We liked this hotel for its architecture and beautiful decoration of rooms and public spaces. There were also disadvantages. The food is laid out extensively, but there is little variety, we were not pampered with crabs, shrimps, etc. We had a rest at the end of October, the hotel concept assumes heated pools, they are (one on the roof of the bar, one indoor), but for some reason the children's pool with slides and a water trampoline remained icy!!! What kind of nonsense is this? The children's pool should be the warmest -it's elementary!!! There were only about 10 buns on the adult slides ((( and there are many more who want to ride. The evening program is quite monotonous, they often left without looking.
In general, the hotel is not bad, if the hotel management takes measures and corrects stupid flaws, a full five.
During the high season, when the hotel is completely full, it seems to me it will be uncomfortable to rest, because the territory is small.

You can not go anywhere, there is everything you need on the territory: several restaurants, you can eat all day, several pools: for very young children, for older children with children's water slides, for children and adults with large slides, and even a swimming pool and a sunbathing area for vacationers without children. There is a children's club, good animation. Access to the sea beach through the passage, there is a gym, an indoor pool, the whole area is compact. Children's discos are held daily, after children's discos there are programs for adults. Of the disadvantages, the sea is not very clean and vouchers to this hotel are expensive. But I don't want to go to less comfortable conditions anymore!

Sushi is just terrible, it was impossible to eat even one.
The porridge at breakfast was sour, and I also heard the same thing about soup from other guests.
In short, there are a lot of dishes, but it doesn't do any good.
The cafe by the beach was even more pleased with delicious pizza and other fast food.

I order chivas, they pour it from under the table, greedily, as if they are being fined for it. And the Russian people are eating, they just say whiskey cola and they pour Bells (cheap whiskey) into cocktails and they are happy.
Those who do not drink at all have to be even tighter, the juices are disgusting, concentrated. The coffee is terrible. Milkshake in their understanding is milk and syrup. Put fresh juices at least for the money!

The first impression of the arrival. The room was hastily cleaned, although we stopped by in the evening. We took a family duplex for four people. Everything is clean, but the beds are not made, the trash cans are full, the ashtrays are full, there are no cosmetics (shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shaving supplies) in the bathroom except for a bunch of hair conditioners.
Almost a day has passed, the room has been cleaned, the ashtray is full, the bar is not filled. In bars, everything is poured from under the floor so-called, that is, the bottles are under the bar and the labels are not visible, beer of only one kind is unknown, there are no labels for alcohol on the shelves behind the bartender, as well as the bottles themselves, that is, the conclusion is that there is no imported alcohol according to the ultra all-inclusive system (I am not a drinker, but sometimes I like to treat myself to delicious alcohol)!!! The children's menu is for dinner only. So liquid soups are a problem for young children. I tried stewed beetroot once, I'll tell you this beetroot is fed to cattle, it is so overgrown and old that it consists of only coarse fibers. Nice hotel, excellent service. But there is a disadvantage - it is impossible to iron things yourself in a room or an adapted room. Ironing by the staff of one thing costs $ 2. And if you come with a family and children from afar, things are wrinkled. It is very expensive to give things for ironing!!!
The second disadvantage:: there are no bathrobes in the room! This additional paid service costs $ 1 for two days of use!
For a 5-star hotel, it is somehow not completely compatible!!!
And yet: I spent my vacation in a hotel located in the Mediterranean zone, on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, and there is no seafood on the menu. Yes, fried fish was on the menu almost every day, and that's it! There are no more seafood. Although! There were shrimps once a week (the queue for them is huge), but those people who ate shrimps in Thailand, Vietnam, Russia will not eat these shrimps: they are dry as rubber.

We were at the hotel in an economy room, floor A, room 5336, this is the floor above the restaurant, (WHO DOES NOT KNOW). The room differs from the standard - there is no additional sofa, paintings, table on the balcony (there are only 2 seats), the width is 5 m narrower. A 2- AND 1-SEATER BED, a toilet with a backlight and a bidet with a remote control in it (they did not know on the first day, they filled the bathroom). All economy rooms have balconies.. I am writing in detail because I read a negative review by an " allegedly" couple about a bad economy room. All rooms have balconies overlooking the orange garden and 2 other hotels. I have been to Turkey 9 times, there is something to compare it with (Limak Limra - Kemer, Maritim Pinot beach - Belek, Magic Life-Side, etc. Everything is on top here.The waiters are fast, the kitchen is beyond praise, all issues are resolved at the reception literally in a minute (they asked the child for a blanket - they did not have time to reach the room, but they already carry a blanket), the bar in the room is replenished daily (only 2 pieces:beer ephesus fanta and coca in metal, juices, mineral water and water. Drinks are served at the request of the brand without any deviations, for those who understand a lot about drinks, then you are here.
