I wanted to put an average between 3 and 4 stars in the rating. Among the advantages: lots of places, fast elevators,polite staff, clean rooms, spacious rooms, delicious food in the restaurant, live music in the evening, location-close to the center. Among the disadvantages: the old room stock, for example, in the hotel in Mosty,the interior is newer and whole, there is no hair dryer in the bathtub, the sewer has a slight smell, the room is cool (early December), the restaurant staff serves slowly. It's fine for an overnight stay, without bias.

We settled after 12 nights in the only available standard room with separate beds. The room is comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. I would prefer better beds, but the standard is the standard. The staff is polite. When making out the room, a Pole drove up, asked for help with settling in another hotel, the administrator, making sure that everything was fine with me, helped him. In the morning, we slept through breakfast time from 8 to 10 . The restaurant staff was tidying up and preparing for lunch, but they found us a table and fed us a delicious pork breakfast. We are happy with both the hotel and the restaurant. I recommend. But it is better to book the room in advance.

I highly recommend the massage room, which is located on the territory of the hotel on the 3rd floor of room 327, the most wonderful place for relaxation and comfort, to relieve tension after a long trip and a long flight and a long walk through beautiful Brest!

I stayed one night as part of the tour, the hotel was booked by the tour operator. Advantages: close location to the pedestrian street and the embankment, convenient, large hotel, hearty buffet breakfasts. Cons: room 834, we checked in on the evening of 08/26/2024, despite the fact that the window to the courtyard was noisy at night from bikers, the room was stuffy, there was no air conditioner, I would like at least a fan for such high temperatures, there was no refrigerator, the TV was showing through the drizzle and the sound was rustling. In general, I didn't need a refrigerator or a TV, but as a fact, there may be problems for longer-term residents

It seems to be not bad, clean, there is soap and shower gel in the bathroom, the whole location is close to pedestrian streets. It was cold in my room (fortunately, there is a blanket in the closet for such a case).
I don't really like it because of the nervous, unfriendly staff at breakfast. Perhaps it was our group that was unlucky, and it was just the way the circumstances of the employees turned out.
There is a small selection of dishes, but the hotel does not have many stars. So in general, it's okay if you don't go for a long time and not for the sake of soft feather beds, a gorgeous view from the window and a VIP lobby

A hotel in the center of Brest. The embankment near the Mukhovets River is 150 meters away, Sovetskaya pedestrian street is 600 meters away. Corresponds to ⭐️⭐️ . The buffet is quite 8.5/10. Lobby bar, restaurant 8/10. Fresh pastries 10/10. Everything is always fresh. It's nice to sit in the lobby and chat with friends, no one bothers, it's quiet, cozy.

A hotel in the center of Brest. The pedestrian zone is within walking distance. Corresponds to 2 stars. There is no hair dryer in the room. There is soap, shower gel, shampoo. The plumbing is normal. The buffet is quite decent. The street is not noisy, it's okay to sleep at night with the windows open. It is unusual and unpleasant for Russians that their passport is taken away for a long time during registration. I had to demand and wait. Going out into the city in a foreign country without a passport is uncomfortable.

The hotel is located in the center of Brest. Near the pedestrian street, restaurants, near the beach. I love this city very much, but I will not stay at the hotel anymore. There is a smell in the room, the shower is flowing, air conditioning is not in all rooms, the room is stuffy, there is no hair dryer. It's good that the Wi-Fi was working in the room. Room cleaning for three. In general, the hotel business in Belarus is suffering a lot.

I stayed on May 24-26. A nice hotel near the waterfront. Friendly staff, quick check-in, the room is spacious. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV. Of the minuses, they gave a disposable soap for two days, a bag of shampoo and a bag of shower gel, there is no hair dryer, there is no foot towel, and the tile is very slippery. There are also no spoons and forks in the room, there are only glasses and cups. There is a cooler on the floor, bottled water, a tap with hot and cold water.
The breakfasts at the hotel are hearty, according to the type of a customized menu. There is a lobby bar.

The hotel is conveniently located for guests of the city. There are excellent shops nearby and the street where the famous lamplighter works. We were a little unlucky with hot water: there was a period of crimping in this part of the city. But this did not spoil the pleasant impression of the city, the hotel and the residents.

Overall, the room was nice, tidy, it was a little stuffy because there was no air conditioning, but you can still put up with it. There was also no hair dryer and kettle.
But there was a spider in the bathroom.. He couldn't get on his clothes or through the window. I found it the next day in the afternoon, we checked in late in the evening, after all, we cleaned before our arrival and it is unclear how this happened. They reported this, to which they received a response in the style of "what can I do?" and to the question "what is it in general, they answered "nature".

