We stayed at the Hermitage Hotel in Brest – just great! We ordered two rooms, and both were very cozy and beautiful. The rooms are decorated in a classic style, creating an atmosphere of comfort. The plumbing is working!, the beds are comfortable and do not creak, the climate control allows you to maintain a comfortable temperature. I especially want to mention number 317, nothing like supernatural, but there is something in it - I recommend it!
Breakfast is a separate conversation! There is a sufficient choice: from porridge and fresh fruits (mine ate watermelon - they said it wasn't sweet, I didn't eat it myself) , to salted fish. I "liked" croissants especially, although there were other desserts. Everything is very tasty and high quality. The restaurant is always clean, the staff constantly removes dirty dishes from the tables, creating a sense of order.
I especially want to mention the work of the guide, who was organized by the hotel. He showed us a lot of interesting things and revealed details of our common history that we hadn't even thought about. After his stories, you begin to look at many things in a completely different way.
If you are in Brest, be sure to stay at the Hermitage. You won't regret it!
I really like the hotel! We stayed several times, but everything is also consistently good there.
The most pleasant thing for me is the reaction of the staff to difficulties or breakdowns in the room. They are eliminated just instantly, and it does not become a headache for the guests. Yes, this is how it should be, but how often have you seen this in practice?
The rooms are good, we took both a junior suite and a suite. Definitely, the suite is worth the money. But the junior suite is quite pleasant, and the price is almost twice as low.
Good breakfasts, which are included in the price, and an incredibly delicious restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel.
We were lucky with the weddings, we only danced to their music until 23, and after that the guests dispersed. Karaoke was not heard in general, but they asked us in advance to place us away from it)
Total: the staff is very good-natured and helpful, the restaurant is excellent, the location of the hotel is good and quiet (while walking to the railway station and close to Sovetskaya street), we liked the rooms in different categories.
Mini-minus: there are no sockets in the bathroom at all, do not carry your dysons, it is better to save a place in your suitcase for pleasant shopping in Brest 💛
The hotel is located in a quiet green area with access to the park. There is free parking nearby and a small paid one in the courtyard. Spacious, comfortable, clean rooms that are cleaned every day. Our room had a small balcony. The friendly staff adds a good impression to your stay at the hotel. There is a restaurant with good breakfasts and where you can have a delicious lunch and dinner. So, if comfort, convenience and location are important to you, then you can safely choose this small hotel.
Advantages of the hotel:
- located on a quiet street, among administrative buildings, within walking distance from tourist spots;
- the presence of an elevator;
- the room is spacious enough, there is a wardrobe, a desk, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, a refrigerator with a minibar, a safe, air conditioning, a large bed, enough sockets, soap, shower gel, shampoo in the bathroom, good plumbing;
- the room is quite quiet (with the windows open, noise, I suppose, from the activities of the hotel staff) and warm, the heating is regulated;
- excellent breakfast: high-quality sliced vegetables, fish (red, white), meat, cheese and sausage, fruits, omelette, sausages, pastries, fresh bread, muesli, nuts, dried fruits, pancakes, cereals, sauces, jams, tea, coffee, a couple of types of juices.
Disadvantages of the hotel:
- there is no kettle in the room;
- there is no dental kit in the bathroom (provided for an additional fee);
- slow internet connection;
Overall, a very decent hotel. We can recommend
We stayed at this hotel several times and had different experiences each time.
Of the advantages:
-good location
-beautiful hotel, nice rooms, a good set of cosmetics
-delicious breakfasts
Of the cons:
- VERY expensive rooms! This time my husband booked, if I had known, I would never have agreed - 980 BYN for the junior suite + 2 children / night/breakfast (it turned out 2 nights and 1 day for 1960 BYN, horror). Previously, prices were more democratic.
- lack of private parking, spontaneous on the street. We got into season 3 of weddings, it wasn't easy to find a place.
- although the room was declared as a junior suite (309), yes, even for such a price, it has two doors on the sides, behind which women's dialogues were constantly heard, it got in the way. In my opinion, this should not be the case. The audibility through the wall and the door is obviously different.
