopped us once. We ate once, though, during all this time of walking, but I don't think anyone is particularly watching this.
The food is not Egypt or Turkey, of course. But you won't stay hungry. For breakfast, yoghurts, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, omelets, Viennese waffles (they are often followed by a queue), sausages, various fresh buns, fresh vegetables, fruits (green bananas, watermelons, sometimes even ripe, greenish oranges, melon with carrot crunch, unripe kiwi). The coffee beans in the vending machines are delicious, tea bags, the children said normal milk, juices from a large container - poisonous yuppie tastes. Cola , sprite, fanta, packaged juices on the bar in the restaurant. For lunch, pasta, potatoes, rice, meat and chicken. Also vegetables, fruits. But due to the huge number of vacationers, hot dishes are placed the same in two places each and in fact the choice turns out to be small. In the evenings, chicken kebabs or cutlets are sometimes grilled on the grill outside. The rest is like lunch. There is no such abundance of sweets as in Turkey and Egypt, but this is for the best. Ice cream is normal only for money. For lunch, they give a pathetic semblance- ice with a distant taste of something.
There are two paid restaurants. They get a 20% discount on arrival, like. We didn't go.
Beach.
The beach is sandy and seashell. The shell is split, sharp. Some people wear corals.
The beach is more or less clean, of course there are cigarette butts, but this is a question for uncultured vacationers.
At low tide, you can see starfish buried in the sand.
On the beach there is a volleyball court, several hammocks, an inflatable trampoline, and a soccer field.
Bars.
There are 3 of them - in the lobby, by the pool and on the beach (trailer). Alcohol is bottled from 12:00. We didn't drink, I can't appreciate it. I've seen them give me canned beer.
If you have a birthday during your stay at the hotel, they will bring a piece of cake to the room with the signature Happy Birthday (but you need to tell the reception about this, they do not track it themselves).
Animation.
They don't like animation in the Emirates, but this hotel has it. Weak, but there is. After breakfast, they exercise on the beach, play with children in the pool, throw octopuses at them, you need to collect them from the bottom. Then something like aqua aerobics for everyone. There is also water aerobics on the beach. On the beach, volleyball through the net, dancing in the evening every day is different, yoga. But no one calls for all this, so you will find it if you only look for it yourself. At 20:00 there is a children's disco in the children's room. In the evenings, hookah is smoked by the pool (for money). The evening animation is either a saxophone or a voiceless singer, a mountain magician came once. They play music at the pool bar.
The pool is small for so many people. There is a separate children's room under the awning, but it is colder than an adult. Small children are only allowed in diapers to swim in any pool. There are few sun loungers, not enough for everyone. There is no sun on the pool after 15 o'clock. We need to look for sun loungers on the beach, but there was nothing that we did not find. The sun sets around 17:45. There are no sunsets in sight, the sun is setting behind the hotel. If you look at the sea, it seems that this is a lake, because the strait is not visible to the Persian Gulf. From above, from the balcony of the room, you can see where the strait into the bay is. The water is muddy. At low tide, there are starfish, many crustaceans in shells running around of different sizes. My husband swam with a mask once, saw a large turtle.
The last three days of our stay were terribly humid, foggy in the morning. The windows in the whole hotel were fogged up, and the mirrors in the room too.
For children.
There is a children's room, a playground near the pool, a children's pool under an awning, high chairs in the common restaurant, an inflatable trampoline on the beach.
Cleaning.
Beds are made, shampoo / balm / shower gel / soap are topped up.
They fold the towels. They change it if you throw it on the floor. Sometimes they put less than they took away, but they report without problems. They bring bottled water.
In general, the hotel is 3+. For a relaxing budget holiday with children. There are a lot of children. Couples will be bored here.
The staff is friendly, they respond to requests quickly enough and always with a smile, almost everyone understands Russian.

Everything seems to be fine, but keep in mind that there is discrimination against Russians here! It was an evening sitting by the pool, playing American music all the time, we got tired of it and went to ask them to turn on Russian songs. To which we were told it was forbidden! We went to the reception to find out why there is no Russian music. The girl at the reception first started saying that today's program was like this, but we insisted, considering that the hotel is 80% Kazakhs, Belarusians, not Americans!!!
Then she replied to us, because the hotel's tradition is that Russian music should not be included... Considering that we're taking their money there. Then she started talking rudely and kept asking what your room number was... In general, we realized that it was useless to talk to her.. Since there is discrimination against Russians!!
The impressions about the hotels remained the most negative and of course none of the vacationers will return to this hotel.