The hotel is conveniently located, 10 minutes to the main street at a leisurely pace. Of course, it is necessary to go to the fortress, far away. The hotel itself is quite simple, but very clean-both the room and the bed linen are fresh and the bathroom is very clean. The audibility is strong, but we were lucky, the noise calmed down before 11 pm. I liked it at the restaurant tomorrow. The staff in the restaurant and in the hotel itself is as friendly as possible. We lived in room 236. The hotel was not chosen by ourselves, but by the travel agency-the receiving party, it was the main mistake to hope that they would choose it for themselves. I put one star exclusively for clean bed linen - as they say, and thanks for that, although it's strange to be happy with absolutely normal things in 2024. For everything else, I would put minus five stars - it's a shame to put people in such conditions, while being called a 3-star hotel. The bathroom looks like a toilet at a train station or in an old hospital, water from the shower flows to the floor, someone's hair is in the drain, there are a lot of dead midges in the ceiling in the room... there is no air conditioner in the room, insects fly through the open window; kettle, hair dryer, refrigerator, of course, there is also no. There is no sound insulation, and the bathroom door is difficult to close. The facade of the hotel and the lobby were decorated, beautiful photos were taken, and it's better not to know what's behind them. How I got into a horror game. Don't come here voluntarily.

The hotel itself is still fine, although in the junior suite it would be possible to create a more expensive atmosphere and repair the plumbing in advance, before the guests check in. But if we evaluate the restaurant separately, then there would be no stars at all! Boorish attitude, dirty dishes, utensils and tablecloths, an hour and a half waiting for an order, with an empty hall, after they brought an old dish probably already warmed up several times to the room, they forgot to bring a salad, but they forgot to include it in the bill. I don't recommend it to anyone.

But I do not recommend the restaurant at the hotel, we did not wait for our order (we waited more than 70 minutes, with the promised 30!!!)

One single star for breakfast. The rest is at the collective farm level. Creaking beds and zero sound insulation will not allow you to sleep in principle. The girls at the reception are also wonderful - polite and sweet, doing everything possible to cover up the shameful infirmity of the authorities.
PS I spend 200 days a year on business trips in different parts of the CIS, but I wanted to write such a review for the first time.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days. I was satisfied with everything. A good hotel. The room is renovated, comfortable, comfortable. The room has a refrigerator, a kettle (plus tea/coffee, a bottle of water), a TV and air conditioning. The bathroom has all the necessary accessories (brush, paste, gel, shampoo, soap, shaving machine). Towels, slippers, bathrobe are all available. Friendly staff at the reception. The food at the hotel restaurant is delicious and satisfying. For those who like to walk near the Francisco Skaryna embankment, Sovetskaya St. (there is a monument to the lamplighter) and the Alley of Lanterns. In general, it is very, very good, I was satisfied.

Not a bad budget hotel, with old furniture, meager breakfasts and insufficient towels per guest. But in general, it was comfortable to live here, despite the minor drawbacks. Very friendly staff, even at 7 a.m. in the restaurant at full boarding, the girls very smartly served breakfast, while smiling and fulfilling the requests of the guests to the maximum. We had room 809 on the 8th floor, the view from the window is gorgeous, the room itself is spacious, there is a refrigerator and a large TV, there was not enough kettle and hair dryer. The check-in took place very quickly, despite the fact that a group of about 50 people stopped by. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is also perfectly clean and ironed. I definitely recommend spending the night for a short period!

Probably optimal in terms of price and quality. The rooms are clean, without much chic, Soviet renovation. But the bed is clean, the mattress and pillow are comfortable, there is hot water with good pressure. It really blows from the windows, we were in winter. The breakfast was bad, ordered.....coffee is only for money, only tea is free. So-so service, of course.

It's a terrible hotel, although it can't even be called a hostel! The whole room was dirty, there were dents on the walls, the baseboards were falling off, many furniture was broken, the TV remote control did not have a power button, there was no lock in the bathroom, although other rooms have it, terrible noise insulation, every rustle in the hallway is audible. A cockroach was also spotted in our room. Despite the good location, the hotel has no other advantages.

But everything was in the neighboring rooms. I didn't want to run from the 8th floor to the reception desk. There were no employees on the floor. The cooler is across the floor. Quite a decent hotel. Single room on the fourth floor. The room is small, but everything you need for a short stay is there. An electric kettle, a cup and a couple of glasses, a TV, a refrigerator, an air conditioner. Normal, not loose furniture. The bathroom is a bit cramped. If there was a small shower stall instead of a miniature bathtub, it would be more convenient. One of the obvious disadvantages is the issue of nutrition. There is a small coffee shop near the entrance. But it seems that she only works during the day. When I left around 10 a.m., I saw that it was going to be opened. At 18 o'clock it was already closed. In principle, I did not understand whether the restaurant works in the hotel. I've never seen it open.

I didn't like the hotel. We lived on the 7th floor. There were only shampoo and shower gel bags and towels in the room. There was no air conditioner, kettle, hair dryer, refrigerator. The slippers were brought only on the second day. Drinking water was in the cooler only on the floor. It was ending quickly. I had to run around the floors, looking for water. There was a buffet breakfast in the dining room. The same dishes every day. There is no variety.
