The hotel does not pull in 5 stars.
The room is small, but everything you need is there.
The windows faced the road, it was noisy.
There are no toothbrushes or toothpaste . I used a shower cap, they didn't put a new one on.
There were 3 of us in the room. There were 3 towels. But after cleaning, 3 are taken away, 2 are left!!
The mattress is uncomfortable, on the second day my back hurts. The main restaurant was closed and served in a small (pastry) room, everything was delicious, coffee was brewed.
But on March 15, the season opened, the main restaurant was opened and immediately the quality dropped.
The surcharge for the extension of the room costs almost as much as a day . They don 't extend it for free .
Guests are not allowed at all.

I've been in Turkey 4 times. There is something to compare it with. I've been on vacation in Europe a lot.
We arrived from Siberia. The flight was from Barnaul to Moscow, from Moscow, to Antalya. Not too tired, but on the positive side. They settled right away. The room is nice and clean. The staff is friendly. Ilkin suggested visiting the spa salon. We were very satisfied. Thanks to massage therapist Mehmet. Fatigue was gone. The sea is good. The food is delicious, the alcohol is of high quality. The hotel is very beautiful both inside and out, it looks like a Palace. The territory is well maintained. The relationship is good. The main advantages of the hotel: excellent appearance, good food, beautiful sea.
The main contingent: 80% Russia, Ukraine, Belarus
The room has everything you need: safe, refillable mini-bar, kettle, TV, tea/coffee/sugar.
I can't put a five, because there are many small nuances: queues at bars for drinks are always there, a huge swimming pool complex with cold water that no one swims. The Wi-Fi is disgusting, then it is there, then it is not. One day they didn't clean up, but they took the tip dollar out of bed.
Overall, the hotel is not bad.

We live in Alanya and often go to hotels for a couple of days)
Basically, we choose the top five in this price segment. And I can say that this hotel does not meet its cost and expectations from it.
The main disadvantages : a mini club, for the first time I meet that the child needs to be left and not write the phone number, rooms, someone can pick up the child or he himself can run away, because we were immediately told we are not looking after the children!
My child is independent and wanted to stay there, but I was worried and took him away earlier, I was nearby! How can this be possible in a 5-star ultra hotel? Parents can't relax for several hours a day. But this is not the main thing, the most interesting thing there is the monetization of T-shirts for 15 euros. The priority is for the children who buy them, the animators sit with them, the children who do not buy, go to the other side of the room and entertain themselves. They are not suitable for them. And they draw these T-shirts all the afternoon of the mini club. I haven't seen this anywhere!
Another minus is soap, shower gel and shampoo in one flask with a dispenser! It's 5 stars, I'm not talking about branded cosmetics, but it should be different products, not all in one, washing your hair with liquid soap in a hotel is too much!
And alcohol is declared as partially imported, usually it is one or 2 types of one drink, here only whiskey is imported!
I can drink delicious cocktails by the pool, but they are made here only with local alcohol! There is no choice at all!
The territory of the hotel is good, there is a lot of food, not all delicious, but you can find dishes for yourself, the room is also good, clean.

We had a rest in early October 2021, in the afternoon +30C! A hotel with a very beautiful exterior, and just as rich inside. The UAI food is simply gorgeous. In the main restaurant - under a hundred-one and a half positions for all tastes. Bars with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are almost everywhere. In the lobby bar - until 6 am and the same night with sweets. Spacious and beautiful rooms, with a minibar, kettle, coffee maker, TV, etc. The staff rustles like squirrels - everyone is working at the limit. They are polite, courteous, in different languages, you can more or less explain yourself... The animators work hard, in the evening there is a show in the amphitheater or a disco with a show - they got to a foam party, a flyboard show, and ordinary discos..
The beach is sandy, spacious, and pebbles are rare. Lots of deck chairs and plenty of them. All kinds of water entertainment - cheesecakes, bananas, ATVs, even parachuting in twos and threes.... and not only...
We were a little disappointed with the cleaning of the room a couple of times, but it is solvable.
In general, I want to relax there again and again =)