- cosmetics were not added during the days of stay
- a subjective moment, but we did not like the greeting of the young man at the reception upon check-in. A low monotone voice, raised eyebrows, had to ask again, eyes lowered. Well, maybe someone likes that. The next day, the girls were more sociable and customer-oriented. And usually at 4 * they still offer to carry the luggage, but it was unprincipled for us.
- and a very strange moment, a dead mosquito was waiting for me on a perfectly laid pillow, well, he couldn't have laid down like that a couple of minutes before check-in?!))
Everything is fine at the hotel, delicious breakfasts, friendly staff, good repair.
Minuses:
- there is free parking at the hotel, but, in fact, there is never a place there and you are offered to put on a paid one.
- every evening (at least that's how we got there), corporate parties/anniversaries/weddings are held in the hotel restaurant. Our rooms were above the restaurant. It's very loud, you can hear what the presenter says, how the music screams. All this is up to 23 kopecks, yes, it is allowed to make noise until 23, everything is according to the law, but we came to relax, not to listen to other people's parties. On the third day, I got very tired of it.
A very nice, small hotel in the center of Brest. Everything is clean, the rooms are cozy, towels are three per person, used ones are changed every day. Soap, shampoo, body gel and body cream are replenished every day as well. There is no hair conditioner! This is a minus. But the hair dryer is powerful, not every hotel has such. 0.5liters of water per person per day. Breakfasts are usual, as everywhere, although there are a lot of fruits and different ones. Eggs are boiled on request. The location of the hotel is very convenient, everything is within walking distance. We will come again, because due to bad weather we did not visit Belovezhskaya Pushcha. We recommend the hotel.
I recommend this hotel! We stayed for 2 nights from July 13th to 15th, we liked everything! The rooms are well furnished, comfortable mattresses, pillows, perfect cleanliness, very tasty breakfasts. There is a restaurant at the hotel, so there is the most delicious food that we had to eat in the Republic of Belarus, absolutely everything is delicious and beautiful, we had dinner there! It is better to book tables in advance, even if you are hotel guests!
A lovely hotel in a quiet location. Price-quality compliance. I asked for a room away from the karaoke bar when booking, we did. The room is large, everything is clean, towels for 4 per person are brand new, thick. The mattress is too soft for me (but this is for an amateur). The restaurant is beyond praise. The breakfast is good. 8 types of meat cuts, white and red fish, standard set: porridge, sausages, side dish, cheesecakes, cottage cheese, yoghurts .... and much more. We had lunch and dinner at this restaurant too. More than worthy! We wish the Hermitage Hotel team continued prosperity!
A great hotel. Clean, beautiful, conveniently located in relation to the city's attractions. Near the hotel there is a square where it is pleasant to relax on a warm summer evening. Breakfast is included. At the same time, the breakfasts are excellent and for every taste. Many thanks to the staff for a comfortable stay at your hotel.
Excellent hotel in the center of Brest. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and clean. There is an elevator. Parking in the courtyard of the hotel, but without fences. The breakfasts in the restaurant are Swedish, there is enough of everything. You can also have lunch and dinner here. The train station is not far away, we walked. We came here for the second time, I hope we will come again.
A lovely cozy small hotel, near the center, from here you can easily walk to any tourist attraction in Brest. Our room was on the 3rd floor, the room is quite large, comfortably furnished, with a balcony. Good internet in the room, good service, a cozy restaurant with good dishes. We recommend everyone to stay here.
We stayed for 1 night, cozy, clean, location close to the central park, good Parking - paid closed and free around the perimeter. Attentive concierge.
The fortress is 10 minutes away by taxi.
One disadvantage is that it is crowded at breakfast, there are not enough tables. But we probably just got into a high hour.
A cozy hotel with excellent breakfasts, courteous staff and a wonderful location. The rooms are clean, comfortable bed, good sound insulation. Lunch boxes were prepared at an early check-out, which turned out to be very useful. If in Brest, then only the Hermitage.
I hope I'll be back.
