Arrived at 10.00, we were immediately checked into a room on the 8th floor with a view of the sea and the pool.
The receptionist is Fatima, a very nice girl.She told me everything, and I felt cared for from the very first day.In general, the staff is excellent, everyone is smiling, trying to help.
From animation, exercises, yoga, zumba,games for children in the pool.The animators themselves are really cool.Live music every day, dancing by the pool on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Rescuers really keep an eye on vacationers, they don't just pretend, there are a lot of them there.
The hotel is very safe, we also went for a walk to the embankment.10 min walk from the hotel.
Breakfasts: many different omelets, porridges are few, waffles are delicious, lunches and dinners are varied, meat is excellent.
Alcohol is really high-quality.
Excursions were taken from the guide, at the hotel.I really liked the tour to Oman, the guide Maxim.The cost is 105 euros for an adult and a child of 9 years old.A sightseeing trip to Dubai and a boat along the Marina also cost 105 for two.

I liked the hotel. High-quality repairs. The sea is good. The food is monotonous. It was very difficult to find food for children aged 4 and 8. The staff is not friendly. Sometimes greedy. They pour drinks as if from their own pocket. The last day also added negativity. Departure from the hotel at 17:00 by the hotel's own transfer. The bracelets were cut off at 12:00. And... that's it. No food. No drinks. Nothing. They communicate through the lip. The restaurant and bar have become closed to us. And sit for 5 hours without water or food. We had a family vacation with 2 adults plus a child of 8 years old in early December. Overall, a good hotel for your money. Many people write about the check-in clearly no earlier than 14:00, but we arrived at 11:00, we were told to wait 40 minutes until the room prepared for us was cleaned. And so it turned out – at 11:40 we were already in the room. There was always an employee at the reception who knows Russian, which is convenient.

We were given a room with a sea view. At first we were upset because we wanted to go to the bay and the pool. But at the reception they offered to change it for 14,000 rubles. As a result, we stayed in our room and didn't regret it. Plus– there's a beautiful sunset, and you can soak up the fading sun on the balcony. The noise from the road is not significant. The room was cleaned every day. It's all clear. There is a small refrigerator, hairdryer, ironing board.
The sea and the pool.
The sea in early December is already cool and invigorating. The temperature feels like it's in a river somewhere in the middle of Russia in summer. There are small shells mixed with sand on the beach. We took special shoes, but they didn't come in handy. If you go to the left along the beach closer to the Pullman Hotel, the sand is more pleasant, and there are fewer shells.
The disadvantage is the location of the hotel in such a way that after 15:00 the pool goes into the shadow of the hotel building. The beach goes into the shade from 16:00. Therefore, again, in the evening we adjusted and went for a walk to the beach in the direction of Pullman. At 17:00, it's already deep dusk everywhere.
Swimming pool. I liked the pool – it's warm and heated. The child did not go swimming for several hours.
The location. Infrastructure.
As of December 2024, there are no existing construction projects near the hotel that would interfere with accommodation. Again, when choosing a hotel on this island, keep in mind that there are many construction sites and noise may interfere, for example, there were construction sites nearby near Pullman and Radisson in December 2024, and I think they interfered with the guests of these hotels.
There is a grocery store 15-20 minutes away on foot, or by taxi (which are always on duty at the hotel) about 10 dirhams one way. An ordinary grocery store, compared to the Russian Federation, prices bite. The interesting thing is that camel milk was taken as an exclusive for 6 dirhams.
There is nothing else near the hotel. You can only go for a walk on the embankment towards the beginning of the island.
Food.
I liked the food as a whole. We had everything included. No frills, but everything is quite tasty. However, on the 5th-6th day it has already begun to get worse, because approximately the same spices are added to chicken, beef and fish, thereby the taste of the dishes is smeared and becomes the same. But there have never been empty plates, everything is updated on time, you can always take meat, sweets, and fruits. There are two types of lager beer – Austrian and Dutch. It's delicious. White, red, and pink wine – from three-liter boxes. You can drink. I even liked the red.
At the same time, the prices in the hotel restaurant are crazy – you will be left without pants if you go with only breakfast meals. For example, a can of Coke is about 600 rubles, a burger is 2000 rubles, etc.
Excursions.
Prices for excursions from a hotel guide and from a private seller near the reception are almost the same, plus or minus 5-10%. We also searched for offers on the Internet – the prices are about the same. But for a seller in a hotel, for example, a Dubai or Abu Dhabi sightseeing tour is much shorter in time than a hotel guide, therefore, you will be able to see less for the same money. We charged about $ 100 per person for the tour from the hotel guide in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The child is $70-80. I liked the guided tours.
The overall impression.
A hotel for lovers of "seal" relaxation by the pool and the sea. In general, I recommend it for these tasks. There's not much to complain about.