The "most smoking hotel"
Was vacationing with my family (me, my husband,3 children -3,6,8 years old) late October -early November.
The room was given a large two-storey one on the top floor with a sea view (room 5201).They settled in quickly.
The hotel does not match its 5 stars at all.I do not know who writes positive reviews.One of the worst hotels (we have traveled more than 20 countries)
Minuses:
1. The audibility in the hotel, these comrades simply cannot be described.In the next room, they walk up the stairs at night and it feels
like they're walking on your head.
The music is screaming under the windows, the sound insulation is just zero.You lie there and wait for this dance to end.Then you listen to drunk and funny guys walking down the hall and yelling.I can hear everything.In general, it is very difficult to get enough sleep here.
2. The room is occupied, although it is large, but there is no comfort.The TV is on the ground floor somewhere to the side (by the way, the TNT channel and a couple of obscure channels in Russian are working).
Everything has been in need of repair for a long time, the bed on the ground floor is very small.It's not clear the room is huge, but empty and the bed is small.on the second floor, two two-child beds are very narrow and high, children 6 and 8 years old fell off them at night.
3!!!!!!The main thing is that the cleaning is just zero!!!!Zero!!!zero again.
We went to swear at the reception, poisoned a woman on this issue (sitting at a table) a little further from the reception.Yes, we understand everything, we will do everything (her answer)As a result, the result is zero.
Despite the fact that they left 10 euros for tea on the first day, the cleaning was terrible, 2 euros were left for 2.3 days.There is no difference.When I was in the room one day (the child got sick with rotovirus on the 4th day of rest), I watched.I went in and changed the pillowcase and the sheets, there is no duvet cover.I threw out the trash and dusted off two nightstands without moving anything and that's it!!!I stayed on the other floor for another 2-3 minutes.It takes 10 minutes from entering the room to leaving.with a change of linen.The floor was not washed all 12 days of our vacation!!!!The socks were black, the sand.If the garbage is outside the trash, it is not cleaned (the bottle is empty by the bed, wet wipes )
And anyway, the whole hotel is terribly dirty. Everything in the elevator is dirty and dirty, the toilet is dirty, there is often no soap.The cleaning is very, very bad.
4. For three days we went and asked for shampoo and soap, toothpaste, as well as a blanket for the youngest daughter, since she was given a sheet (end of October), we slept without air conditioning and everything was cool early in the morning. On the 3rd day, we received liquid soap in the dispenser.We did not receive lumpy soap, shampoo, however, we were given a dental kit consisting of one micro paste and a brush (there are 5 people for a minute) It is terribly unpleasant, as 5-star hotels have air conditioning and body lotion, but no soap and shampoo with toothpaste!!
5. It is not possible to get through to the reception.We went and found out where to get an iron.The answer is we have a laundry room.They'll iron you there for money.That is, I have to hand over a clean shirt in a bag in the morning so that I can track it down.the day was brought ironed , what nonsense.I have never been denied an iron anywhere.Just for a minute, I have 3 children and every day I strip a bunch of things from the beach, after lunch, dinner, etc.Should I put this thing in the laundry and wait for it to be ironed?At the same time, the hotel is not responsible for spoiling things and changing colors (as they say)Very cool, 5* hotel. The price for washing starts from 2-5 euros per piece, iron the same amount. I wash about 10 to 15 things a day.It's for a vacation that you can pay for children's things so accurately.If each item is washed and ironed for 4-5,6,7 euros.
6. There is no service in the restaurant, the waiters were tipped for 3 days from 5 euros.They left more, but there was no difference.The next day you come, no one comes up to you.I caught the waiter myself.Once I asked for a spoon, the answer was: "take it at the end of the hall"
7. The plates are dirty, I'm not the only one who noticed it.People take dishes, some dried tinder, take another plate.Then another one and so on in a circle, in general, the feeling that the dishes were washed off under water and that's it.Terrible stains from food, cups are the same.
8. Food: there is a lot of it, but you can eat a very small list of things. I had the hungriest breakfast.Coffee in vending machines for breakfast is not even coffee from bags (you know, it's water from under the coffee machine)Omelets, scrambled eggs are all terribly greasy and overcooked.The omelet is cooked in front of you, they pour and pour oil, forgetting about the salt. Porridge every day rice with milk and oats (not oatmeal) with all the cake and husks on your teeth.Only cheese pie or local tortillas are delicious, but I personally can't eat such a greasy extract every morning.I just drank tea for breakfast a couple of times.At the same time, the hotel does not have porridge on the water, there is no alternative milk (when the child got sick with rotovirus, I was on the trail for a long time. I spent the day looking for something to give him for breakfast, not fatty without Milk).By the way, a couple of days later I came down with rotovirus.
9. We chose this hotel as the description indicates that it has heated pools.In fact, only the indoor pool is warm (where it smells very strongly of chlorine and you will agree when the sun is outside you don't really want to swim indoors).But the pools on the streets are just ice.The children were freezing, but they were swimming, the result is that all around the children are covered in salts and coughing.Everywhere and everything.
10. They smoke everywhere and that's it.It's trash, it's just impossible to convey.You go out on the balcony and it stinks of cigarettes, you lie on the beach and there is smoke everywhere.Even the playground stinks of smoke, although you can't smoke on it.It feels like the whole hotel is saturated with the smell of cigarettes, for the whole vacation I didn't smell the sea, I couldn't smell anything else, just smoke, smoke, smoke.
11. wine, cocktails, lemonades, etc. it is simply not possible to drink.For the first 3 days, we poisoned ourselves and tried, then switched to water
12. The sea is bad, but this is not a disadvantage of the hotel.There are algae in the water, the water is cloudy.Although two minutes away from another hotel, the water is clear and there are no algae.The beach is also dirty, the sand is full of garbage.

