A good hotel in general, but in comparison with Turkish services, the concept is different. All inclusive is a three-course meal without snacks + drinks. On the day of departure, the bracelets are removed and nothing can be taken from either the bar or the restaurant. Not critical, but not very convenient. The hotel itself does not have a pharmacy and one small shop. The beach is sandy, but the entrance to the water is dotted with seashells. There are practically no waves because the reverse side of the artificial island is a huge plus.

The hotel is beautiful, calm, but purely for a relaxing holiday and honestly for adults, do not expect entertaining animation, there is no such thing for children either (there is a summer club but it is about nothing (small. The food is almost all with a twist, there is no children's menu... Children ate rice and potatoes for a week and sometimes chicken is not spicy and vegetables and fruits (and then only sliced) cannot be taken to the room or to the pool.. If the room faces the road, then it is very noisy at night! A great hotel with its own beach and a decent territory. The sea is always calm, the food is always delicious, they clean every day.
We were with the children at the end of October, the weather is comfortable. We didn't go anywhere for all 8 days, it wasn't boring. There is a water park of its own, evening programs.

An amazing family-friendly hotel.
Everything is there, yes it is crowded, but there has never been a vacation, so that there was not enough sunbed or towels, there was a lot of everything on the buffet in the restaurant (it depends on your preferences, drinks, coffee are also good), my children and I chose the time in the morning around 8:00, then a lot of people, They came later in the evening, too, so that it would not be too crowded.
There is a nice playroom, a small playground, a huge promenade for evening walks outside the hotel and there are playgrounds there too.
The rooms are clean, even if they were not cleaned during our absence, they called and asked if they needed to come clean or not.
We communicated mainly in English, but it is possible to speak Russian, and the staff understands all the phrases on duty.
The sea was warm during the January holidays and in general a bulk beach is unusual, there are no waves at all, you swim like in a huge sea pool.