At first, we were put in a room on the 2nd floor, the view was on the roof and the island was poorly visible, we asked to be moved higher, we were moved to the 6th floor without any problems. No extra charges. The food is delicious.High-quality alcohol. The big beach is clean, there are plenty of sun loungers for everyone. There is a free bus to the local Mall, you need to make an appointment at the reception. Do not take a sightseeing tour from a guide if you want to save money. You will not regret taking a tour from Ahmed and Badr.They are sitting in the hall. The price difference is 2 times. Mostly, some Europeans and Kazakhs are on vacation, there are very few Russians. For a quiet and family vacation, I recommend it. There is animation, but it is lame, the animator is rude to children and swears obscenities that even the child refused to go to him.

The hotel is new, stylish, modern rooms with a smart home system. The beach is flat, there are almost no waves, which is very convenient for small children.

The staff is excellent. The hotel is new, the rooms are just great, I haven't seen them for a long time. The beach is simply magnificent! The food is good, I was on vacation with my wife without children and we had enough of everything! Beef, turkey, chicken, lamb have always been available with different side dishes. There really wasn't enough fish, there was much more of it in Turkey. Here the fish was served like mackerel, something local and that's it. There were several times something from squid, shrimp, mussels.
But the diet is mostly meat.

A great place for a family vacation. We were in September 2024. The sea is calm and warm. Only after sunset you can't swim, they kick you out, you can only walk along the beach, look at crabs, cuttlefish, they come to the shore at this time.

The impressions were the best!!! This is the first time in the UAE, but before that, every year in Egypt there are 4-5 stars, so there is something to compare with.
Reception. There are a lot of Russian speakers, they will always help, tell you everything, prompt you. They are very good-natured and responsive.
Rooms. The rooms are at the highest level, everything is new and fresh. We had a room on the 7th floor with a sea view (not the pool). We have never regretted it. In the evening, there was a beautiful view of the sunset. Cleaning 10 out of 10. The room had everything!!! Ironing board, iron, refrigerator, kettle, safe, gels, body lotions, shampoo, conditioner. In general, the hotel took care of everything)
As a bonus, we found YouTube on the TV, so if someone wants to relax in the evening on the crib under interesting programs, then everything is at your service)))
The sea. Clean, warm sea, what else do you need to relax?)))
The beach is large, there are always sun beds. The sand (if you can call it that) is hard, but this is absolutely not a problem, at least when the wind does not fly in all directions)))
Food. Everything is insanely delicious! We haven't eaten the same thing for a day. Sooooo much meat) Stewed, fried, steamed))) chicken, there was always fish, lots of side dishes, salads. The breakfasts are wonderful!!! The waffles that everyone wrote about in the reviews are really insanely delicious. They have them instead of pancakes))) the coffee is excellent, fresh coffee machines and excellent coffee are rarely found anywhere.
All the restaurant staff are trying, everything is clean, they work quickly)))
In general, the hotel is 1000 out of 100, we will definitely come back to you.
About the money. Dirhams are accepted everywhere, so either change them in Moscow (we changed some of them at Sovcombank), or when you arrive at the store on the ground floor or at the Al Hamra Mall. The prices are not small, but if you do not follow the advice of tour operators in the shopping centers that they offer, then it is generally tolerable.
You can take a taxi. Landing 4.5 dirhams, then 0.25 for 200 meters))) we gave 40 dirhams to the shopping center there and back.
There is a shop next to the hotel, it is not located at the exit from the island, but at the end on the round part of it, called the Pacific. There is a cafe, a shop, and various entertainment.
Don't be afraid to walk there, everything is safe. There is a park with ice cream and snack bars nearby. There are shops and, in general, there is a place to walk. A huge embankment! THERE IS A LOT OF GREENERY! The neighboring hotel has a very green and beautiful park.
We watched YouTube reviews and built our routes)))
Excursions. We went on an individual safari. 200 dollars for two people. We bought at the hotel (as you enter from the main entrance, a man is sitting on the right, he has a safari theme) speaks Russian, good prices, always offer various options. But we recommend it directly.

The territory is small, you leave the hotel, immediately enter the pool area (it is slightly heated) and go down to the beach. The beach is big, there were enough places for everyone. There is a bar in the hotel near the reception, near the pool and on the beach. According to the all-inclusive system, alcohol begins to be given after 12:00. Beer in cans, 1 pc in one hand, the number of approaches is unlimited. There are no snacks on the beach, only alcohol, juice, diluted cola, schweppes, water. The beach is quiet, there is no music, the sand is a crushed shell, there is a volleyball court, there is a trampoline for children, ping pong.
The children's room is not very good, you need to take the child there, record him, and the door is closed there, they do not let go without an adult child, even if the child is an independent 9-year-old and there is nothing much to do there, a mini disco is held there, which is not very convenient.
About animation- during the day there is aquaerobics, yoga- less normal, in the evening animation- save yourself who can, always unprepared, do not know what to say, do not know what to do, and can not even put on music. Only the evening live music saves, a girl comes and sings beautifully, but it's the same every day, for 10 days we knew all her songs, there were oriental dances a couple of times.

