A complete disappointment. The day before, I had lunch at Khinkalna on Internatsionalnaya Street, 25. Everything is on the level there, there is something to compare it with. I liked ojahuri so much that I ordered it again. Alas, they did not bring me yesterday's dish, which was just warmed up, and unsuccessfully. The potatoes are burnt in some places. The kettle was brought in a frankly dirty kettle with smudges on the body and stains on the lid. I ordered black, and the footprints were bright burgundy, from the fruit. There are also streaks on the napkin. The kettle was obviously not washed! They didn't even rinse it properly. I was afraid to drink. The waiter reacted calmly to my remark. "Okay, I'll tell the bartender." No apologies, no offer to replace! Don't set foot here anymore!

We came with our family on Thursday evening, there were a lot of people, but despite this, the waiters did everything quickly and efficiently. I would like to thank the waiter Dmitry separately, he was very attentive and kind. I really liked the kitchen, a large selection of hot dishes and drinks. I especially liked khachapuri. The interior of the place is very pleasant, much more pleasant than in other khinkalni, unobtrusive music, a lot of space.We were pleasantly impressed after visiting the institution, we will definitely come back again.

After visiting the restaurant at this address on 09/20/2024, the opinion about the restaurant chain is extremely spoiled. At the entrance, we were met by the hall administrator with a dissatisfied face. After we decided on the place, he came up and threw the menu on the table and hurried away without saying anything. During the 15 minutes of flirting with his colleague, he did not even deign to come up and find out if we were ready to place an order. At this time, the waiters were peacefully walking around the hall and chatting amicably, drinking water from plastic cups and listening to music on headphones. I was very surprised and upset by this level of service in one of my favorite restaurant chains, especially an hour after the opening of the institution (it seems that no one should have been so tired of the working day that they did not serve in any way). After such a service, I had to go to your other institution where there is always an excellent level of service and friendly staff. We will no longer visit this institution at this address.

Leaving a Georgian restaurant hungry...
I always thought it was impossible. I've been to hundreds of Georgian restaurants, and everywhere (even where it wasn't very tasty, but just edible) I didn't go out hungry.
But here.. It happened.... Khinkali.
I ordered 4 different khinkali (3 with meat and 1 cheese), a portion of dolma, a glass of wine, tea.
He waited.
The food arrived before the drinks.
Khinkali - here I expected it to be juicy and powerful, as usual, it happens and is delicious. But I take a bite and realize that in my hungry mouth there is only dough, and a little broth that I managed to drink. Where is the meat asked the inner Stirlitz. I look into the bitten-off khinkali.and I understand that the meat in it is like a mini dumpling somewhere at the very bottom. The first one was just with mutton, I take the second one and the situation is the same. There was no meat, and there was no meat. Although there is always a lot of meat in khinkali and you bite off the broth directly flows out and you should suck it into yourself faster. But this is not the case at all. Here you can insert a tube and just pee. The third one is also with meat, I give it a chance.... And by the gods, the meat was never found. 4 with cheese. Here everything is normal, the cheese is delicious and there is enough of it. And it was delicious.
Dolma. Minced meat, rice, I will not hide it. It was edible, but not so much that I would like to order more, something was missing. Perhaps it was not enough that it is very big. Personally, for me, the size would be smaller, the portion in the grammer should be left the same, but add in the amount of x2 and then yes it is delicious. To make it fashionable to take a fork, dip it in the sauce and eat it in 1-2 sets.
The interior of the establishment is not bad: fur hats and "even sheep in fur coats".
And yes, I told my opinion to the waiter about the meat in khinkali. The answer startled me. "Perhaps due to the fact that we were now making a large order, 120 khinkali were given, the cook was in a hurry, put less meat than it should have been"
It was the first time I left a Georgian restaurant hungry.

Khinkalnaya without khinkals! The impression is below average. At the entrance, as many as three "well, very stylish girls" reported that there were no hinkels, without even asking what we would order. And immediately a question? Why are there three of them for one small khinkal without khinkals? Maybe in case the client falls down like a wave, and they won't have time to tell everyone right away that there are no hinkels....? But no, the client really went and apparently they liked it so much that the Khinkali were immediately found! By the way, we don't like them, but when the child saw them, he was upset that we were told about their absence. To the question to the waiter, we received an answer: - khinkali has just been brought and no, of course we cook them ourselves, but there was no sliced dough, and now it has been delivered. Here are such miracles in 30 minutes! I also note that the baked eggplant in the salad turned out to be cold, stewed and disgusting in taste. Georgians would cry.

And then the most interesting thing began. I had to catch our waitress on the move and ask them to bring at least drinks. There were four of us, drinks were brought to us not on a tray, but in two glasses in each hand. The glasses were then wiped with a napkin to drink from them. We ordered khinkali, khachapuri, pickles. First, khinkali was served, then pickles were brought. We were not given plates until we asked (how to eat khinkali?) .And there was a feeling about khachapuri that they had forgotten it altogether. They were served when the khinkali was almost eaten.Although it is necessary to serve hot everything at once. In general, the waitress's job was very upsetting. Next time, I would not like to get to this particular girl., because we liked the cafe. Please ask the administration to train waiters to serve visitors.

As it turned out, Khinkalnya can vary dramatically from institution to institution, for the first time I am ready to write a bad review about Khinkalnya. It all started with a hostess girl who neither greeted us nor escorted us to the place. After that, she managed to be rude! Then the waiter just put the hammer on the table, except that he did not throw it. The waiters are not friendly, corny, no one greeted, did not introduce himself. The "hot" dish was cold, while waiting for it for 40 minutes. In general, going to Khinkalnya in the Gallery shopping center is just a disappointment, I hope at least some conversation with the staff will be held. The vegetables were rotten!

I love pomegranate wine and mushroom soup, so I came here after a bad morning. As a result, at first I waited for the waiter for 40 minutes, then I ordered soup, wine and khinkali, he told khinkali to cook for half an hour, the soup is faster. After 20 minutes, I was told that the lunch menu was no longer being prepared and soup could not be brought to me. I reminded him that I had asked about the soup. The waiter just apologized. In the end, I spent more than an hour of my life on 4 khinkali, wine (which no longer brought me pleasure) and senseless waiting. After that, they also included soup in the receipt, which I did not eat (fortunately, I noticed and the money was returned to me). You may have better luck, but I don't recommend a specific point☹️

There were a huge number of them in Minsk) But the restaurant closest to us was in Gallerea. And we were satisfied . And the service , and the delicious food, and the atmosphere.
