Unfortunately, this place in the gallery turned out to be a complete disappointment. We ordered eggplant rolls, khinkali and pork on the bone. As a result, eggplants are very fatty, khinkali with pork with a disgusting taste of cheap meat (maybe not meat, but offal), pork was served simply with onions (although vegetables are depicted on the menu). About pork, we were told that the picture is a marketing ploy.
In general, we do not recommend this institution.

To be honest, some kind of quiet horror. We came intentionally to the khinkali 1+1 campaign. At first, they didn't bring what we ordered. We wanted khinkali with mutton, they brought it to us with mutton and greens. She explained that she did not like it with greens, because it adds sourness. The receptionist just told us, "we don't have acid, they're almost the same, try it." No apologies, no suggestion to replace the Khinkali themselves to taste so-so. The dough is normal, and the meat is overcooked, almost tasteless, falling apart. Inside, the broth tastes like water. Further. We ask for an invoice, we see the full amount in the receipt, excluding the promotion. Like, she doesn't work for them today. When asked why this is so, because there is a menu and an advertising card with a promotion at the entrance to the cafe, the administrator simply answers "we will remove it"))) Again, no apologies, nothing. The administrator also ran away from his duties throughout the cafe and waved off the waiters when they tried to call him over. The card with the promotion at the entrance, by the way, was never removed after that 👍

I work in the Gallery shopping center, and sometimes I go to this place for lunch, as the price for the lunch menu is pleasant.
I give two stars only for the taste of the dishes and the price.
The service leaves much to be desired.
The first time I came to your place, I was warned that you need to wait about 40 minutes for the lunch menu!!! I agreed, but it was not clear why it took so long, the time was 14:00, it was lunch, it should already be in the blanks.
The order was taken quickly, without any problems. I waited as long as I was told.
Yesterday I waited until they came to me to take an order for 15 minutes, went to the hostess herself and asked to call the waiter, since the waiters only run around the hall with plates, they do not notice new visitors, or none of the waiters wants to serve their zone.
As a result, a waiter came up to me, after a request, not immediately, after 5 minutes, and then, the hostess of the waiter was very persuaded to come up to me, took an order that took no more than 15 seconds, waited for another 20 minutes for her lunch, as a result, cold dishes were brought - she asked to warm up.
Today I went to lunch again, and most likely this is the last time.
No one came up to me for another 15 minutes, again I asked the hostess to call the waiter to me, a young man sat next to me, waited for the same long time and even recorded on the timer how long no one came up to him - 19 minutes.
I ordered 4 khinkali from the lunch menu, asked the waiter what they were with? I was told that with beef, okay, thanks.
They brought it, I try the first one, and it's with cheese, the result is 4 different flavors. They didn't warn me about it.
Guys, this is the lunch menu, everything should be in the blanks, they poured the soup, gave it to the person, he ate and left happy to continue working, I spend my lunch hour to sit at your place waiting for lunch, I run and ask to call the waiter, well, this is not normal. You've just opened up, and there are already so many joints.
Train the staff to serve visitors and be more attentive.