We had a rest in 2021 in July, a great hotel, the room was overlooking the pool, the dining room was just a bomb, the variety of dishes was at the highest level. Every day there are discos, live music, etc. At every turn, in addition to the dining room, there are additional bars and cafes. Gloves and masks are given out before entering the dining room - well done, they have provided everything. The only thing is the sea, it pulls at 3. But, it does not spoil it. Would I have returned here - definitely Yes!!!

The food is at the highest level, in any case you will find something that you will like. Although the room is economy, it looks like a solid 5. Sea view from the room , what could be better. Just in November, the fruit season, the orange plantations are amazing. You can find any alcohol you want for anyone. Kids get high with animators , a children's pool, a mini water park.

A family with 3 children lived opposite us, who ran around the entire floor until 2 a.m. At that time, the parents opened the door and talked loudly, not paying attention to the neighbors who were resting. They called security 2 times, it didn't help. As a result, we were moved to another room for the 3rd night. Most of the sunbeds on the beach are already occupied by 10.00. We often observed a picture when by 8.00 we occupied the sun beds and did not come all day. But in general, there were enough places for everyone) The waiters were all good-natured, but more attention was paid to the Germans and Poles. In general, the hotel is good, but not for a relaxing holiday. There are many Ukrainians, Poles and Germans.

We decided to spontaneously fly to Turkey with our best friend on a coincidental vacation. Well, I decided to take my mother with me at the same time. The flight was from Moscow, we ourselves are from Bashkortostan. We arrived late in the evening, arrived at 10-11 a.m. at the hotel. Along the way, while we were getting there, we stayed in 6 hotels and nowhere did we meet anyone at the entrance like us. It was very pleasant and a plus in karma 🔥the staff is no words well done 👏 a chic , beautiful , clean hotel. We were settled on the 4th floor, the room is cozy and warm, nothing superfluous. The mini bar is filled every morning, the bed towels are changed every day, everything is neatly clean. Beach towels can be handed over every day and taken clean when you go swimming. Cotton pads, sticks, thread with a needle, shampoo, soap, hair dryer are all in the room.
There are a lot of waiters and they are all nimble and friendly, they ride roller skates just like that. There was no aggression, nothing. We've had a good rest and we'll be back. This hotel is forever in the heart 🧡
Animation for both children and adults. There are a lot of foreigners, there were several Russian families. Food is everything. And shrimps and kebabs and any meat, there is plenty of choice. And how many sweet cakes and ice cream are there ? They bake waffles at lunch . You can eat for 24 hours, not in one bar, but in another bar you can have a snack and eat normally. Mom was abroad for the first time and she was delighted with the staff and the service in general. There is an 18+ swimming pool on the second floor. Few people know about it, children are not allowed in there. The view from there is just fucking amazing, especially at night. And for some reason the water seemed warmer. Alcohol is full of choice, ultra is all inclusive and you can not get out of the bars, but there are several of them.I liked everything. Recommend

This is not the first time we have flown to Turkey and I will leave a good review about this hotel. They arrived in the morning and asked us to check in early, because there are 2 children. And after 1.5 hours we were settled without any problems. Beautiful, clean room. The fridge was full, there were always tea bags with sugar. They cleaned it every other day, because we hung a "do not enter" icon.I don't need cleaning every day in my room. We are careful and the daily presence of strangers in the room bothers us. Excellent nutrition (there is not enough fruit, but this is not a problem). There is a pharmacy near the hotel. I especially liked the water park. Roomy. The water is warm there. There is a bar nearby where you can have a full lunch.
I didn't like the dirty sandy beach. The waves were raising sand and there was a lot of mud on the shore. In the evenings, there is a queue in 2 bars (these are natural factors). My children and I have great experiences. Children will never forget this hotel until now.

