The work of the staff of the 10th city hospital is outrageous. I have a suspicion of pneumonia, I have been waiting for 2 hours for help. When I need help in the emergency room, one of the women working in the 5th office says she is too busy. Caridor is currently empty at 9:10 a.m.

The attitude towards patients is disgusting, not attentive. The average staff does not perform their duties in good faith.. There was a feeling that they had come to distract them from serious business… I made such conclusions in March 2021, when my mother was treated for covid in cardiology and died there.
The surgical room on duty is what you need! The cut on his leg was promptly sewn up! And the Ophthalmology room is good. The chips are removed very quickly and painlessly.
My mother was killed here. The purulent surgery nurses brought superinfection, did not pour water into the oxygenation machine all night, although my mother called for help. As a result, a superbug was introduced directly with dry air to a person with a previously weakened immune system. The intensive care unit is generally a horror, a real hell. A person should not go through such humiliation and torment.
I was lying here in one of the covid units. Soviet heritage with light cosmetic repairs. The staff is a bit "lame". The doctors are all too young (interns in appearance) - there is a lack of experience. The nursing staff, on the contrary, is all age-related. Although both are trying. The food is good.

5 stars only for doctors and nurses, 2 would be given to the rest of the staff - starting from the reception and ending with the cloakroom attendants. Boors, rude women, could not and did not want to explain exactly where everything was. I had to do it twice, just get in line at the registry to ask. But doctors are angels.
