Excellent hotel: the staff is very attentive and friendly. I especially liked the individual approach to all emerging issues. The food is pretty monotonous, but there is a lot of it, there is a lot to choose from.
A small private beach, you can always find a place.

The hotel is nice, new and comfortable. The beach is clean. The hotel is located in such a way that in strong winds it is almost not on site. The service is good, the staff is friendly and helpful, there is a Russian-speaking staff. The food is good, the variety is daily, the side dish is classic, various lasagnes, fish meat, poultry (duck, chicken), beef, lamb. The rooms are large and quiet. From the bad, there is no animation, the animators are boring, any event lasts 15-20 minutes maximum.

4 people vacationed with their family in late May and early June 2024. The hotel is gorgeous, you can't say anything else! Location, sea, interior, rooms, food, everything is at the highest level. We really liked the hotel! Everything is clean everywhere, the cleaning staff are like ants constantly stranded, washed, vacuumed. The room had everything you need, even an iron and a blackboard, except toothbrushes (we were warned about this in advance). Kettle, tea, coffee, Sugar, cream. A clean white bed and the same towels. Honestly, there is nothing to complain about. There is only one disadvantage - there is nothing to hang a swimsuit on to dry. We had everything turned on and it was really like that. A huge selection of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Fruits - watermelons, melons, grapes, apples, oranges, bananas. There is enough meat, smaller fish, but there was also seafood (squid, mussels), a huge number of desserts, salads, greens. There was always a choice, it would hardly be possible to get bored with any one. Even at 21-50 there was a choice) the plus of the restaurant is that there is a separate area without children. There have always been places and much quieter! Drinks during the day were pleased with the quality. Not like in Turkey. Alcohol from day 12. The pool was clean, but the seats were occupied before breakfast. There were plenty of places on the beach, and there is also a bar. About 11 people did exercises in the water, then on the beach. We were in this hotel in 2022 and now we are back in 2024, because it was my favorite hotel in the UAE, but to be honest, the hotel passed, the rooms are no longer in the same condition, the reception staff is not very friendly, there are 2 times more tourists, the beach now resembles Anapa, the sunbeds are very close to each other, in general, now the focus is on quantity, not on quality (it's even a shame). It is quite possible to rest for yourself, but not that anymore...

The staff is excellent. The hotel is new, the rooms are just great, I haven't seen them for a long time. The beach is simply magnificent! The food is good, I was on vacation with my wife without children and we had enough of everything! Beef, turkey, chicken, lamb have always been available with different side dishes. There really wasn't enough fish, there was much more of it in Turkey. Here the fish was served like mackerel, something local and that's it. There were several times something from squid, shrimp, mussels.
But the diet is mostly meat.

A great place for a family vacation. We were in September 2024. The sea is calm and warm. Only after sunset you can't swim, they kick you out, you can only walk along the beach, look at crabs, cuttlefish, they come to the shore at this time.
The food is delicious: vegetables, pasta, fish, chicken, beef, yoghurts, pizza, waffles, etc.

Everything seems to be fine, but keep in mind that there is discrimination against Russians here! It was an evening sitting by the pool, playing American music all the time, we got tired of it and went to ask them to turn on Russian songs. To which we were told it was forbidden! We went to the reception to find out why there is no Russian music. The girl at the reception first started saying that today's program was like this, but we insisted, considering that the hotel is 80% Kazakhs, Belarusians, not Americans!!!
Then she replied to us, because the hotel's tradition is that Russian music should not be included... Considering that we're taking their money there. Then she started talking rudely and kept asking what your room number was... In general, we realized that it was useless to talk to her.. Since there is discrimination against Russians!!
The impressions about the hotels remained the most negative and of course none of the vacationers will return to this hotel.

We vacationed as a couple in November 2023 on an all-inclusive basis. Spacious room, good cleaning, everything worked properly in the room, large beds, white linen, comfortable pillows. Cleaning of rooms, beach, pool, territory every day. A good choice of food, the food is delicious, without frills, good drinks. There is free tea/coffee, and money can buy Starbucks coffee. There were always enough sun beds on the beach and by the pool, and beach towels could be changed whenever you wanted, even every hour. The territory is small, but very cozy. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception, all the staff are very friendly and always ready to help! There is a small shop at the hotel, and there are also two bars where you can get a discount. The hotel has a very super place, it's a children's playroom! It has everything! Without exaggeration, from ps5 to hourly educational programs! There children draw, cages, sculpt, play computer games, and there is also a soft room, but you can only go there in socks)
The sea is the purest, it is cleaned in the morning! There is a trampoline for children on the beach. The pool is clean and warm, the children's pool is small and also heated. There is also a small playground and a swing near the children's pool, which helps out a lot in the evenings.
The staff is English speaking, but there are 2 or 3 girls at the reception who speak Russian. You can watch YouTube on TV in the room. Every day the bus takes you to the nearest mall, but you need to sign up)
In general, a great hotel for a holiday!!!