A wonderful hotel. Very beautiful appearance, luxurious rooms, polite and helpful staff. Towels and toiletries are replaced and replenished daily. Special thanks for the food. In addition to traditional omelets, porridge and sausages, red and white fish, thermostatic yogurt with chia, various pastries, pancakes and a huge selection of fruits, including divine fresh pineapples, are offered for breakfast. I recommend the hotel to everyone. The very fact that two weddings were celebrated here speaks for itself
A great hotel, we lived in it for a day! The rooms are clean, the bed is large, the linen is very nice. I couldn't figure out the curtains (apparently, the opening mechanism didn't work). Parking is literally for 5-6 cars, I was very surprised that slippers, bathrobes are available for a fee. The air conditioner is built into the ventilation system, it works loudly (just got to the end of June, the temperature was 30 + c)
The breakfasts are excellent, the choice is small, but everything is delicious.
The staff is ready to fulfill any guest's wish.
10-15 min walk from the center
I give you an A and recommend you to visit.
The best hotel in Brest. European level: maintenance, repair, services, kitchen. There is nothing to find fault with, by and large. I would also like to note the excellent cuisine of the restaurant, in particular the buffet: fresh products, delicious, excellent serving and serving. Definitely-only this hotel (if financially possible, of course).
The hotel is located almost in the city center. The sights are close to the hotel. Brest Fortress is about 2.5 km from the hotel. The rooms are normal, clean, spacious enough, they took the standard with a King size bed. Breakfast for a solid 4, but monotonous. There was broth, porridges, sausages, cheeses, sweets, tea, coffee, vegetables. You can't stay hungry.
There is parking, but it is spontaneous. It is difficult to find a place during the day, and in the evening without problems.
The staff is polite, however, as everywhere in Belarus. There is an air conditioner in the room.
Friends, this is the best hotel and service in Belarus!) we rested here in the format of a Minsk-Brest-Grodno-Nesvizh-Minsk car tour, and this week we were convinced that this was the best place! Very tasty, very beautiful, very welcoming, very atmospheric!! We regretted that we didn't stay longer! We hope to return)
Everything is great. The room is cozy, the bed is super, I slept great. The breakfast is very good, everyone will find it to their taste, there are lean dishes 👍The staff is friendly, polite. There is a park nearby and the Brest Fortress is not far away.
Great hotel! Good location, close to both the city center and the Brest fortress. The staff is polite and friendly. Delicious breakfasts. It's a pleasure to sit on the veranda on a warm evening!

A very good hotel, the location is just super, quiet old Brest. Special thanks to the staff - work for 5+. The hotel has a restaurant with a cozy veranda, a small but clean gym, and a Park nearby (this was important for me, because classes and running are necessary to keep fit).
What could be improved: the furniture and plumbing in the rooms are quite outdated and not very comfortable, the level of the very beginning of the 2010s. The breakfasts are very tasty, but I would like more variety, still it's 4*. For example, we didn't have enough pancakes. Well, if you claim 4*, I would still like to have a tea station in the room. There was a mini-bar, and there was no kettle with tea /coffee, although in Russia this is often the norm for 3*.
Overall, the impression of the hotel is positive, definitely the best option to stay in this wonderful city. If we come again (and we definitely will), then only to the Hermitage.
For those who travel by car: local government agencies are located nearby, so the free parking at the hotel is filled to capacity during the day. It is better to drive in the car late in the evening / early in the morning, park according to the parking markings so that your car does not interfere with anyone during the day. Or use the paid parking of the hotel.
We were in a 3-bed room in August. The room is equipped with everything you need. Clean linen, bathrobes and all that. Everything is pure white. The bed is wide and comfortable. My son also slept comfortably. In general, we had a good night's sleep from the road.
Breakfast is a buffet. I'm changing my diet. Plenty of everything, fresh and delicious.
I recommend travelers to stay here. The rooms are spacious, the furniture is made of natural wood.
We have just checked into the hotel, but we already like everything. Friendly staff, ready to help with any question,calm and noble interior, lobby and rooms, cleanliness,comfortable room. The hotel is located on a quiet street.there is no noise from the street in the room. We'll evaluate breakfast tomorrow.
This is a great hotel! Gorgeous interior, very cozy, friendly staff, and breakfast in this hotel is a special pleasure, everything is very tasty and a wonderful selection of dishes, I would definitely come back here!
