We stayed for 2 nights, the impression remained good. The room was clean and spacious. Special thanks to the receptionists at the reception, very polite and friendly girls, helped solve some issues. The location of the hotel is very convenient, almost in the very center of the city, near the embankment and pedestrian area. In general, I liked everything)

Nice clean hotel in the city center. Convenient location from the main attractions. The rooms are small. The reception staff is polite but indifferent. We booked certain rooms for a large group, but upon arrival we were not booked, and half of the single rooms were refused. The impression was ruined, the sediment remained.

I wanted to put an average between 3 and 4 stars in the rating. Among the advantages: lots of places, fast elevators,polite staff, clean rooms, spacious rooms, delicious food in the restaurant, live music in the evening, location-close to the center. Among the disadvantages: the old room stock, for example, in the hotel in Mosty,the interior is newer and whole, there is no hair dryer in the bathtub, the sewer has a slight smell, the room is cool (early December), the restaurant staff serves slowly. It's fine for an overnight stay, without bias.

We settled after 12 nights in the only available standard room with separate beds. The room is comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. I would prefer better beds, but the standard is the standard. The staff is polite. When making out the room, a Pole drove up, asked for help with settling in another hotel, the administrator, making sure that everything was fine with me, helped him. In the morning, we slept through breakfast time from 8 to 10 . The restaurant staff was tidying up and preparing for lunch, but they found us a table and fed us a delicious pork breakfast. We are happy with both the hotel and the restaurant. I recommend. But it is better to book the room in advance.

We stayed in a 2-bed room.Clean, cozy, large room with soft beds, air conditioning, refrigerator,TV, it was a pity there was no hair dryer.
I was not pleased with the cuisine in the restaurant and the restaurant itself, just a dining room from the distant past.It was possible to make it somehow more cozy, but this is not a problem, there is a great Domino pizzeria nearby, and we had dinner there)

On May Day, my children and I visited Brest, Belarus. We stayed at the Belarus Hotel. From the very first steps, we felt that the guests were welcome. Everything was quickly arranged and explained. There was a hitch with the payment, they told us not to be nervous. We went on a guided tour calmly, and then pay for it. The room is great, everything is perfectly clean. We really enjoyed it and hope to visit the Brest Fortress again and definitely stay at the Belarus Hotel!

I highly recommend the massage room, which is located on the territory of the hotel on the 3rd floor of room 327, the most wonderful place for relaxation and comfort, to relieve tension after a long trip and a long flight and a long walk through beautiful Brest!

The exterior and interior condition are very different, the hotel looks quite respectable externally, we lived on the 8th floor, the room stock is very old, the sockets are filled with furniture, there were 3 sockets for 3 rooms, but since the batteries were barely warm, we had to use 1 outlet with a heater, the floors were icy. The toilet was wobbling, which I reported to the reception during the eviction, I hope they will fix it. The girl at the reception was even a little sorry, because at one time there was a big check-in, and everyone demanded that she fix the inconveniences, so I would like to draw the attention of the management. We had only 2 beds in our room for 3 people, after contacting us, they just brought 1 set of linen and towels to the room, no one made up, there is no hairdryer in the room.

It seems to be not bad, clean, there is soap and shower gel in the bathroom, the whole location is close to pedestrian streets. It was cold in my room (fortunately, there is a blanket in the closet for such a case).
I don't really like it because of the nervous, unfriendly staff at breakfast. Perhaps it was our group that was unlucky, and it was just the way the circumstances of the employees turned out.
There is a small selection of dishes, but the hotel does not have many stars. So in general, it's okay if you don't go for a long time and not for the sake of soft feather beds, a gorgeous view from the window and a VIP lobby

A hotel in the center of Brest. The embankment near the Mukhovets River is 150 meters away, Sovetskaya pedestrian street is 600 meters away. Corresponds to ⭐️⭐️ . The buffet is quite 8.5/10. Lobby bar, restaurant 8/10. Fresh pastries 10/10. Everything is always fresh. It's nice to sit in the lobby and chat with friends, no one bothers, it's quiet, cozy.

I stayed one night as part of the tour, the hotel was booked by the tour operator. Advantages: close location to the pedestrian street and the embankment, convenient, large hotel, hearty buffet breakfasts. Cons: room 834, we checked in on the evening of 08/26/2024, despite the fact that the window to the courtyard was noisy at night from bikers, the room was stuffy, there was no air conditioner, I would like at least a fan for such high temperatures, there was no refrigerator, the TV was showing through the drizzle and the sound was rustling. In general, I didn't need a refrigerator or a TV, but as a fact, there may be problems for longer-term residents

The hotel is not bad, but only if you are an unassuming person. The rooms were good even when the USSR existed. But if you need to spend the night, they are quite suitable. You won't be able to take a full shower / there was no hot water at all. The linen is old, but clean.
Breakfast in the restaurant is not bad, but every day is different, although the menu is the same standardized. In general, I am happy with the hotel, but probably, having such a name, I need to put it in order.

