The food is delicious. But! The service is just awful! We came once, made an order. The waiter just forgot about us. I was carried away by a sit-down near the reception desk. We came another time and did not bring the order in full, because we did not write it down correctly. Then they reported it, but the filling in the hinkals was mixed up. Only children work. There is no order!

I want to express my gratitude for a wonderful evening. And also a special thanks to the waitress Elena for the excellent service and cordiality! She was very attentive to every detail of our visit and did her best to make our time at the restaurant unforgettable. Elena was very friendly, professional and attentive to our wishes.

I don't know at what point a great place became so disgusting. It is not possible to eat meat in the Tbilisi salad. The question arises: "what did the shoe or belt prepare? ". The waiter says that the waiting time is 20-25 minutes, but in fact the food has to wait 45-55 minutes. If you ask to bring a drink immediately, then in the best cases the drink will be brought in 15-20 minutes. To all those who used to love khinkalnya, I recommend that you forget about this institution.

There is a complete discrepancy in the name of the institution and the understanding of Georgian cuisine. It would be worth taking the cooks to Georgia, to eat local cuisine, khinkali with broth was overdone, spicy, but neither greens nor meat can be distinguished by taste. The size of the khinkali is dumplings. The bread is served white, there is no alternative to this bread, it is neither crunchy nor from the oven, in general it is a dense loaf. The business lunch is quite edible, you can repeat it.

The recent experience of visiting khinkalni, where we decided to celebrate a birthday, turned out to be quite disappointing. It all started with the fact that we were served kvass, which, unfortunately, was poured directly on the person.
After that, we waited about 15 minutes for the staff to clean up the spilled kvass. During this time, none of the employees came up to offer us something in return, or at least to ask if everything was okay. The level of service clearly left much to be desired.
As for the quality of the dishes, it could not smooth out the overall impression, since in such situations it is important that guests feel comfortable and be heard. I am sure that in the future this khinkalnya will be able to improve the quality of service and customer care. Hopefully our case was an exception, but we'll probably think twice before going back.

Hello everyone I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOOD FOR PICKUP FROM THIS INSTITUTION!
For the first time I could not restrain myself and I am writing a review about the gastrofest in Khinkalnya. Of course
, I understand that during the gastrofest the team has a lot of work....
However!! Give out 1 set instead of the paid 2! This is already an inflection!
We personally ordered 2 sets with us around 13.00, told to wait until 15.00.
The spouse went to pick up at 15.00, he was given a bunch of boxes in his hands. And it was only at home, when I began to set the table, that we realized that this was not 2 sets at all....one soup at first, and then everything became completely clear!
And, of course, you can't prove anything to anyone, the food is at home, the containers are open...
Well, how is that?!
This is blatant negligence, at least!
The staff clearly take advantage of the hype and the large number of visitors, the inability and difficulty to check the contents of containers when placing an order (and this is PICKUP)

We visited the institution for the first time and were delighted. Everything is wonderful: the interior, the staff, the food, the wine. The waiter was just wonderful: he told us a lot about the dishes, about the chefs, about the wine. The wait was completely unnoticeable, instead of the stated 30 minutes, the dishes began to be brought after 10 minutes. Everything is fresh and delicious. Music plays in the background, melodic melodies that support the atmosphere. We will definitely visit this institution again!
