Specialists of the ophthalmological center performed diagnostics of vision and developing glaucoma... This so-called center leaves a very difficult aftertaste, where patients from all over the Republic are invited according to the directions. It's a shame for a country where soulless specialists work in such terrible walls (repair has not smelled for many years). All the circles of horror have passed, starting with the registry, where the word tact has no real meaning. The chain of offices 9-14-17-14-16-14-101-109-14-110-14-9 had to walk through them, gdg 30-40min. I should have waited in line... And there are so many elderly and disabled people nearby, but the center's employees are all right, just running to each other. It's a hard impression!!! There is not enough head in his place! What a pity!
It's not much of an establishment. Queues in the eye department are 6 to 7 hours long. And Mom had cataract surgery in such a way that Mom still can't figure out if she needed it. And what's the use of it?
A suture was made in the emergency room with HRT, almost imperceptible. I am sure there are worthy specialists here and a huge thank you for your work!
Experience of being in wards:
Usually all are filled, there are ~70 people in the department.
Neighbors can be different alcoholics, sedentary, marginals, ordinary hard workers, good conversationalists, responsive neighbors who will share some water;)
They may be covid, be careful with this.
The food is normal.
Live in the neighborhood and cockroaches in the wards, I'm like this;)
The staff performs their tasks.
There is an important point: the diagnosis is made by a doctor and it is good to have several opinions, views on each case, because your life may depend on it.
There is CT, FGDS, ultrasound
But there are problems getting there, because there is a limited amount of reception.
I encounter this phenomenon all the time, in the same polyclinics. 100 people need, for example, a halter study when there are 30 coupons available. Sometimes it takes perseverance to achieve acceptance.
Health to all!
Very polite, qualified and friendly staff. The interior of the territory is clean and tidy. Order and discipline are observed ) Honestly, it was nice to be in the institution
Many thanks to the medical staff, they saved me more than once. Separately, I can say about the hospital that there are convenient parking lots, as well as a separate area near the entrance where you can sit and chat with friends or relatives.
Specialists: Professional work of doctors and nurses.
Staff: Caring and attentive attitude towards patients.
Customer attitude: Friendly and caring treatment of patients.
Waiting time: No long delays.
Ophthalmology Department: Effective treatment and professional service in the ophthalmology department.
After undergoing treatment at the 10th city Clinical Hospital, I feel much better, and this is certainly the merit of the excellent team of professionals working at this medical institution. Thank you so much for your patience, care and outstanding professionalism.
The view from the windows of the cardiology department is upsetting, you lie and look at the cemetery (( I am glad that at least there is no longer a funeral shop on the ground floor.
The doctors are great
Many thanks to the staff of the 2nd surgery on the 6th floor. The doctors are incredible, the boys are trying their best, and as a nurse cleans the wards, I have not seen such cleanliness anywhere, you can walk barefoot.
Dear citizens, I wish you all great health, especially with your eyesight
It is better not to contact LEBEDEVA, a candidate of space sciences
A deplorable life experience
One of the largest hospitals in the city, many doctors and many departments, I'm going to solve the problem of vision in ophthalmology in August. Because this hospital has one of the best eye treatment centers.
Terrible, negligent treatment of patients in the department of purulent surgery (HC "Diabetic foot"). What effort it took to hospitalize my mother, a disabled person of the first group, for treatment! We were "kicked off" like a ball, starting in the 18th polyclinic and continuing in the 10th hospital. That's okay (apply ointment). That is, there are no places. Then, take a referral to another hospital. Then in the HC "Diabetic foot" the angiographic device does not work (not for a day or two, but for several months). As a result, they were put in for two weeks in October: they just dug it out, they discharged it. It didn't get any better with the finger, in November they were hospitalized again somehow. I brought my mother to the hospital in a satisfactory condition and well-being: I moved on a prosthesis with a cane, used a stroller on my own, fully serviced myself, in my right mind, the tests at admission were good (they said in the emergency department). And here HELL began, more than two months long. Every day my mother became weaker and melted before my eyes..........
We'll be very lucky if someone from the medical staff is on duty. On a day off and in the evening, the doctor on duty does not approach patients from the word at all. People with limited movement are without help, relatives help their and other patients in the ward. The patients themselves measure their temperature and pressure as best they can (with their own devices). And only after repeated searches of medical staff and requests to approach the patient, a miracle can happen - they will fit.