A great hotel for a measured, relaxing holiday with family and friends. The territory is small, but cozy. We were at the end of September-beginning of October, the queues for food in the dining room were acceptable, food was added as it ended, there was always enough. Absolutely everything was delicious!!! Clean, cleaning every day. There were a sufficient number of sun beds in the pools and on the sea, you could always find a free one. We went with the children and grandmothers, everyone is delighted! Of course it's a long way to Dubai, but we were ready for it. The sea was very clean, the water was fresh milk! The hotel is modern and cozy.
Animation was a little sparse, only a saxophonist (every evening) sometimes a singer came (performed only sad songs)) and once there was a holiday - Oktoberfest. The weather was perfect for us-the heat!))) But at first the children endured the heat hard, then they got used to it. The staff is friendly, two people at the reception spoke and understood Russian fluently, were very responsive and always tried to help and prompt. The beds are very soft and big! Sleeping is a pleasure. A 4-year-old child had a spacious sofa, a 1g 6m baby had an iron crib on wheels (they didn't put it right away, they asked for it themselves). A piece of delicious cake was brought for the birthday🍓 the playground on the territory of the hotel is small, but if you go outside the territory, there is a playground and a beautiful well-groomed embankment within walking distance and a grocery store. It's a decent walk to the store to dress up, but not critical. There is no nearest shopping center, there is no point in going to it, if only for souvenirs. The number of stars corresponds to-a strong 4ka!

The impressions were the best!!! This is the first time in the UAE, but before that, every year in Egypt there are 4-5 stars, so there is something to compare with.
Reception. There are a lot of Russian speakers, they will always help, tell you everything, prompt you. They are very good-natured and responsive.
Rooms. The rooms are at the highest level, everything is new and fresh. We had a room on the 7th floor with a sea view (not the pool). We have never regretted it. In the evening, there was a beautiful view of the sunset. Cleaning 10 out of 10. The room had everything!!! Ironing board, iron, refrigerator, kettle, safe, gels, body lotions, shampoo, conditioner. In general, the hotel took care of everything)
As a bonus, we found YouTube on the TV, so if someone wants to relax in the evening on the crib under interesting programs, then everything is at your service)))
The sea. Clean, warm sea, what else do you need to relax?)))
The beach is large, there are always sun beds. The sand (if you can call it that) is hard, but this is absolutely not a problem, at least when the wind does not fly in all directions)))
Food. Everything is insanely delicious! We haven't eaten the same thing for a day. Sooooo much meat) Stewed, fried, steamed))) chicken, there was always fish, lots of side dishes, salads. The breakfasts are wonderful!!! The waffles that everyone wrote about in the reviews are really insanely delicious. They have them instead of pancakes))) the coffee is excellent, fresh coffee machines and excellent coffee are rarely found anywhere.
All the restaurant staff are trying, everything is clean, they work quickly)))
In general, the hotel is 1000 out of 100, we will definitely come back to you.
About the money. Dirhams are accepted everywhere, so either change them in Moscow (we changed some of them at Sovcombank), or when you arrive at the store on the ground floor or at the Al Hamra Mall. The prices are not small, but if you do not follow the advice of tour operators in the shopping centers that they offer, then it is generally tolerable.
You can take a taxi. Landing 4.5 dirhams, then 0.25 for 200 meters))) we gave 40 dirhams to the shopping center there and back.
There is a shop next to the hotel, it is not located at the exit from the island, but at the end on the round part of it, called the Pacific. There is a cafe, a shop, and various entertainment.
Don't be afraid to walk there, everything is safe. There is a park with ice cream and snack bars nearby. There are shops and, in general, there is a place to walk. A huge embankment! THERE IS A LOT OF GREENERY! The neighboring hotel has a very green and beautiful park.
We watched YouTube reviews and built our routes)))
Excursions. We went on an individual safari. 200 dollars for two people. We bought at the hotel (as you enter from the main entrance, a man is sitting on the right, he has a safari theme) speaks Russian, good prices, always offer various options. But we recommend it directly.