Good location, beautiful interior, good staff. The rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, shower sets, slippers, and air conditioning. Cleaning every day. The hotels got an aesthetic pleasure from staying in this hotel. We were with a child for 10 years for an additional one. on the spot and subject to availability.There was no room in the comfort room.
It is best to come to Brest by train.
Forests, copses, farms, Baranovichi smoothly replaced each other and led us to our destination - the ancient city of Brest.
We chose our place of residence in advance and were not mistaken.
Amazing location close to the center, in the heart of the ancient buildings of the 19th and early 20th centuries (probably)
Wonderful interiors, restored in some places and recreated in some places in a building that is probably more than 100 years old. The interiors of the early 20th century are complemented by hot and cold water pipes, sewerage and an elevator.
A separate miracle is the breakfast of inclusions in the accommodation. The quality of the dishes and products is the highest. The dishes are prepared at the level of glamorous Moscow restaurants, restaurants of the Chistye Prudy location or Tverskoy Boulevard.
And all this is managed by professionals.
Thank you very much.
We stayed and had dinner at the Hermitage restaurant!
It's incredible how delicious everything is!
Price=quality ratio👍🏼
Honestly, we got a taste orgasm with our spouse! The most delicious pancakes for our entire trip all over Belarus👍🏼
So far, this is the only hotel in Brest where I have stayed. And it's definitely one of the best. A quiet place, close to the center. Breakfast includes a wide variety of delicious dishes. The pastries are amazing. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. You want to stay longer in such a hotel and come back more than once!
I booked from Moscow, arrived from the airport and we were immediately checked in, the hotel is beautiful, small and very cozy. Good beds and bed linen. Bathrobes and slippers. The attentive and friendly staff of the hotel always greeted us with a smile and were very polite and attentive. The rooms are large and beautiful. There is both a bathtub and a shower room, the bathroom is large. I recommend it for living. The breakfasts are very tasty and there is a huge selection, almost lunch. Food for every taste.,
A nice stylish hotel, the room was clean, cozy, and had everything you needed in the room. The hotel hosts an exhibition and sale of paintings. There is a parking lot nearby (although it was occupied, but not far away there is another large, free one). There is also a good restaurant at the hotel. It's not far to the cent, we walked on foot.
We liked everything, the rooms are gorgeous, there is everything you need in the room. cleanliness, polite staff. Beautiful well-maintained territory. The breakfast is excellent, all the preferences of the guests are satisfied.
Great hotel. As an experienced traveler, I understand what to compare it with. I think the best service in this city. Everything is at a good level. There would not be enough variety of omelets for breakfast, it is only in one form. I would make a partially customized breakfast menu in their place. And so everything is super
The best hotel in the city. Good cleaning. A normal room. I'm lowering 1 star in 2 moments:
1 There is no kettle at all in the room of a 4 star hotel. I'm not talking about the coffee machine anymore. Accordingly, there is no coffee, tea or cups either. We travel a lot around the world, but even in 3-star hotels, tea and coffee bags are mandatory. And the kettle is required.
2 For breakfast, everything is very stupidly laid out (guests to take sausage, cheese, they touch other products)
3 Boiled eggs need to be ordered! It will be cooked to order!
Insanely strange and not at all reasonable.
4 Some events are constantly taking place in the hotel restaurant (it is difficult to eat, guests then go outside and very loudly solve some issues at 12 o'clock at night)
They lived on the 4th floor and had to close the windows because it is categorically impossible to fall asleep.
The restaurant in the hotel is good, the portions are large. They cook for a very long time. Even the bread already sliced will be brought only in 30 minutes.
The staff is young and friendly.
Great hotel! The interior is very beautiful both outside and inside. We had a delicious meal at the hotel restaurant. The rooms at the hotel are very stylishly decorated. The best hotel in Brest .