The rooms are tired, the furniture has not changed since the 90s, they do not know what cleanliness and normal repairs are in this hotel at all, the laminate is so old that it has already begun to swell and turn black. The bathroom was not cleaned after previous visitors, the floor was dirty, there were some bugs in the bathroom, rust, and the hair in the drain was not cleaned. On the second day of arrival in this room, the hot water was turned off, after about an hour and from the photo you can see what quality (((( how to swim in such water? We drained it for another hour, waiting for the rust to go away, but alas. In the morning, I managed to wash up quickly, but my son did not have time to go back to the bright orange water with pieces of rust. My God, my son and I have never stayed in such a terrible hotel before.
There was breakfast, a huge queue for coffee, if you came a little later and not to the opening, then there is no point in waiting for coffee ((( the same way with the dishes, our escort asked the woman (as we understood she was in charge of the restaurant, followed everything) to bring it to those who came later, and in response she heard a rude "you have to come to the opening, wait", what is it anyway? You can eat draniki and cutlets from breakfast, everything else is not possible, even the sight of fried eggs and pancakes did not inspire confidence. Is this a hotel that is interested in guests? No, there are no guests expected here. I would not recommend the Belarus hotel to anyone.

Incompetent people work at the reception, they don't know which rooms they have. We needed a three-bed room, they said everyone was busy, offered one two-bed, one single. As a result, the two-seater turned out to be a three-month-old. How can you not know which rooms they have in the hotel??? The faucet in the bathroom was broken, the door on the refrigerator would not close, there is a cooler in the hall, only cold water works, and then it is almost never there. Plus, the room has air conditioning and it turned out to be working)).

I stayed on May 24-26. A nice hotel near the waterfront. Friendly staff, quick check-in, the room is spacious. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV. Of the minuses, they gave a disposable soap for two days, a bag of shampoo and a bag of shower gel, there is no hair dryer, there is no foot towel, and the tile is very slippery. There are also no spoons and forks in the room, there are only glasses and cups. There is a cooler on the floor, bottled water, a tap with hot and cold water.
The breakfasts at the hotel are hearty, according to the type of a customized menu. There is a lobby bar.

Convenient location, spacious lobby, though a little dark. The check-in is fast. The room keys are ordinary. Three elevators, pretty fast. We got the number 715. The room is spacious, with three beds. An armchair, one chair, a table, a bedside table, a TV, a refrigerator. The mattresses are good. The linen is clean and white. Lots of lighting. There are a lot of outlets, but two right behind the bed, inconvenient. The laminate is slightly worn in places, but clean. The big minus is the window. It doesn't close tightly, there is a decent gap, plugged with a blanket, as it is very cold and noisy, the windows overlook the hotel entrance. There is a separate dressing room in the room, there are hangers and extra blankets, very old.
There are no slippers and no shoe spoons.
There are two glasses and two cups in the room, that's all.
Bathroom: everything is clean. But it's old, and the enamel is loose in some places. There is soap, gel and shampoo. The shelf above the sink is very poorly positioned, low. Washing is inconvenient. Food: when there are a lot of people in the group, for breakfast there are scrambled eggs, buckwheat, sausages, cutlets, meat in batter, oatmeal, balls and flakes, two types of yogurt, two types of cheese and sausage, something else, I don't remember anymore, tea, coffee, cakes of 2 types. You won't be hungry. But they bring everything to the distribution very slowly. There is only one coffee machine, there is always a queue for it. There is no fruit.
The staff is normal. We didn't communicate much, there was no reason.

A very modest hotel. It was part of a package tour that we purchased to see Belarus.
The room is tiny, but thank God it didn't stink like in the previous hotel. Everything is based on snot, as they say... I mean the bathroom. But the Internet was working in the room, which was just a gift compared to the other hotel. The room was cool enough, the reception provided a heater and a hairdryer (also very nice).
If we were traveling on our own, we wouldn't stop here. Even for one night. After all, I want comfort in everything after long walks around the city!

We lived in a superior room - there are no slippers, for the first time we met with such a thing. When we checked into the room, we found dirt in the closet, and we couldn't put our bags in. Two (!) shifts at the reception were told about this, with a request to remove it - there was zero reaction. Among the advantages: a comfortable, good mattress, excellent quality linens, two good blankets. Good breakfasts in the hotel restaurant - special thanks for the pancakes.

The hotel is conveniently located, 10 minutes to the main street at a leisurely pace. Of course, it is necessary to go to the fortress, far away. The 3* hotel lives up to its name. The room was large, there was a separate hallway. The room is cleaned for 3*, the dust is not wiped, there are cups, there are no small spoons. Otherwise, everything is as in all reviews. Corresponds to three stars. The location is excellent, up to the street. Sovetskaya and Gorky streets are 10 minutes away. There are many shops nearby, KFC. The breakfast is excellent.

By the time the group arrived (approximately 18:30), some of the rooms were not ready to move in. The difference between hot and cold water in a cooler is... 1 degree. Black water is flowing from the faucet, there is no pressure. The socket is semi-functional and inconveniently positioned. In the modern world, when people arrive with a lot of devices that require charging, this is unacceptable. There is no kettle in the room either. The bed linen and towels have already been through too much, it's time to let them go.

The hotel is conveniently located for guests of the city. There are excellent shops nearby and the street where the famous lamplighter works.