My mother repeatedly fell out of bed at night (she couldn't sleep lying down from the pain). When my mother reported that her blood pressure was low, the nurse offered her to drink strong coffee or tea. Of course, after losing consciousness, they began to save. The last night, when I came to my mother, she was lying on a plate with food and on a urinal, in a dirty bed! "Very humane!"
Yes, we all understand: serious illness, age, concomitant diseases! But you are doctors, professionalism and competence, humanity should come first! You have chosen your profession! You took an oath!
WHAT COULD BE MORE PRECIOUS THAN A HUMAN LIFE!!!
I had to register at the gastroenterology center. The gastroenterologist is young. At the reception, she explained everything very clearly, put everything on the shelves. Calmed me down. It was very comfortable at the reception!
Disgusting attention to incoming patients in their emergency department.Providing assistance before he is assigned to the department.I had an allergy that I didn't know about, and if I hadn't come up in time, I might have suffocated in my sleep.I was discharged as soon as possible and sent to the clinic. And I felt very bad after the allergy.Although I was admitted for treatment with other diagnoses. The allergy was detected in the separation from the received drug

Grandma is lying in the pulmonology department under an oxygen mask. She has bilateral pneumonia, and everyone in the room is coughing, sneezing, and running a fever. Because of a blood clot, Grandma is not allowed to walk, but she can hardly do it herself. So they also put her in the ward, which is located on the opposite side of the toilet. It's a one-minute ride in a wheelchair. Nurses don't take care of bedridden patients at all, they throw pills and that's it. Taking them to the toilet and feeding them are the duties of relatives. My mother-in-law came for 6 days to take care of my grandmother from morning to evening, eventually she caught a cold herself. It's not surprising, because everyone in the ward is coughing terribly and delirious with fever. The attitude of the staff in the 1st pulmonology department is disgusting and tearfully unpleasant. I understand that the patients are different, however, the Grandmother is polite, neat, and not conflicted.
A large hospital, I haven't been to the specialists, but as for the infrastructure, the information is as follows: there is parking, there is a buffet with cute whites (central entrance from the city), there are elevators (central entrance from the MKAD)
The registry significantly lacks a terminal for creating an electronic queue - this is a big minus.
Polite and attentive medical staff, but a very large flow of people: during elective surgery (lens replacement), sometimes there are not enough places, after paperwork, patients are asked to spend the night at home, and come to the operation in the morning.
I want to make a laser correction, while I evaluate the work of this institution very low, since during the examination you need to wait under each office for 30-40 minutes, a doctor's consultation, which gives a conclusion about 1 hour of time spent. And it's all for a fee) I'm afraid to imagine if you have to do something for free here. About 30 minutes at the reception just to pay for the examination (why is there no separate cash register?). We have to wait endlessly . I will write a separate review about laser correction, I hope it will be more positive
. P.S. the staff seems to be nothing
I would like to express my great gratitude to the medical staff of the 1st surgical department of 10GKB, namely the doctor Tamara Petrovna Borodenya for good work. A doctor from God .
Thank you very much.
Patient Klimovich Anna Sergeevna.
I would like to express my gratitude to the nurse of the neurological department of the 10th hospital, Tatyana Anatolyevna Leshchenko, for her diligence and responsible attitude to her work. I accompanied her on departure to another hospital, morally supported her, answered questions, looked for a doctor due to some confusion, ran around the offices, clarified about the appointment, as a result, the issue was resolved and we were accepted. I ask you to reward her with a monetary reward for her good work.
I am currently in surgery. First of all, I like the friendly attitude of the entire medical staff. The patient is treated very respectfully, affably, absolutely everyone often jokes: the head of the department, surgeons, anesthesiologist, nurses, nurses. I have never felt so comfortable in any hospital as I do here. They offered the best treatment and anesthesia option. The first breakfast in 2 days gave me strength. During the operation, I was worried, and the medical staff did everything professionally, easily and without strain (on relaxation), music was playing.
from 11.10.2023 to 13.11.2023, my mother was lying in the surgical department No. 1 with a serious upcoming operation. I would like to express my gratitude to all the medical staff, headed by the head of Yesepkin Alexander Gennadievich, for the high-level medical care and high-quality treatment. I would like to wish our doctors and all medical staff patience, health and, of course, that their colossal work to save the lives and health of patients is paid for. Low bow to you "Surgical Department No. 1" 10th GKB
I give 2 stars for the excellent department of surgery, very good staff, excellent humane doctors!
- the purulent department receives 3 stars.