We have been there since January 26. Very clean, cozy, atmospheric. An ideal place for a seal holiday. If you of course like this) went on the "all inclusive" program, the food is delicious, buffet, wonderful waffles in chocolate for breakfast!! This is a masterpiece! There is a free playroom for children, without parents from the age of 4. Modern, equipped, if the weather was bad, we were there with the children.
The island is young, there is a lot of free space nearby, a desert, construction sites, do not interfere, a park and a long km5 running special track. For 19 ADE, you can drive to a large shopping center located on the island and shop there, there is a grocery supermarket.
Take the bucks with you, they will change you to the local currency there and accept you.
Shampoos, shower gel and hair balm do not need to be taken, they are good and in unlimited quantities, special boxes hang.
In the evenings, a girl sings, live vocals, sometimes they play the violin.
If you eat in winter, grab a tracksuit, it's fresh after 15 hours.
In 5 days we managed to get a tan, swim (water 20-23) for me it's fine, but for an amateur.
Alcoholic drinks can be taken at the bar after 12 o'clock.

Well, the pool is very small for such a number of guests, after 11-12 you can't get in there anymore - there are a lot of people, and the water becomes cloudy, the best time for swimming is from 8 to 9 in the morning, while no one is there and the bottom is visible, then it's scary to go in.
The food is great, the view from the rooms is great too, the spa has a very good massage from Filipinos, but you have to bargain for a good price 💆♀️
I chose a hotel specifically with sports animation, but instead of 30 minutes, usually 20 minutes are occupied by all classes (yoga, aerobics, dancing), on Sunday (the girl had a day off), there was no exercise or yoga at all. The printed schedule turned out to be incorrect, the animator showed some of his program in electronic form with completely different classes, which was very frustrating, since it was an important point on the trip.
A cool gym, sauna and hammam are separate for girls and boys.

The rooms are clean enough, everything is brand new, fresh, not killed. There is everything you need coffee, tea, kettle, refrigerator, cream, sugar in the room. Cons: the hotel is located on an artificial spit (peninsula) and "looks" inside a small backwater. Because of this, there are a number of disadvantages:
•Great wind blowing. It's even cool in the evening
•Silt on the bottom in bathing areas, because the water is almost stagnant
•the beach of ground seashell is very prickly
•after lunch, the sun hides behind the hotel building. Therefore, after 15.00 there is shade by the pool and on most of the beach
• lack of sun beds. Arrived after 10.00 - you will be left without a place. For 2-3 people, finding places nearby is not an option. I had to take sun loungers from 8.00- 8.30.
•Umbrellas. Each umbrella is designed for 4 sun beds. It's pretty cramped. There is only enough shade for two. And some of the sunbeds on the beach have no umbrellas at all.

I had a rest in August 2023. The beach area is separated by a fence. Nearby, the land has been prepared for the construction of hotels. Landscaping is weak, but on the beach you can find a palm tree and place a rod under it. There were always places on the beach, there are free rods throughout the day. Water of course fresh milk 33 ° C. It's a little cloudy because of the sandy shore. But if you go for a swim early in the morning at 6.30 am, then it's not hot, and the bottom is clearly visible. You can fish for sea stars, and crustaceans in shells. The room itself is clean, but the humidity is high, I turned off the air conditioner at night and opened the balcony, in principle it is comfortable. Every evening the show program was sung by a soloist and played by a musician on the sax! Relaxation is wonderful! If everything is included, then you can save on food, if you only took breakfast - then paying for dinners and lunches separately would cost more. There is practically nowhere to go on foot, you can only walk along the shore. but the beach is deserted, or a construction site. The nearest mall can be reached by bus from the hotel in 12-15 minutes. Basically, there are groceries and a few pharmacy stores, clothing, electronics in the mall. But it's better to go to Dubai - but it's already 1 hour and 20 minutes. Alcohol is served at bars from 12 to 24. There is a way out with alcohol" only with yourself who stays late. Two big night bars, but everything is paid - even if you have everything included. There are no discobars. The food restaurant is not very large, there may be no tables during rush hour. The food is not bad, in principle, the choice is normal. There are many excursions offered at the reception in the lobby. But the second time to go, I will probably choose Turkey better.