The hotel is located in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.It takes about an hour and a half to get from Dubai to the hotel. The hotel is new and still quite fresh. The hotel has a gym.
I want to pay special attention to the kitchen - all the dishes are very tasty, the chefs cook with a soul. There is everything for every taste and the choice is quite wide. There were expensive cheeses in the evenings (Cheddar, Door blue and Brie), which is generally not typical for eastern countries. There were many dishes of local and European cuisine. Cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Three bars were open from 9 a.m. to night.
In the evenings there were various shows, live music and animation. During the day, the animators conduct various activities such as aqua aerobics and various types of entertaining dances and sports.
There are quite a lot of sun loungers on the beach and there is no shortage of them.
Of the disadvantages, there were too many families with children of different ages and it was quite noisy on the beach, by the pool, and in the restaurant, but we found a separate room where only adults were allowed.
Near Orel there is a beautiful pedestrian path along the embankment on one side and along the hotels on the other. There is a successful supermarket on the territory of the Rixos hotel next door, where, in addition to fruits and necessities, you can buy various national delicacies.
I definitely recommend the hotel. Everything is at a very good level.

Pros: buffet, bar, sea accessibility, responsive reception., lots of all kinds of staff.

We had a rest in September 2024 at this hotel, in general we liked everything, but there are some moments. There are no standard sockets in the rooms, only euros. There are sockets with a USB connector, there are no sockets with a type-c connector. Unfortunately, there are such sockets throughout the hotel, and there is no information about euro sockets anywhere. Therefore, take adapters with you. It would seem that the hotel is new, 4 ⭐️, there are no slippers in the rooms, no bathrobes, no toothbrushes, one foot towel (we had a double room). But you can ask the administrator for all this, then they will bring it to you, although they did not give us the robes. For this, minus ⭐️. The beach is within walking distance (the hotel is on the first line), everything is good and fine, but again BUT. We rested for 12 days, the beach is not cleaned at all, the sunbeds are dirty (they do not wipe), garbage is lying under palm trees, (here the question is of course for vacationers who are unable to clean up after themselves), there are urns on the beach and there are enough of them. But the garbage will be lying around all day, no one will clean it up (I mean the hotel staff). There are also two swimming pools, one of them for children. Here, near the pools, everything is cleaned and the sunbeds are wiped. The hotel is located on a bulk island, with beautiful sea views from the rooms, but there are rooms with views not only of the sea, but also of the construction site, where work is seen (noisy and dusty). There are no shops within walking distance, but there is a free bus from the hotel every day to the shopping center, although to the same shopping center, if you want to go to another shopping center only by taxi, and the taxi is not cheap. It was cheaper to go to Dubai (that's what we did), it's very convenient, they take you in the morning and pick you up in the evening. We went to the Dubai Mall, 6 hours was enough for us to walk in principle. You can write a lot about food, but the food is varied and delicious. I was very pleased that there are always Russian-speaking receptionists at the reception who will help you solve any issue.

It is an excellent FAMILY hotel, inexpensive, optimal for families with children from 1 year old. A wonderful kitchen for 4*, but there were no shrimps :) It's very noisy inside the dining room, but it's comfortable on the veranda. Alcohol is standard. The beach area is wonderful. But to find a sandy beach, you need to go left along the shore about 500-800 m. A swimming pool for children and adults with a convenient descent. The rooms are fresh.

We spent 12 days there. The territory is small, everything is clean, the staff is responsive, the service is decent. There is a beautiful embankment nearby, the view from the window was on it, so the sun was regularly seen off into the sunset from the room. Cleaning and change of towels daily. A decent brand new hotel managed by Hilton. The territory is small, literally the building of the hotel, the pool in front of it and immediately the beach, the first line. There is no animation, live music in the evenings. The rooms are not large, but clean and comfortable. And most importantly-excellent varied food, a breakfast terrace with a beautiful view, popcorn and wine for dinner)
There is a great long promenade at the exit of the hotel. But there is no infrastructure nearby, if you want to get to the city, you have to go. Well, it's an hour's drive to Dubai, we left a couple of times. Considering that there are a lot of people in Dubai, you return to the hotel and just relax from the Dubai hustle. It is better to book an all-inclusive hotel if you plan to spend most of your time at the hotel

