Recently, the quality of khinkali (takeaway order) has decreased very much: the dough is incorrectly made, khinkali falls apart in the hands (especially khinkali with meat), the meat is tasteless, there is no sharpness (only garlic feels), there is little meat inside. Khachapuri in Adjarian is excellent, only the portions are constantly decreasing. The order was executed promptly, but the quality is low. I ask management to fix this problem.

I decided to try our khinkal after I lived in Georgia for half a year.
The establishment itself is very pleasant, atmospheric, the staff is cheerful and welcoming.
As for the kitchen-a failure! Mulled wine is a complete badass, it feels like tea was mixed with jam, sediment on the whole cup, wine does not smell, there is no pleasure from drinking, the food is mediocre. As for the khinkali themselves, it is also a failure, the dough is thick, and in fact, when you eat khinkali, it feels like you are chewing one dough, it gives them a direct taste, the minced meat is dry and very low in quality, mutton does not smell. I did not try Khachapuri, because I did not like khinkali at all, and there the dough needs to be prepared even more skillfully.
For those who will try for the first time, they may not understand.
I can definitely say that the network of Minsk khinkal is a cut above.
I hope that after a while we will be able to try something at least similar to the Minsk level.
