Good morning)) Yesterday, my family and I visited the Khinkalnya on the ave. There are 9 winners. I would like to note the wonderful service of the staff, the guys are pleasant and friendly. The usual serving of dishes for us, everything is clear and fast. The food is delicious.The hospitable, cozy atmosphere of the establishment. This is the place where we will return more than once.

I came in a good mood, they gave me a menu that looked good, and the guest at the next table had a pleasant attitude towards him, and about new products, and reviews about the dish. Okay, I ordered a henkali, I got someone's hair there, the barbecue tastes like sand. Okay, the dishes were taken away, I asked for the bill, my waiter ignored me, and his colleague ignored my request when he submitted the bill. I started calling this institution, they gave the phone to the administrator, she did not ask for an excuse from the institution, she asked the waiter, and finally they gave me the bill.

The interior is the only advantage. Khinkali is half-empty, the minced beef is delicious. Chikhirtma didn't even eat the soup, it had nothing to do with it, and the chicken wasn't fresh, and the broth tasted unpleasant. After explaining this, he gave it back, it was included in the bill anyway. The menu itself is very modest for Georgian cuisine. And I was surprised that the question of the cook is Georgian, the answer is hesitant, well, not Russian)))

Great. My story with the Khinkalnya franchise began a long time ago. One day, for the sake of interest, I decided to go to one of the restaurants in order to assess the scale of the tragedy, because I considered franchises to be a third-rate institution. It was at this very moment that I fell in love with Khinkalnya. Understand me, I am a man so sophisticated that I can be considered a critic, because I have been to many pretentious establishments not only in Minsk, but also in Europe. By doing this, I want to show that my admiration for this franchise is a real miracle. The miracle that cooks prepare in the kitchen, the miracle that appears in the sincere smile of each of the waiters, the miracle that you believe in when you come here. In my experience, Khinkalnya on Nemiga is the best restaurant in the entire franchise, believe me, I have something to compare it with. Everything is perfect in it, from the work of the staff to the chefs who know their business. I would like to mention the waitress Sofia separately, believe me, if she serves you, your evening will be wonderful. Now I would like to address the administration. I sincerely hope that your institution will work for a long time and it will be as great as it is now.

Finally, a place appeared in the gallery where you can have a hearty and tasty meal. Great menu, beautiful interior, great service. Perhaps the best Khinkalnya of all in Minsk.
I want to pay special attention to the staff, in particular the polite and courteous waiter Stanislav, who made my Friday night!

The service took a very long time, the dishes were brought at different times, they offered to go into the hall, after this phrase they waited for the waiter for 15 minutes, there was no question of the presence of a large amount of hot pepper in the dish. Everything is slow, although the hall is 30 percent full, discourages the desire to join this network.
We have been to different restaurants of this chain, which is currently the worst of all, and I will also leave a review where the service and food are much better.

We were in March. We ordered a couple of dishes and drinks. At first, one of the dishes was mixed up. Well, it doesn't really matter, it's excusable. BUT there were ROCKS and hair in it, and I almost broke my teeth. The receptionist didn't even look at it, didn't even apologize. She did not respond to the problem in any way. I didn't want to raise a scandal, it was my birthday. But alas, I won't come and advise you anymore. Rocks and hair in a dish + staff indifference and rudeness. It's terrible.

I made an order at this establishment (shish kebab and khinkali). I wait, after 40 minutes I ask the waitress (waiter Daria) about how soon the order will arrive. It turned out that they had forgotten about my order. I had to wait another 40 minutes for it to be cooked. Then, they didn't give me the cutlery for the kebabs and I had to eat them with toothpicks, for which the waitress had a big minus (forget about ordering and not give out the cutlery). A great place with a comfortable atmosphere. I visited this institution for the first time, but I'm sure I'll come again! The service was excellent. There are a lot of waiters, each guest is served quickly and efficiently. They immediately offered drinks and recommended sauces for the dishes. Also, from 15:00-17:00, there was an action on Khinkali. I am very pleased with the establishment and recommend it.

A handsome, well-groomed, neat, cheerful, educated and generally incredibly pleasant young man. We visited Minsk twice during our stay.
Among the obvious advantages: awesome delicious food, friendly and efficient staff. There is an open veranda. The interior is pleasant. Payment by cards is no problem.

It is not possible to leave a tip by QR code. The Wi-Fi password could also be specified in the menu.

The rating of the institution is very strange.
There were crumbs on the table and it wasn't cleaned at all, although I was at 11 a.m. (an early train and, as a result, an early lunch).
I took kharcho soup, khinkali with beef and herbs and mutton. Sea buckthorn tea . Some more flatbread with a glass of wine (the wine is so-so)
The soup was thin. Khinkali with beef was still fine, with mutton it was not very good at all.
The tea sucks completely, the smeared sea buckthorn floated in the kettle like sour kefir.
A flatbread with wine , well, OK . And
either the visitors did not taste the delicious food, or there was something wrong with the cooking time.
It's just that the rating is almost 5(!).
I do not advise it, there are more budget places and more delicious food in Minsk.

I recently visited the khinkalnya, and I was completely delighted! The atmosphere here is very cozy and friendly, which immediately creates a feeling of homeliness.
The menu offers a wide selection of Khinkali. The dough is thin and tender, and the filling is juicy and fragrant. Khinkali with beef and greens was especially impressed — they were just perfect!

We were with the girl in this tavern 3 times at lunchtime.
The first time, everything was more or less both in terms of service time and food.
But, from the first time, it was noticeable that there was trouble with the service here... After we finished eating and wanted to ask for the bill, the waitress did not approach us for a very long time, although there was not such a high workload in the hall. We even defiantly put dirty dishes on the edge of the table, which we must periodically take away, but even at the sight of dirty dishes, the waitress still did not pay attention. I had to call her while she was passing by our table.
The second time we came, sat down at the table, and waited for someone to come up to us for 15 minutes. We had only the lunch menu on the tables. As a result, when the waiter (this time a guy) came up to us, he asked: - are we ready to place an order? Despite the fact that the main menu was never brought to us and we had to ask for it additionally. I ordered items from the lunch menu, and the girl from the main menu ordered baked mushrooms in ketsu and salad. As a result, the items from the lunch menu were brought quickly enough, and the mushrooms had to wait another 20 minutes after that. And when they were brought, it was clear that they were burnt and it also affected the taste. They also ordered cherry juice and the glass STANK of PISS RAGS.
The 3rd time we came and the music was playing very loudly in the restaurant, but after that the volume was turned down.
This time we took kharcho soup and 4 khinkali and lemonade in a bottle. The lemonade was brought first, they just put it on the table and the waiter girl did not offer to open it, although according to the regulations, waiters must open a drink corked with a metal stopper, not to mention pour it into a glass.
As a result, we never managed to open it on our own and after that we had to ask the waitress to open it anyway, to which she had such a face as if we had asked for something supernatural... Next, kharcho soup was brought and it was warm, khinkali was brought about 15 minutes later. And they also turned out to be warm, overcooked, one hincal fell apart right in my hand and it was impossible to finish it.
The khinkali was brought for the 3rd time by another waiter, a guy. And he served them on the table in such a way that it was as if they had thrown a plate of stew like a pig.
In general, during 3 visits to this restaurant, we observed that all the waiters walked with "sour and dissatisfied faces" and there was no benevolence from them.
I ask the management of this franchise to pay attention to how the standards of cooking and service of this point of the institution are being fulfilled and to take appropriate measures with respect to employees and management staff.