Require a room with a balcony, because this is a huge plus to spend time in the evening not under the air conditioning in the room. The hotel is great.
Positive:
1. The rooms are clean, everything is new, the hotel is 4 years old, towels were changed daily, water was left daily, soap and shampoo were topped up. View from the window: one option is the pool with the beach and the sea and the road. The cleaners are responsive, if something is not reported, they immediately quickly resolve the issue.
There are slippers in the room. Kettle, tea, coffee and sugar. refrigerator. hair dryer. Wifi catches everywhere well without failures!!!!
2. Reception: responsive, Russian-speaking.
3. The pool is small and clean, the beach is well maintained, sun beds are always available. Rescuers are 4 people, strictly vigilant. Towels are issued according to cards on the beach and near the pool, clean, dry, new.
4. The food is excellent, meat (beef, chicken,fish, seafood). Fruits: watermelon, tangerines, grapefruit, papaya, melon, lemon). Vegetables : cucumbers, tomatoes, greens. It's monotonous in the morning, but there are a lot of dishes. I recommend pizza and waffles in the morning. Those who write poorly and compare with Turkey are no worse than in the Turkish economy fives. The alcohol is good. Cocktails are varied. From 12:00 to sunset. At other times it is paid.
Coffee is so-so in the vending machine, latte more or less. Tea. Juices like yuppie. In the bar: Cola fanta sprite alcohol.

8.Large TV in the room. Yes, there are two Russian channels, but there is YouTube and watch what you want.

1. The territory is really small, there is no territory for walks and gatherings and photo shoots.

We stayed at this hotel from November 1 to November 10, 2024. Only pleasant impressions remained. The room is fresh, with a beautiful design, cleaned every day, towels and bed linen were also changed, there is an iron and ironing board in the room (and this is very important), a huge plasma. Of the disadvantages, they did not give out a toothbrush and toothpaste. The balconies of the rooms overlook the sea in both directions, as the hotel is located on an island. The hotel has a fitness room, sauna and hammam, small but clean and quite decent. At the exit of the hall there is a swimming pool with sea views, a beach with snow-white sand, a seashell. We were completely delighted that a large beautiful turtle sails in the middle of the day. There are good sun beds and towels at the beach, you can ride a cheesecake, banana, flyboard, scooter, etc. On the beach and by the pool in the bars you can refresh yourself with quite high-quality drinks, cocktails, including alcohol. Of the disadvantages, there are no usual snacks. The food in the restaurant is varied, you can try fish and seafood every day, there are always vegetables, fruits, cheeses. Animation is quite active during the day, live music in the evening, sometimes a show. We also noted the quality of the transfer: we went on excursions in small, very comfortable minibuses, and only the three of us were taken to the airport in a VIP car. I really liked the hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooms are cleaned daily. The sea is nearby and there is a swimming pool. The kitchen is excellent, breakfast, lunch, dinner. The kids were making themselves hamburgers. In the end, everyone was pleased. Room cleaning every day. It can be seen that the hotel is fresh, furniture, appliances are not yet battered by life. Overall, we were satisfied. The only thing to keep in mind is that "all inclusive" starts on the day of arrival at 12-00 and ends at 12-00 on the day of departure. It is also possible to reschedule lunch/dinner on the day of departure if you went on an excursion on some day and did not have lunch / dinner at the hotel.

Juices:mango, pineapple, orange, apple. The beach is clean, there are a lot of sunbeds. The sun beds are always occupied at the pool, but we didn't need them.Sunbathing on the sea.The staff is friendly, they don't ask for tips.The weather is excellent, +28 in the afternoon, +20 in the evening, water +23.I recommend it to everyone.

There was a Ramadan fast and they didn't feed much, the children didn't have much to eat. The staff speaks English and a little Russian)) Far from Dubai, the road is 1.5 hours. Honestly, there is no desire to go to this hotel anymore. There is a water park and swimming pools, but there were many Indians and the water park only with their eyes. There are no toothbrushes in the room, etc., but an iron and a board)) We were lucky that we did not live in the main building, but in a bungalow and a sea view) Animation for children, beach volleyball, water aerobics and yoga. Live music at the bar and that's it. The hotel is quiet. The area is green and clean. The cleaning is good. There is bottled water in the room too.
