We are currently staying at this hotel. We are satisfied with absolutely everything. The hotel is gorgeous. There is enough space for everyone to relax. You can eat and drink almost around the clock. The choice is wide. The beer is delicious, we haven't tried any other alcohol. The mini bar will be replenished every day. The room is also cleaned daily. We go to the gym. There is everything for classes, the pool is clean. We like everything.

A cozy new hotel. We had an all-inclusive vacation. The kitchen is very good, there is a very large selection, including sweet dishes. Our room was cleaned and towels were changed every day. Alcohol: I didn't really like the beer, but you can quench your thirst on the beach, but the wines are good, my wife and I took a couple of glasses at lunch and in the evening. In general, we really liked everything. A couple of disadvantages - it comes across not quite clean dishes and if it is stormy, then there are algae on the beach.

Disgusting hotel! Everything claimed is a hoax! Everyone is lying, throwing everything on the coronavirus! There are no discos, the animation is barely alive, the beach is very dirty, and everything is dirty, even the dishes in the restaurant! A bad hotel! Everyone at the reception is homey!

Be careful when choosing a room: DO NOT order economy!!! Only standard or higher. Overall, a good hotel with a VERY good (for Turkish all inclusive) cuisine and an interestingly located amphitheater (actually on the beach)
A very bad gym: there is no instructor: children run in slippers, pick up and throw 20kg dumbbells anywhere, there are no towels and water. One morning, the gym was simply closed without explanation.
I really liked the laser show with a foam party-I haven't seen this even in more prestigious hotels.
They do not clean dirty dishes from the sun beds during the day (people eat like pigs by the pool, but mostly not ours, but the Turks)

Cozy spacious rooms, an excellent selection of dishes in restaurants. The local drinks are average, but well-known brands of alcohol are poured at certain hours. Large clean pools, a good spa center. The staff speaks Russian all the time.

We were in early May 19, the weather was 22C, we swam in the sea once at the end of the trip, but these 22 are enough for sunbathing. We hung out in the heated pool on the second tier. Chivas 12, balantais in the lobby bars and in the middle of the pool. The food is super, meat, fish, fruits are all there. In early May, there were already strawberries and watermelons. The beer is great. Cocktails based on local alcohol are also very decent. Free minibar. The hotel has a capacity of 2,000 people, but at the beginning of the season there were about 600. The sea is nearby, though the second line. Own passage under the road. The attitude of the staff is super.

I have been to Turkey three times on vacation in different hotels. This is the best hotel I've been to. Great rooms. Super food and booze.
There was even seafood. A separate conversation for the booze. They gave balantase whiskey, chivas for 12 years, white horse, and other different things that I don't remember.
I advise everyone to get here if possible. It's just great!!!

Everything is great.A luxury hotel.Clean rooms.The staff is polite and attentive.The menu is varied.Meals are available 24 hours a day.The pools are different-children's, adult, indoor, outdoor.There are showers and changing rooms near each pool.It's funny to read that some people speak negatively about the "meager menu")))Yes, everything is there, from oatmeal to shrimp.Fruits, vegetables, cold snacks...The only thing is that the sea is not very transparent -algae and sand.But this has nothing to do with the hotel.

A great hotel, but there are disadvantages. The food is good, but dirty dishes come across. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, but the cleaning leaves much to be desired. The staff is friendly, we lost the phone - we helped to find it. The beach is small, but there were enough sunbeds. Internet throughout the hotel and on the beach. The hotel itself is very beautiful.

Although the hotel looks beautiful, the staff spoils the whole atmosphere. They create artificial queues (communicating with each other and ignoring vacationers), constantly complain about how tired they are, extort tips. There is a lot of food, but it is all monotonous. Variations of the same dish. I can't say anything about animation, because I mostly swam in the sea. The attitude towards the Germans is more favorable (the Germans behaved like pigs), although 70-80 percent of the hotel were from Russia and thanks to us they raised money. I do not recommend it!!!!

The hotel is great, the cuisine is great, the alcohol is what you want. The only disadvantage for us is the sea, dirty, sandy-stone beach with algae on the shore... But these are small things, we did not come for the sea, there are quite enough pools on site, besides Cleopatra beach is a 20-minute ride by minibus.

I stayed in this terrible hotel for 2 weeks from July 8 to 22, 2018.
I fell for beautiful photos with my brother.. In fact: Queues, queues and queues again! It got to the point that, because of the queues, we did not go to lunch, and even more so to dinner.. And on those days when I went to dinner (so as not to starve), the waiters literally took the plate out from under my nose so that they left the restaurant faster.. Waiter- it's said loudly, they won't bring a glass of water if you ask them!
I complained more than once to the chief manager of the hotel, Hussein, the result was zero, it was useless! The hotel and its staff, or rather their number, absolutely could not cope with the number of guests that they settled..
There is clearly a saving on everything, from the number of employees to how not even the bartenders poured half-empty glasses of cocktails! There is zero entertainment! I would like to note separately: Towels are not always left in the room after cleaning, they refer to the fact that they were forgotten, but in fact they are not enough - the hotel manager admitted (after I made a scandal at the reception).
The service is zero, what to talk about if you were kicked out of the hammam!! - Referring to the fact that my time is up (after 12:00), a nightmare!
The sea is dirty, that's an understatement!
We paid for a 190t.r. ticket for two, we don't feel sorry for our loved ones, but Haidarpasha is not worth this money at all..

All Russians who have economy rooms are accommodated on the 1st floor , although economy is the 1st floor
Terrible attitude ( like no one knows Russian ) cocktail menu is very small , the beach is like Anapa , the food is meat , and if seafood is the queue and not the fact that it will remain , the animation is average , shorter than 100t to the wind , it's better to go to QUATROBICH !!! We were given 67t for 10 nights that year. The staff is perfect, the rooms are just chic , the food is very good , every evening there is fish on the grill, etc., very good pantone, animation, cocktails are good , and once you can go to a restaurant for free

Terrible rooms, no animation, the service at the reception is simply monstrous.
As for food, there is a lot of it, but what you can really eat and not regret is still to be looked for.
Everything is beautiful from the outside, but as far as the staff and so on are concerned, you understand that everything is put on the conveyor belt and they don't care about you at all.