Starting with the head, who is absolutely not competent, cannot answer the simplest questions about his patients, then the staff: bedridden patients can lie for several hours with an empty drip, while I was with a nurse handing out pills to patients, one of them threw pills on the floor and yelled at him for it! It is extremely difficult to find someone from the staff, there is almost never anyone at the post.
I'm not saying that no one will even give water to the bedridden, this is not their job
One hospital, 2 such different impressions that I want to say "the fish rots from the head"!

I didn't have a very good impression of the hospital. After resuscitation, my father was transferred to Neurosurgery No. 2, there are no empty seats, all the wards are occupied, he was left in the corridor, during three hours of my father's stay in the corridor, the doctor on duty did not even come up, she did not even know the medical history. There are not enough staff, everything is clear, but where is the humanity. Only the nurses took care, and many thanks to them for this. After long proceedings, how could the father be transferred in such a state and left unattended, nevertheless the doctor deigned to approach and it was decided to return the father to the intensive care unit, as he again felt ill being unattended in the corridor.
I am from another city, I was in Minsk, for an ophthalmological examination and for a consultation with Professor Imshenetskaya T.A. (I was recorded already for 4 months, a very dense record to the professor) I was delighted with all the doctors and medical staff! Sensitive, attentive. According to the indications, laser coagulation of the retina was performed. Thank you very much to all the staff of the ophthalmology department!!!
Friendly staff, cleanliness, well-groomed territory, lots of benches, there is a place for patients to walk.I visited my husband every day for almost 3 weeks, I left a good impression.
It so happened that I had to undergo treatment at 10 GKB. I was pleased with the attitude of the staff. Everyone is completely immersed in your problem, and helps you as much as possible. They give their best 100%. I am glad that we have such medicine.
The hospital is huge and you can safely go the wrong way. The staff is as good as it gets, someone is aggressive and unfriendly, someone is kind and responsive. According to experts, too, there are some cool people, and there are some who don't care (maybe they are good, but somehow they don't get the impression). I am glad that there is a cafe at the entrance where you can eat or drink coffee.
I express my gratitude to the 3rd Surgical department (Head of department Chernomorets V. V.) and especially to the surgeon Kachan Lilia Nikolaevna for an excellent operation to remove an umbilical hernia and diastasis of the rectus abdominis muscles
My contacts with this organization are only positive. They helped me personally. Everything happens in life, so it's personal. Doctors are trying their best, parking for cars, food is as it should be. Thanks to the staff!
On February 27, I came to make an appointment for a consultation, I was offered the nearest appointment already for SEPTEMBER!!!
I came in the direction, I need to take 2 minutes of time and say they will deal with my problem in this hospital or I need to go to cosmetologists, admission is denied until September, some kind of nightmare!!!
And that's all with considering that there are no queues in the hospital, in the reception department, in the counseling center, the corridors are almost empty
0 stars!!!!
The eye was looked at, everything was cleaned, but the lens hidden under the eyelid was not found, despite the fact that he asked to check again, because he felt a foreign object. They said there were residual phenomena and did not check. It's good that I looked in the mirror at home and saw the edge of the lens crumpled in the corner of my eye.
I have a positive experience with this hospital, I visited an allergist on a paid basis, although very much for a paid consultation. The building is very large, you can get lost
I'd be sick there and sick! ))
Everything is thought out, the treatment process is on top, all the staff is polite and courteous and there is never any doubt about their professionalism!
Thank you so much!!!)
I love 10 GB. Relatively new, conveniently designed. When there was no barrier at the entrance, it was generally super) employees - patience and health)
Many thanks to the 1st surgical department of the 10th Clinical Hospital. He had acute cholecystitis, and was operated on by associate professor Vasilevich Alexander Pavlovich. A surgeon with a
capital letter. Everything went great!
The staff is polite and responsive!
I would like to mention the great people separately: the head of the department, Alexander Vladimirovich Yesepkin, Andrey Nikolaevich Tikhonovtsa surgeon, Olga Nikolaevna Braskina, senior nurse, Marina Viktorovna Dolinskaya, intern doctor, Babajan Charykulyevich Achylov, a very attentive doctor! I bow low to you, thank you for your hard work and patience!
A completely disorganized hospital, there is nothing sensible to find out in the help desk, no one knows that the doctor has gone on sick leave and it is impossible to warn patients... Honestly, I left very angry, but they gave me a refund
An excellent hospital, everything is fast, very pleasant staff, everyone is smiling, everyone will explain what to where, they work with insurance companies. Many thanks to the ophthalmologists.