The food is good, it used to be the same, but there is a choice of other dishes. They cleaned every day. A great hotel for a measured, relaxing holiday with family and friends. The territory is small, but cozy. We were at the end of September-beginning of October, the queues for food in the dining room were acceptable, food was added as it ended, there was always enough. Absolutely everything was delicious!!! Clean, cleaning every day. There were a sufficient number of sun beds in the pools and on the sea, you could always find a free one. We went with the children and grandmothers, everyone is delighted! Of course it's a long way to Dubai, but we were ready for it. The sea was very clean, the water was fresh milk! The hotel is modern and cozy.
Animation was a little sparse, only a saxophonist (every evening) sometimes a singer came (performed only sad songs)) and once there was a holiday - Oktoberfest. The weather was perfect for us-the heat!))) But at first the children endured the heat hard, then they got used to it. The staff is friendly, two people at the reception spoke and understood Russian fluently, were very responsive and always tried to help and prompt. The beds are very soft and big! Sleeping is a pleasure. A 4-year-old child had a spacious sofa, a 1g 6m baby had an iron crib on wheels (they didn't put it right away, they asked for it themselves). A piece of delicious cake was brought for the birthday🍓 the playground on the territory of the hotel is small, but if you go outside the territory, there is a playground and a beautiful well-groomed embankment within walking distance and a grocery store. Just returned from the UAE, March 2024. We rested in this cozy hotel on the shore of the bay. The hotel is located on a bulk island, with beautiful views of the bay on both sides. Ras Al Khaimah is nearby, Dubai is +/-100 km away. The hotel has 10 floors and 6 elevators. The rooms are nice, bright, clean. The room has a huge TV, air conditioning, a bed with a bedside table, a sofa, a table, an armchair, a chair, a refrigerator, a safe, a wardrobe, a kettle, a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board! It is very nice that there is a table and 2 armchairs on the balcony. Minus there is no rope on the balcony, no drying for swimsuits. The main restaurant is open from 6 a.m. breakfast, lunch, dinner until 22:00 is a big plus, because you can stay in Dubai or on an excursion and not worry that you will stay hungry. There is a beautiful swimming pool, a bar, a clean beach with umbrellas and sun loungers. Everything is very decent and tidy. The staff is attentive and polite, there are Russian speakers. Minus there is no snack bar. Only 2 bars. And we are used to a snack. But this can be easily corrected by going to the surmarket at the end of the island, there are even 2 of them there. Although they are not close, but you can take a walk. You can find everything there, even Russian goods! In general, we liked the hotel. Especially the area, very quiet, peaceful, beautiful promenade. The area is not fully built up yet, there are no crowds of tourists. Dubai is easily accessible by taxi. It's cheaper if it's a company! You don't have to take excursions, choose places where you want to go and take a car for the whole day. The taxi driver will pick you up, take you, wait and return you to the hotel! We took one tour, it was a holop tour of Dubai. Then we took a taxi and leisurely enjoyed visiting where we wanted. Let's start with the advantages: modern, cozy rooms, beautiful views from every window.
Cons:
The territory of the hotel is very small, not designed for such a large number of guests! Just one pool.
Therefore, always (!!!) crowds, it is not possible to retire at all! The territory is tiny.
Entertainment program - a girl sings the same songs for thirty minutes (!!!) with average vocal quality, while dinner starts in a completely different place! That is, you're either having dinner or listening to vocals (totally not thought out.
The location of the hotel itself is also stupid, there's nothing around, just a construction site!
And 15 minutes to a nice local pub.
The description promises a cool children's room - in the end, it costs 400 rubles/hour.
Well, the most disgusting thing!!! This is the attitude towards the guests. We came to celebrate the new year, we chose the all-inclusive tariff, but on December 31 they close the entire territory for a festive dinner, and sell tickets for it for 10 tr/ person!!!! In fact, this is an imposition of the service, we took the all-inclusive tariff and did not expect an additional one.fees.
It would be nice if they left a choice: for those who don't want a show, here's another place for you. But they even close the dining room at 20.00!! It turns out that we just have nowhere to go and just stay in the room.
Total: this hotel does not take care of its guests, the goal is only to take more money.

We vacationed as a couple in November 2023 on an all-inclusive basis. Spacious room, good cleaning, everything worked properly in the room, large beds, white linen, comfortable pillows. A wonderful kitchen for 4*, but there were no shrimps :) It's very noisy inside the dining room, but it's comfortable on the veranda. Alcohol is standard. The beach area is wonderful. A good hotel, modern, if you choose a room with a view of the beach, then the bonus will be shade after 14-15 hours.
The big plus of the hotel is its location, after 15 the shadow of the building falls on the beach and the sea, so do not fry in the scorching sun.
The water is very warm, but this is a plus for children - they may not get out of it for several hours in a row.
Minuses:
- an elevator with a bad card access system (its own card - only its own floor). I wanted to make a feint with my ears and went on foot up the fire escape...... I reached the ground floor, since all the doors only let out from the floors but do not let back in.

Honestly, there is nothing to complain about. There is only one disadvantage - there is nothing to hang a swimsuit on to dry. We had everything turned on and it was really like that. A huge selection of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Fruits - watermelons, melons, grapes, apples, oranges, bananas. There is enough meat, smaller fish, but there was also seafood (squid, mussels), a huge number of desserts, salads, greens. There was always a choice, it would hardly be possible to get bored with any one. Even at 21-50 there was a choice) the plus of the restaurant is that there is a separate area without children. There have always been places and much quieter! Drinks during the day were pleased with the quality. Not like in Turkey. Alcohol from day 12. The pool was clean, but the seats were occupied before breakfast. There were plenty of places on the beach, and there is also a bar. About 11 people did exercises in the water, then on the beach. In the evening, the English-speaking singer accompanied by a saxophone, entertained the children a little before the concert with dancing and games.
