The festival set of the gastrofest from Khinkalni is a complete disappointment this time, but even this is not the main thing. The restaurant turned into a diner in pursuit of revenue. We booked a table in advance, arrived 10 minutes before the appointed time, and such a set table was waiting for us! I understand that the restaurant is in a hot time right now and they want the guests to clear the tables faster, but if you can agree with the preliminary serving of cold snacks, then how could you serve hot even before the arrival of the guests??? And if we hadn't come??? as soon as we sat down, borscht was brought to us, it was slightly warm. Khinkali had time not only to cool down, to dry on top and inside there was no broth in them, the dough was glued to the teeth, the filling was of unknown origin. The main dish of the restaurant is a fat minus, khachapuri with minced meat, in which I came across a pebble (apparently made of coarse salt), dry breast and sandwiches with various spreads on a baguette (although a shotis is declared) - all horror, horror, with almost 2 kg. I left the food for the set just hungry. I won't go to the gastrofest or any other day.