Hermitage
We were in Brest from 3.01.24 to 05.01.24. We came to visit the Brest fortress. The Hermitage Hotel was booked in advance, choosing according to comfort and the possibility of accommodation with animals (we were traveling with a Pomeranian pet). The location is the center, near the central square and administrative buildings. We were greeted good-naturedly, helped with the luggage. The hotel is very cozy and comfortable, atmospheric room with a French balcony and a second window (end). Bathroom with shower and bathtub. All toiletries are provided immediately, no need to ask for anything extra. A refrigerator with a mini-bar. Breakfast is a buffet. We had enough of everything - fish, meat, cheese, even a tongue)), vegetables, fruits, eggs, etc. In the
evening on the day of arrival we had dinner in the hotel restaurant. You can order in the room +10 BYN for delivery. The portions are large and everything is very tasty. There is free parking near the hotel, but there is a fee of 30 BYN per day. We are satisfied with the hotel, we recommend it!
A magnificent hotel. Surrounded by buildings of the first half of the 20th century, it looks harmoniously and is protected from the noise of major streets.
The rooms are well thought out and extremely comfortable.
The breakfasts are amazingly fresh, delicious and take place in an existing restaurant.
The staff is professional and motivated.
Convenient location: it takes 10 minutes to walk to the train station, but not directly on the busy streets. Cozy room, comfortable bathroom. Excellent breakfasts and food in the restaurant. There is a laundry room, they wash it quite quickly, but the price tag for washing could be smaller.
I'm thrilled! We went to Brest. We stopped at Kossovo. This is exactly what I expected from the restaurant in the Kosovar Castle. I found it here. Excellent service. Great coffee! Peace and comfort. And the chic old-money style.
The hotel is excellent, everything works well. She has a restaurant with her. There is Belarusian cuisine. I recommend pancakes with caviar. Salad with perfect shrimp. Better than many Western European ones.
Great hotel. In the autumn-spring period, when the city heating is turned off, it is always warm here). Nice and comfortable inside, good service. The breakfast buffet is a bit monotonous, if you stay for more than three days, you will want to eat somewhere else. The railway station is 5 minutes away. Family vacations are also normal.
Nice hotel. Convenient location, clean, tidy, quiet, helpful staff, large rooms. A good restaurant with delicious breakfasts. Unfortunately, there are also comments: single beds are too small, only 75 cm wide (which is strange in the size of a large room); in some rooms there is an unventilated smell of some kind of "chemistry" (we rented two double rooms. It smelled in both, but in one more); the equipment of the rooms is slightly outdated and it is clear that initially the emphasis was on the aesthetic preferences of the customer in terms of functionality. But in general, by all standards, this is a solid "four". I recommend.
The breakfasts are good, but the choice is not great, the place is convenient, near the center, but aside and quiet. The hotel itself is generally very good in everything on average, but there is nothing really outstanding.
A wonderful hotel with a wonderful location in the city center. Beautiful surroundings, cozy and large rooms with everything you need. on the ground floor there is a restaurant where breakfast is also served with delicacies in the form of red fish, squid, herring, mackerel, hot and more. We liked the hotel and went 10/10 that we extended our stay. Thanks a lot to the staff!
Excellent hotel, complete cleanliness, comfortable beds, delicious breakfasts, clean towels. The interior and exterior are beautiful and the staff is very friendly and friendly. Minus: cocktails at the bar are not tasty and not professional.
The hotel is located near the main pedestrian street Sovetskaya, it is very convenient, the Brest fortress is also not far away, service, room, restaurant - everything is a solid five!!!
Overall, everything is very good. But of the significant disadvantages that you should refine, this is friendliness from the doorstep. She just doesn't EXIST. Neither hello, nor good evening to you.
We thought it seemed, but no, three shifts, everything is the same)
No one greets customers at all.
Upon check-in, the room has a full mini bar, for what reason, it is not clear. But there are no cutlery or kettle in the room.
In the bathroom, there are shower caps but no dental and sewing kit. It's kind of messed up.
Very nice hotel and helpful staff. Breakfasts are also on top. I definitely recommend it, I will definitely recommend it to my friends and I will come back here myself!
Very beautiful city, wonderful location of the hotel in a cozy area, large rooms, magnificent veranda, delicious breakfast. We regretted that we had booked only 2 days. We will be happy to return to Brest and the hotel