We had a rest in September 2024 at this hotel, in general we liked everything, but there are some moments. There are no standard sockets in the rooms, only euros. There are sockets with a USB connector, there are no sockets with a type-c connector. Unfortunately, there are such sockets throughout the hotel, and there is no information about euro sockets anywhere. Therefore, take adapters with you. It would seem that the hotel is new, 4 ⭐️, there are no slippers in the rooms, no bathrobes, no toothbrushes, one foot towel (we had a double room). But you can ask the administrator for all this, then they will bring it to you, although they did not give us the robes. For this, minus ⭐️. The beach is within walking distance (the hotel is on the first line), everything is good and fine, but again BUT. We rested for 12 days, the beach is not cleaned at all, the sunbeds are dirty (they do not wipe), garbage is lying under palm trees, (here the question is of course for vacationers who are unable to clean up after themselves), there are urns on the beach and there are enough of them. But the garbage will be lying around all day, no one will clean it up (I mean the hotel staff). There are also two swimming pools, one of them for children. Here, near the pools, everything is cleaned and the sunbeds are wiped. The hotel is located on a bulk island, with beautiful sea views from the rooms, but there are rooms with views not only of the sea, but also of the construction site, where work is seen (noisy and dusty). There are no shops within walking distance, but there is a free bus from the hotel every day to the shopping center, although to the same shopping center, if you want to go to another shopping center only by taxi, and the taxi is not cheap. It was cheaper to go to Dubai (that's what we did), it's very convenient, they take you in the morning and pick you up in the evening. We went to the Dubai Mall, 6 hours was enough for us to walk in principle. You can write a lot about food, but the food is varied and delicious. I was very pleased that there are always Russian-speaking receptionists at the reception who will help you solve any issue.

Of the disadvantages, they did not give out a toothbrush and toothpaste. The balconies of the rooms overlook the sea in both directions, as the hotel is located on an island. The hotel has a fitness room, sauna and hammam, small but clean and quite decent. At the exit of the hall there is a swimming pool with sea views, a beach with snow-white sand, a seashell. We were completely delighted that a large beautiful turtle sails in the middle of the day. There are good sun beds and towels at the beach, you can ride a cheesecake, banana, flyboard, scooter, etc. On the beach and by the pool in the bars you can refresh yourself with quite high-quality drinks, cocktails, including alcohol. Of the disadvantages, there are no usual snacks. The food in the restaurant is varied, you can try fish and seafood every day, there are always vegetables, fruits, cheeses. Animation is quite active during the day, live music in the evening, sometimes a show. We also noted the quality of the transfer: we went on excursions in small, very comfortable minibuses, and only the three of us were taken to the airport in a VIP car. We stayed at this beautiful hotel from the 23rd to the 29th of June, everything was just great. This is our first vacation together with my son and it was very important for me that it was clean, comfortable and safe - everything was exactly like that!
We arrived at about 10 a.m., we were checked in at 14, but these are world standards and I immediately knew that this was the case in the Emirates. At 10.30 they put on bracelets and told us that we could get drinks at the bar, and at 12.00 lunch opened and we went to eat. Our things were taken to the storage room and before we checked in, we could use the changing rooms and go to the beach. Russian-speaking girls work at the reception and they want to say a big thank you! They were very polite, they solved any issue. They themselves offered to postpone lunch from the day of the tour to lunch on the day of departure.
The sea is beautiful and shallow, there is a children's section in the pool. The beach is seashell-it was comfortable to walk. They found crabs and starfish.
There were a lot of sun beds on the beach and by the pool -there was enough for everyone.
We took Everything included, we always ate too much. Delicious waffles were prepared for breakfast, pizza for lunch and dinner. In addition, there was a large selection of hot dishes, side dishes and desserts. There is also a good selection of drinks.
The room was very cozy, there was a balcony and a view of the pool. YouTube was easily turned on in the TV. Good air conditioning. Everything is on convenient buttons. Very clean! Cleaned every day! Many thanks to Sahajalar for keeping it clean. You only need to get to the floor by elevator according to the map, there are 6 elevators, so there was no queue, although the hotel was 100% full. There's not much animation, but I knew it. In the evening, the saxophonist played beautifully, in the afternoon the animators played with the children, in the morning they conducted aqua aerobics.

We rested here with a child in June 2024. One of the advantages is delicious food, quickly placed in the hotel, there are always places on the beach, especially early in the morning.

On the downside, we were unlucky and small jellyfish with long strings of tentacles swam to the shore. It feels like I walked into a young nettle bush)) my husband became allergic to them and he almost never swam in the sea. I also didn't like that AI is strict by the hour (if you arrived and had lunch, you will have to pay for lunch on the day of departure, or skip it in the middle of the rest), restaurants are not included in the accommodation, but they give a 20% discount on the menu (honestly, it's cheaper to buy lunch on the day of departure).
In general, this is a solid four, which gives good service, we liked it)
At the reception, the girls Aliya and Fatima are wonderful - they help solve any issue, the cleaning service on the 5th floor (we lived there, perhaps, on others as well) is at a height, every day, no questions asked.
