The hospital was not heated at that time, the windows in the corridor were open for ventilation, the air temperature outside was +10 - +15 . I had to wait for a call near the office in the cold corridor drafts from 11-00 to 13-45, although there were very few people ahead of me. I was very cold and just coughing, but Dr. CT apparently had clients "heavier" and more important than me. From time to time, she would come out and invite people who had just arrived from the emergency room, not paying any attention to me. It is clear that there is a serious epidemiological situation and a heavy workload. Nevertheless, was it not more humane and professional on the part of this very CT doctor to appoint me another time than to force an already sick person to freeze so much while waiting? In the end, my condition deteriorated sharply. And because of the cough, which I could not control, the informative value of the study also significantly decreased. It was the first time in my life that I encountered such an irresponsible and unprofessional attitude from a doctor.
