In Soviet times, the hotel was the flagship. Now he's a good middle-class guy. A good breakfast, renovation with a small redevelopment, wi-fi.. The crane was repaired in 2 hours, the network access was disabled in three hours.. Normal. Great location. Everything is nearby: cafe, shopping street, metro.
There are several excellent cafes on the ground floor. I didn't live in the hotel itself, but I was at a conference. Excellent service, clean, comfortable. There are photos of the history of our cinema in the lobby of the hotel. The hotel has been perfectly restored and the hotel decorates the appearance of the city. The hotel itself has the spirit of Alma-Ata 60-70 and modern shades.
It was renovated in winter. The rooms are comfortable, clean, but it was very cold. The staff is stone-faced. The breakfasts are a little meager, the choice is not great. For this price, you can find a better hotel. The price is justified only by the location.
Modern renovation, clean, quiet, varied breakfast. The view from the windows towards the mountains is very good. Well, the location is in the center, two steps from the metro. Next to the pedestrian street Panfilov, which is also convenient.
Really three stars and no more. Only the maids alone are worth it, I mean at night .., rudeness and discontent are the first I meet! The mall of the fact that the room was not ready to move in, and even we were told what we needed in the room and what not!
Great hotel. The rooms are large and cozy. But there is only one remark - it blows from the balcony, the gap where the door comes into contact with the floor. We stayed in winter for two years in a row and both times it was cold at night. And the rest is fine, the bathroom is newly renovated, the room is spacious. The room has a great view of the mountains, especially in the morning when it's dawn!
The service is excellent, but it would not hurt to renovate the rooms for a long time. I come for the third time, and each time it doesn't seem much worse. I hope that the hotel administration will soon fix some minor flaws.
In the off-season and in winter - eternally cold rooms - minimum heating, there is almost no heating, you can say drafts - getting sick is almost guaranteed. The staff tries to slip in more expensive rooms, even if there are available standard ones that are cheaper. If only the money is disgusting. And to trump the place where it is located is not your merit
A very nice hotel. We conduct seminars, trainings, etc. here regularly. The rooms are excellent, several conference rooms, a separate respect for the chef!
They cook very tasty! The employees are professionals in the business, they meet us halfway.
The hotel is good if you choose a room on the 7th floor with a view of the mountains - the view is amazing. I didn't experience any domestic problems. It is better to take a room for two, a single room is cramped