This hotel deserves its stars!
They really messed up here so that the guests would be as comfortable as possible. There are no aspects that they have not thought through.
Food- you still need to look for such a variety. For every taste and color. In fact, we were even lost in choosing what we would eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner.
The rooms are the most comfortable!
The basques are cool.
Paradise for parents! Mine are 2.5 and 5 years old and they are just happy with what is happening. Pools are available for any age and any need. And for cowards and for active guys. The miniclub is awesome. Daytime shows with guest artists are interesting even for adults. Magicians, bubble shows, balloons, etc...
adult entertainers are also a fire. I haven't heard live music anywhere in the hotel, even at the same level. When the disco was held, the stage, screens, equipment were installed - in general, they did everything 100%.
Bottom line: having chosen this hotel, I have never left its territory (although I love hanging out and hanging out)

I have read amazing reviews about this hotel, I have seen enough beautiful pictures, but in fact the hotel does not even pull 4 stars, the hotel is very dirty, there are a lot of people, the territory is small, the road is noisy and dirty, like in the market. Things are being stolen on the territory of the hotel, our child's phone is missing. In the evenings, there is a very loud animation, it is not possible to fall asleep. We had a rest with a young man from 1.11.21-11.11.21, the hotel fully met expectations and even more, this is not the first time in Turkey, but this is the first time such impressions of the hotel. There are no disadvantages at all! Some advantages! The food is very diverse, chicken is always 3-4 types, turkey, beef, fish, we saw shrimp, a bunch of pastries, fruits, pizza of five types and always fresh, greens, fresh vegetables, we tried a lot these days and did not come across anything fresh. The bartenders were very polite, the cocktails were delicious. The pool was cold, only one, the largest, but the indoor and rooftop pools were always warm, we had enough of it, we worked every day! The sea was clear and transparent, only on the first day there was a wind and it was cloudy. The only thing that spoiled the mood was our compatriots who occupied sun beds and were absent all day, who bullied the bartenders that they were not topped up with vodka, who put onions in whole bags and dragged from the dining room, fruits were shoved into a bag right with a plate, once they even saw a woman putting French fries in a glove... It's a shame for such people! By the way, the food was 24 hours a day, there was always somewhere to eat, why our people were so wild, we did not understand! And the impressions from the hotel are only positive! Let's come back here again!

Nice hotel. The territory is beautiful and clean. The food is good, but there is not enough simple food (at least one porridge without milk, for example). If you catch rotovirus or just indigestion, that is, you will have nothing there at all during the recovery process.
The pools are beautiful, in October and without heating standards, but the sea is much warmer. There is a choice for swimming in general)
The staff is friendly, especially in the catering areas.
The only minus is cleaning: they don't really clean either that way or for money. They wipe the middle with a wet cloth (and not always), make the bed and change the towels. That's all. It takes time to come back and try a little better. Even tips don't help improve this situation.

Drinks were spilled in the elevators and on the floors, so they were only smeared a day later and the floors remained sticky until departure. The beach is not big, you need to take sun beds early in the morning, otherwise you will not get it. The shore is sandy, when entering the sea, at first dark muddy water. It's still better and more comfortable with small pebbles.
The food in the morning and at lunch is mostly standard. I would like NORMAL porridge for children, and not oatmeal filled with warm milk. Everything is varied in the evening, there are no pretensions.
Room cleaning, no! I left a tip and my bed was changed, thank you. And they forgot to wipe the bedside table under the TV, apparently) the sticky peach remained.
In general, the hotel itself is not big, but cozy.
There is a toilet near the amphitheater and the beach bar, so I just haven't seen a worse one in Turkey. There are two cubicles in the women's toilet and they are dirty all the time, with a lot of toilet paper and, accordingly, the stench is not real.

We visited this hotel in October.we really liked it, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The food is varied, for every taste. But there are no frills, no seafood, only one kind, but delicious and fresh. There are a lot of interesting things for children there. I advise you!
